Synchronised Communal Chorus

A few days back Swapan Dasgupta wrote about a function at Rashtrapati Bhawan. This function was held exclusively for the media to demonstrate the President’s friendliness with them. Dasgupta wrote a few lines which reflect the increasing worthlessness of the Commie media: “The president naturally spoke about his media outreach because the function was exclusively for the media. However, at the tea that followed in the old banquet room, a reporter for a English weekly magazine decided to give the president’s remarks a spin. Going from huddle to huddle, she said that the “story to do” was a comparison between the president’s open style — his press secretary had earlier called it the ‘democratization’ of Rashtrapati Bhavan — and the No Entry approach of the prime minister, Narendra Modi”. Yes, that’s right! For any event or any story, let’s find a connection to somehow paint the Modi govt or Modi the PM in bad light. Modi has concluded long back that our media has very little influence on people. They’re taken as “entertainment” as even Vinod Mehta admitted sometime back. The desperation of quite a few media celebs becoming redundant in govt corridors can be judged from this tweet by one who has a chronic habit of hobnobbing and brokering in the power lines:

They somehow want to be on that plane or they will spin news-stories which is the only answer they have to all problems. Since the new BJP govt was formed at the centre the well-orchestrated chorus by the media is “Communal, Communal violence, Communal govt”. It’s just like the lady at RP Bhawan went around whispering in everyone’s ear on how to spin an event. Someone has been not only whispering in the ears of media celebs but also probably doling out a lot of money for this campaign: “tarnish this govt as communal, no matter what”. Excellent! The BJP govt is communal even for events that have happened in states which are under “Sickular” govts. The Hindu-hater Arnab Goswami has even devised a hashtag for it #DesignToPolarise. So it’s “Communal, communal, communal… Polarise, polarise, polarise”. And they do this hoping the mud will stick and also the international media will pick it up and tag the Modi govt as “polarising, communal”. Smart! All of this is very smartly synchronised with the Congress chant in parliament about “Communal”.

As if one cue from the media, Rahul Gandhi jumped into the well of Lok Sabha and started accusing the Speaker about lack of opportunity to speak and of partiality. This is a choreographed, synchronised performance coming from a guy who hardly spoke in parliament for a decade. Forget speaking, the guy hardly even attended parliament sessions. And a Timesnow reporter was so thrilled with this stupidity she jubilantly asked RahulG “This is your FIRST TIME in the well of the house” as if the man had broken his virginity. Oh what did he want to discuss? Communal violence! He hadn’t given any notice to the Speaker about the issue but wanted to raise muck anyway. Neither he nor Sonia Gandhi had anything to say about the recent communal violence in UP or J&K unlike the Muzaffarnagar one before elections when they ran to do photo-ops with the Muslim community.

The media outraged over a man killed in Pune. He was touted as a “Muslim techie” for which Modi was responsible. Then Sania Mirza, then that waiter at Maharashtra Sadan where a rowdy Sena MP tried to force roti into his mouth. That condemnable behaviour was also touted as an attack on a “Muslim on roza” when it may have been an attack on any man. After all this, there was Gaza to cry about considering Muslims were being killed. But come the attack on the Amarnath Yatris in JK the entire media went quiet and so did the politicians. There was the Moradabad “loud-speakers in a temple” where the Hindus were criminals according to Arnab. Then the pre-planned, organised attack on Sikhs and their properties in Saharanpur. Again the media went quiet. People like Arnab, Barkha, and Rajdeep found the biggest hole to hide their faces in. The worst was yet to come; the Meerut case of a woman being abducted and gangraped by Muslims. This can’t be reported you see, since the aggressor is a Muslim. Naturally, the Congress-AAP pimp Rajdeep Sardesai tried to spin as usual, pointing to communal riots being engineered instead of focusing on the issue at hand:

The Meerut gangrape is “Awful” he says. Seriously, awful? We say “awful” when a movie is bad or food at a restaurant is bad. But this guy finds gangrape just awful. Why? Because the aggressor here is a Muslim and the victim is not. And then he spins the issue as politicians “baking their communal rotis” in UP. The most communal hate-mongers are no more in politics but in the media. Sambit Patra rightly pointed out to Arnab in the Moradabad temple case that Arnab was more or less provoking communal hatred and violence. So in all of this, what the media and some politicians want is that Hindus should just sit around and watch. They should not protest and they should not outrage or demand any action. Okay! What happened in Meerut? It is not merely “awful” gangrape as scumbag Rajdeep would have you believe. Here’s a quote from a report (and most reports corroborate it):

The victim was allegedly gang-raped inside a Madarsa and was forced to convert to Islam. Medical reports also suggested one of her fallopian tubes was removed from her body to avoid pregnancy… On June 29, alleged the victim, she was abducted by Sanaulla and his wife Samarjahan with the help of village head Nawab. She was held captive at a Madarasa in Hapud where she was gangraped and later forced to convert to Islam. On July 23, the girl was taken to a hospital in Muzzafarnagar where she was operated upon for removal of a fallopian tube. After the surgical removal she was held captive in a Madarasa again in Mustafa colony where she came to know about plans of sending her abroad. She also came to know many girls were being sent abroad in similar fashion. She somehow managed to flee and reached Meerut and met her relatives. The girl told the court that she was also forced to eat cow meat (beef) at a Muzzafarnagar Madarsa. She was lured to convert with the words “Accepting Islam during Ramzan is heavenly”, she said, and was threatened that her brother would be killed if she did not convert”. I wonder if the Bollywood anti-Hindu hatemonger who wanted to destroy temples in the Nirbhaya cases wants to destroy mosques and Madrasas after this Meerut incident. You see, these worthless hypocrites are the darlings of our media and also the Congress.

The Meerut-gangrape crime has every crime against women that you can name; abduction, rape, violence, forced surgery, illegal conversion, human trafficking, forced to eat beef. Anything left? But here is as sickular CM who excessively outraged on the MahaSadan waiter issue but I guarantee he will be tongue-tied when it comes to the Meerut case:

Omar Abdullah is as much a Pappu as RahulG is. I estimate RahulG is now suffering from a severe inferiority complex for many reasons. He’s a failed leader of his party, utters nonsense all the time, lacks in knowledge or wisdom that is normally expected of a political leader and his own partymen are calling him names like “joker”. Another party member, Jagmit Brar, has demanded the Gandhis to step down and accept responsibility for failures. For all his inferiority, RahuG tries to make up with “contrived aggression” (as Arun Jaitley rightly calls it) in parliament and in other places. He tore up a paper during an election campaign in UP in 2012. He barged into a presser by Ajay Maken and ridiculed the PM and his own party’s Ordinance. At the Congress party meeting just before the last LS elections he kicked and screamed like a raging moron demanding more LPG cylinders. I think it’s time this man, his mom and his party realised that people are not buying such stupidity anymore. The only ones thrilled are people like Arnab and others in the media who glorify the stupidity and tomfoolery of Rahul and Mrs Vadra.  On top of all this, the queen of trolls, Barkha Dutt, believes that people outraging over the Meerut incident are pouring bile and are bigots. In reality she is the one with exemplary bigotry bile and hypocrisy:

Every incident that happens anywhere in the country, the fingers are now pointed at Modi or BJP as the ones responsible. For all that matters there were over 100 communal riots in UP since the SP came to power in 2012. Surprisingly, no fingers were pointed at Congress then. No fingers were pointed at Congress-UP for those riots or for the ones in Assam and other places. Even the Nirbhaya incident that happened in Delhi there were blame-games but Congress washed its hands off and our media channels allowed Sheila Dikshit to go on a “tear-jerking” tour on TV playing the ‘victim”. Since the BJP govt took over a variety of agitations are being organised for some reason or the other. Even the UPSC agitation wasn’t merely students but the AAP crooks like Yogendra Yadav pushing the agitation. The Meerut incident was followed by another incident of rape and abduction in UP. One wonders how many Madrasas are involved in such activities. But you can rest assured no media house will dare to investigate. Their cash-flow depends on covering up certain crimes. What about the facts of communal riots since the new govt came in? The truth, as always, is not what our TV channels and people like Barkha and Arnab keep barking.

After screaming “communal, communal” when the facts are verified, they are buried in a corner in a newspaper or website. Our TV channels won’t tell you about it. The policy of “LIE BIG, retract small” is a consistent and permanent policy. The current propaganda of “communal violence” is partly to taint the new govt as also to slyly push a case for the bogus “Communal violence Bill” which many lobbyists are trying to push the Congress to bring. It is nothing but synchronised communal propaganda of the media and the Congress. Fortunately people are smarter and they aren’t buying the lies of our media hypocrites anymore.

  1. MSM has become truly desperate. No free tickets in Air India One,No sponsored interviews with those who are in power, drop in viewership since the new government took over, with Hindi channels presenting a more balanced view...how the morons wish to see back of this man at the earliest! rape and communal violence stories are the tools

  2. Major riot or terror act looming ahead, orchestrated by the Khangis and played up by the MSM. Tell tale signs of it. Hope it doesn't happen and the Modi brigade soon nips all these offshoots in the bud quietly. I hope the rest of the BJP leaders actually develop some B**s and guts like Modi, Shah or Sangeet Som. Jet Li, Rajnath are too docile, the rest of the bunch still behaving as if they are in the opposition under the Khangi rule. Sigh :-(

Swamy needs to be given full support and appointed special prosecutor to expose the crooks and bring them to justice.

Agree with you, but we are irrelevant. our voices do not matter. Even BJP responds only to the agenda set by the spineless mainstream media . Narendra Modi will do his way only. so it is only for us to disassociate ourselves emotionally from any ( impending ) disaster that Modi govt lands in. he has chosen his colleagues. He deserves them and their folly.

  3. The dominance of pro-Congress media which started in early 2000s has come down to a great extent. They are no longer the potent propaganda tool because these days, by and large, people have learned to filter the story. Since the novelty factor is gone, public knows exactly which anchor or panelist (journalists, page 3 jokers, lawyers, communists, dalaals etc. ) is on which side.

This over pampered, fat MSM has more or less become redundant. Irritating sermons and rants from Barkha, Arnab types hardly make any difference. They are not even worth of being noticed.

The Evil Triumvirate of NDTV,TimesNow & CNNIBN are like fish out of water, having lost their importance!

Bark uh Dutt, Sir Ornab Go Swamy, Sagar Ka Ghost and Raj Deeeep Saar de sai are fish out of water! They have nothing to sensationalize. The scumbags that they are, they would do anything for their personal glory in being biased and prejudiced when reporting. 7. The syncronous chorus began in the right earnest after the 3 byelection results of Uttarakhand was out.It was light at the end of the tunnel for the secularists. That gives them hope that chorus will be a paying proposition.I dont know why the incumbant govt is not seriously thinking of a TV channel of its own to counter this propaganda. The Moradabad rape case of last week was a classic case of how MSM can bury secular terrorism issues. At the least the ruling party spokespersons who appear in the MSM for 'secular'debates must sieze the opportunity to expose them on buried news. They (MSM)will then be forced to come in the open.

  8. This is a timely and early warning to Modi Government. I cant help but wonder about the motive of the actors involved in this "synchronised communal chorus". Barkha, Kavitha Krishnan, Sardesai duo, Rahul Gandhi n Congis et all were the same set of players who founded snd nurtured the Guj 2002 riots cottage industry. This bunch want a repeat of Guj 2002 so that they can crow "I told u what would happen if "mass murderer Modi becomes PM". Because this bunch is so addicted to power they are now like fish without water and hence will go to any extent to unseat Modi and get back their power and influence. Hope Modiji's media team read this blog and caution him in advance so that he can take steps to neutraluze this group.

Since election, I have not watched one Arnab show in full, just see the topic, and switch ! Burkha , its been ages , so yes their days are over. But problem is new faces will take over as the Media is a little too free with no controls. I do not favor censorship, but there has to be some restraints on media like on a common man ? Very thin Ice , very fine line but we have to start somewhere or our vast population will continue to be dished venal rabid propoganda rather than NEWS!

    1. I think Modi's Govt. should appoint a Media Ombudsman - who has the power to take action on Viewer's complaints of "Misleading News / False news / Spun news". The concerned channel then has to give a detailed report on their source of information & what exactly they IMPLY when they give a TWIST or SPIN to any news. IF FOUND GUILTY OF WRONG / FALSE NEWS - the channel can be heavily FINED - say 50 Crores for each wrong mudslinging / defamation of Govt. or Govt. bodies / Institutions.
THIS WILL definitely DISCOURAGE these channels from making any false allegations / spin on Govt. / Govt. bodies.
Just a thought . Perhaps Ravinar can expand this or give it a more serious thought. But my bow to Ravi for such excellent articles and I am an ardent fan of his - along with thousands, if not Lakhs of others.

Incredible as it may sound BJPs lack of action in reining in the msichivious media may be due lack of awareness on part BJP top leadership on the disastrous implication of the propaganda war being unleashed against the party and leaders such as Javdekar eg right under his nose Persons such as Raheel Khurshid is being invited by PIB for media training, may be these leaders have decided to turn the other cheek.
But they should not forget that they own their position to Modi and chain as strong as it's links!

They are paralyzed with never discussing a govt. policies and serious national issues for ex.India's WTO stand et. al. On the other hand the "bread loaf" coming directly coming out from the Govt. is also stopped since Modi set on that chair and hence this devil seeds start to give poisonous fruits. It is interesting for me in particular because Modi as CM handled everything in GJ so far for 12 years because people had kind of faith in him but it will be interesting for me how he will handle such Newstraders !

  18. hi ravinar

even if Modi actually manages to deliver ‘Moon’ to the people of the India – nothing will happen – nobody will come to know of it – this thing will never be brought into public light – because the ‘Medium’ which connects Govt. to the Public – which presents Govt. policies – decisions & their implementation to the people and which put across Govt. promises – Intentions & real actions in front of the commoners – will convert this into a huge ‘Criminal’ act by the Modi Govt – one way or the other.

and which is this ‘Medium’ – am I talking about – which can do this ‘Houdini’ act – can turn happiness into depression – can paint the atmosphere of gloom – doom & disaster in the nation – any guesses – well – you all got it right – criminal Congress funded – controlled & managed entire print & electronic news media all across the nation – be it hindi – english or regional and even their online versions on the web portals.

so unless and until – the ‘Anti – National’ owners – celebrated news anchors – journalists & Intellectuals of these news mediums are investigated – arrested & imprisoned – no change will be visible – as they will Ignite communal tensions – create anger – hatred & resentment – will abuse – ridicule & rebuke the ‘Modi Govt.’ with fake allegations – manufactured lies & Invented reasons – which they are doing it anyway with full force & aggression – with utter shamelessness and without any tensions – (clear cut example of this is – the ‘Treacherous’ reporting of almost all news channels against Modi & BJP during the very first month of Modi led NDA Govt – under the strict orders of their ‘Maalkin & her slave Congress).

therefore, It is requested to ‘Mr. Modi’ to see these extremely dark clouds – do not let the situation to get completely out of hand and take Immediate punitive actions against the ‘Traitors’ of mainstream news mediums or risk losing everything whatever he has gained till this period – remember always – enforcing rule of law can never be termed as the violation of ‘Press Freedom’ – as it is the duty of every Govt. to weed out the poisonous creepers.

    regards

Now every comon man knows, this is circus (MSM are biggest jokers)and they watch.for passtime.
Only thing is like in Gujarat, things need to start moving and people see something different from what they have been seeing for the last 60 plus years.
That is the difference, I follow a lot and see PM Modi has started on a very good note and working great, the fruits of the seeding will take a bit of time and whomever I talk they say we need to give him time, that is the positive change in India.

Since the Indian General Elections of 2014 are over, the english media channels seems to have lost their fizz and are often seen with dry and useless topics, trying to use strong words over nothing only to rake up their dipping TRP ratings........ infact, to the extent that there is hardly anything that is worth seeing on this news channels which seems to pick up stray road events as their main "breaking news" ... read as "cracking news channels".... no worthy subject to reflect or to give to its viewers or readers.

  21. Crisply put Ravinar.

In the meantime, check out all the good news that was NOT given importance by our media...The successful evacuation of nearly 3000 Indians trapped in the ME war zone, the extraordinary warmth with which the PM and EAM were received in neighbouring countries, falling or at least stable food prices, an Indian soldier returning unharmed from Pak at least 3 incidents of Indian fishermen and their boats returning to India from Pak and SL. Also the bad news that was not given importance is the cache of arms and armament seized in Bihar and of course all the news where RoP or RoL were the guilty parties.

After this, what stuns me is the cheek of folks like Sardesai and the other presstitutes to talk about truth and ethics. I think it is the duty of all of us to try and educate the folks in our friends and family circle, so that the paid-media will not matter any more.

Only thing I see how much ever technology grows, as Ravinarjis earlier articles it is really word of mouth.
PM Modi is on the right track, avoid MSM or any media and going on with his task, we will see the output may be in an years time.

The purpose of having a channel is not for any propaganda of party programs like how the other parties do.It will work as a counter force against the existing rabble rousers.Same way as nuclear powers keep atomic bombs. It is only a deterant. In a country with high level of education, one need not depend on TV channels for our news feed. But the situation in India today far from it. Moreover the cunning seculars give high priority for the reach of the MSM channels to every corner of the country. The SM is not on their priority.

      Delete
    3. @Srinivas, further i would like to remind all nationalists why they are ignoring the need for freeing our rich temples from the clutches of secular govts. Why not they amend the temple endowment act to give control of the temple to the Hindu community exclusively? Every penny in these temples must be used for the welfare of Hindu community exclusively. Why is the govt allowed to siphon off the temple funds which rightfully belongs to the Hindus alone. Once these funds are made available to the hindu community for their education, medical care and housing I doubt very much if BJP will ever have to spend a penny on their campaign in future.B.S. Yediyurappa made a small begining in karnataka while he was the CM. That is one reason that he is still so dear to the hindus of Karnataka.
