Fantasy Evidence For Hatred

Sometimes the people you run into have interesting things to say, sometimes intriguing things. In autos, buses, trains, ships, planes and balloons. I too run into a lot of people. I remember that one time I was in bed and flying from Dindigul to Delhi and a co-passenger got chatting with me. Based on this mid-air encounter here’s what I tweeted on March 16, 2006:

That guy spoke the truth. Rajdeep Sardesai did get a Padma Shri in 2008. But seriously, how credible is a Padma award from Congress govt? By Rajdeep’s logic, since the SC, the SIT and the lower court are spurious where Gujarat 2002 and Narendra Modi are concerned the Padma given to him has no credibility. I could conclude by RS’s logic that the award was given to him was for Gandhi-family services (as my flight co-passenger told me) and not for any journalistic achievements. Fair enough?

Over the years you would have heard many such claims of strangers dropping juicy stuff into ears of media folks and other “specialists”. The pioneer has to be Shekhar Gupta. Almost every person, famous and ordinary, runs into Gupta and gives him juicy stuff. Read a sample here: “Over the past three weeks I have been stopped by ordinary people at airports, in shopping malls, at a petrol pump, in a spiritual ashram, at the national athletic games in Bangalore and so on with a question that seems to have become a clamour: why are you in the media so scared of the Gandhis”? Oh yeah! Why? I’ve been asking this question for long. Why do they piss in their pants and skirts when “Gandhi” is mentioned? Even folks at spiritual ashrams are confounded it seems as ShekharG tells us. But he has still not managed to answer the question though.

Then there used to be a guy called Markandey Katju who used to often rant against Modi through extensive sky-research. Read this: “I was flying from Delhi to Bhopal recently. Sitting beside me was a Gujarati businessman. I asked him his opinion of Mr. Modi. He was all praise for him. I interjected and asked him about the killing of nearly 2,000 Muslims in 2002 in Gujarat. He replied that Muslims were always creating problems in Gujarat, but after 2002 they have been put in their place and there is peace since then in the State. I told him this is the peace of the graveyard, and peace can never last long unless it is coupled with justice. At this remark he took offence and changed his seat on the plane”. So you see, such crap is the foundation of a whole article where an individual’s unverifiable gossip is peddled as the basis of a commentary on the entire state of Gujarat and Modi. Splendid! Of course, I don’t have to tell you that Katju is lying when he claims 2000 Muslims were killed. Well, I also suggested why not claim 10000 killed if you had to throw up a “Worli Matka” number? This is what the media has been doing for a long time, haven’t they?

The twisted Rajdeep claims someone told him about dictatorship on a flight. The same practice also continues in interviews with people. Anchors throw all kinds of questions with no evidence or basis. When the motive of an interview is to peddle a pre-set agenda of the anchor, it becomes plainly obvious to even the casual viewer. Rajdeep still claims the SC rejection, SIT findings and the lower court rejection of petitions trying to hold Narendra Modi responsible for Gujarat 2002 are unacceptable to many critics. Are court rulings subject to acceptance of critics? And who the hell are these critics? Well, members of the same filthy Hammam that Rajdeep represents; his anti-Modi, anti-Hindu gang. So it stands to reason that RS’s Padma award is also corrupt and purchased. There are many critics who question if he deserved it at all. How many of you agree this cheap propagandist deserved a Padma? Naturally, Rajdeep’s hatred takes it further when he is angry that a Muslim like MJ Akbar has joined the BJP after criticising the party and Modi for many years.

In an interview of MJA on March 24 Rajdeep asks him many questions which have no basis or are at best hypothetical. He asks MJA “Are you today giving Modi a clean chit”? Oh! So MJA is authorised to give clean chits? And is that even acceptable to a Gandhi-family poodle like Rajdeep? MJA explains that for 10 years Modi was scrutinised by every legal authority and that too under a non-BJP govt and they still couldn’t find any linkages to the riots but that is hardly acceptable to Rajdeep. Then RS asks MJA “So you were mistaken”? And MJA tells him bluntly “We were all mistaken in putting personal linkages. We should have the ability to accept the facts”. Unable to digest the truth RS then says “There have been many question marks over the SIT inquiry”. What are those questions? And who are the ones raising those questions. Even that was tested in the lower court at Ahmedabad and the questions rejected. I would have to say only predominantly anti-Hindu rogues like Rajdeep are raising those questions. It is not just because of Modi, it is because they hate the RSS, they hate the BJP and they hate anything that is remotely connected to Hindutva. To them Hindutva is “evil”.

Then RS asks “Are you saying Modi was a target of witch-hunt by journalists like you”? It doesn’t occur to the corrupt Rajdeep that that is a question he should ask his own mirror. And then follows another moronic question “Would Nehru approve of Modi’s version of secularism”? (That is India-first, no appeasement and so on). Who the hell is Nehru to approve of anything today? Would Nehru approve of corrupt and bribe-taking journos like Rajdeep? That is the question I would like to ask. A guy fired from IBN had protested, called Rajdeep a “Dalal” and asked how Rajdeep got his 52-crore bungalow. Where did Rajdeep get such money except by corrupt means and bribery? Who are the ones who paid this corrupt media crook? Any answers Rajdeep? MJA pointed out to RS that it’s a Congress govt at the Centre that hounded Modi through various agencies. Similarly, it is a Congress govt which has protected Rajdeep’s corruption so far. Isn’t that plausible? And that is why RS rants against Modi and continues his witch-hunt. Isn’t that true as well? Because a non-Congress govt will prosecute him for illegal wealth?

And the biggest concern for Rajdeep has been Muslims, Muslims, Muslims! And when MJA pointed out Congress has left Muslims impoverished, Rajdeep was not willing to listen. MJA at one point had to ask him to show the patience to “listen” as a journalist should. If there are Muslims opposed to Modi, there are also Muslims in favour of Modi. Rajdeep believes Muslims should hate Modi as much as he does and that’s his problem. Muslims themselves have as many opinions as is natural in a large population like India. But here’s a sample of Muslims:

Rajdeep’s hatred has closed his doors to all other points of view that Muslims hold. Perhaps he too desires Muslims must remain a downtrodden community who should not take their chances with another leader without being prejudiced by corrupt media morons like him. Failure is not a person, failure is a situation. That applies to a community too. Muslims are not failures. They have been forced to believe they are but it’s a “situation” they too can overcome if not led by selfish politicians and parties. Modi has no selfish motive. If he wants to lead India to a better future he seems to possess the ideas to do so and he has shown no signs like some dynastic cronies of personally enriching himself in doing so. This is probably what compels the likes of Akbar and Siddiqui to reverse their opinions about him. I have pointed at the corruption of Rajdeep for the simple principle that allegations hurled without evidence or based on hearsay from Salma or Sabrina on a flight doesn’t count. Anyone can hurl a thousand. The answer to such nonsense is what is called Hitchens’ Razor:

For 10 years Rajdeep and the other crooks in the media have hurled any number of allegations against Modi without any evidence. They must remember, it is easy to concoct Salma-Sabrina stories from flights, it is easy to throw allegations like Rajdeep’s 52 crore bungalow. Rajdeep was so rattled by the 52-crore allegation that he pleaded that video be removed (and it was removed from Youtube). Therefore, it demands that he too be careful on mindlessly continuing to hurl allegations against others, especially when the courts of the country have dismissed them. Respect the law, moron!

But Rajdeep does have one good habit though. Every night he sings a lullaby for his Twitter followers. But even MJA told him to complete the song “Chodo kal ki baaten” which he sang with the second line “Naya daur hai, nayi umang hai”. It’s not just MJA but even others are telling Rajdeep not to sing “incomplete” songs but to complete with the second lines which are often more important. Whispers on a flight, “He said, she said” kind of evidence, motivated pimpernels like Teesta or Sanjiv Bhatt do not constitute evidence. Teesta in all likelihood will be prosecuted and sent to jail. Rajdeep may have his fantasy islands of all such evidences and witnesses. In the end they couldn’t survive. RS claims he is not a Congress or Gandhi doormat. But if he observes his Twitter feed and comments on his articles the Congress supporters usually defend him staunchly. And just to tell him, even though this site is often called a RW site, MJ Akbar (who was very anti-Modi) was still voted one of the best journalists. Rajdeep must wonder why. Living in fantasy is not a crime, but living in fantasies filled with hatred will invariably take its toll.

PS: The first image in this post with tweets of March 2006 is also a fantasy. Twitter wasn’t launched till July 2006.

  1. Rajdeep was asking for this thrashing at your hands, immediately following the "The Eternal Lies of Rajdeep Sardesai", by conducting the MJ Akbar interview the way he did! Wow, it was really a bad experience.

After 30 minutes of -not- listening, he asks "So, *why* did you join BJP?" (if not for a Rajya Sabha seat). The guy who does open propaganda in his interviews asks Akbar whether his conflict of interest in his TOI columns was wrong. God!!!

The most irritating moment: "The answer for that (weak leadership, policy making by MMS) is a *muscular dictator* is it? Is a muscular dictator is it??" [second time with even more disdain]. So much hatred on display.

    Thanks MC for this piece.

  6. %Whenever any journalists overcome / cross a Modi supporter, they are getting angry and aggrieved / frustrated as they are not able to digest the truth that people are aware of their Nautakanis. The same happened whena lady journalist from aajtak was doing a show in BHU, couple of days back. People should see her anger on the face when the students responded Vikas = Modi. Infact, lastweek when in ABPnews live program with Amitshah, 98% of questions from the so called Journalists only about Hindu Muslim divide as if in all BJP ruled that there are riots 24/7, saala none of them have guts to ask Qn against Assam CM / UP CM where riots are day to day happenings..

  16. Rajdeep's father Dilip Sardesai was involved in some unethical forex dealings and he was booked for the same. This is not rumor but 100% TRUE. I clearly remember reading this in Indian Express. This happened in late 90's and Rajdeep has successfully put a lid on this and their is not a shred of news available on web about this. How he has managed this is really surprising. Coming to the present times the Question that remains to be answered is why so many leaders from BJP including the likes of Arun Jaitely keeps patronising him when it is clear he is AAPCON party loyalist. He back stabbed them in the cash for votes scam and yet except for NaMo he has access to all top brass in the BJP. Even if the BJP comes to power i don't think he is going to be held accountable to his lies and hate propaganda he has indulged in since he has buttered his bread on both sides. He will continue to do what he does now and get away with it too.

  30. "Modi is an ideologue, with a difference. The difference is hysteria. It is an edgy hysteria, which can mesmerise; and it easily melts into the kind of megalomania that makes a politician believe that he is serving the larger good through a destructive frenzy against a perceived enemy. In Hitler’s case, the enemy was the Jew; in Modi’s case the enemy is the Muslim. Such a politician is not a fool; in fact, he may have a high degree of intellect. But it is intellect unleavened by reason, and untempered by humanism."-MJA,who is not an ordinary citizen.

MJA had all the connections, source of informations, and could have easily drawn his conclusion on Modiji differently. But no. he waited 12 long years and just less than one month before election, he has discovered --“In 10 years, no other politician has gone through so much scrutiny as Modi has gone through. He was scrutinised by police, central government, CBI, court-appointed institution. And those who rake up this issue all the time, I want to tell them to read the Justice (VR) Krishna report (on Gujarat riots).”

compare to MJA,RS is just an ordinary idiot like SG or BD. regarding 'Padma" award, i will love to mention that, a few years back a Russian mathematician solved a more hundred years old problem, forget about award didn't even bother to show his face to media. Mr. Ravinar, you had made RS complete naked so that we can even see the ugly cleavage. But that won't affect him. There is a Sanskrit saying," निर्लज्जं सदासुखीः". RS is one of them. Mr. Ravinar, do you have any information from your sources that these crooks read your blogs and are able to understand them ? Because if they are reading your blogs and an iota of self respect is still in them, they would have resigned from their jobs and would have asked for a PUBLIC APOLOGY. हमारा दुर्भाग्य है कि ऎसे नमुने भरे पडे है पुरे मीडिया में ।
In your earlier post, you had mentioned about a BIG resignation in IBN group. Mow I am suspecting it is coming from RS himself, looking at his recent blogs, increased rants against Modi in particular, BJP in general. He will play a victim like AK. If and when there is a Modi govt, they must chase these crooks till they are finished. Just to avoid that, they are raking up LKA, JS, SS controversies, so that people are confused and BJP falls short of a clear majority by quite a distance and have to depend on moronic allies. That is the game plan of media. The picture is getting clearer by the day. Now in such case, the responsibility of voters gets increased. We must give a clear mandate for BJP, so that our future is secured and free from such media-crooks.
There is a clear need for a right wing media pressure group as explained in one of the articles on CentreRightIndia CRI. Ravinar's blog is one of them. Let the tribe of Ravinar increase by the day. God Bless You, Ravinar for giving us the clear vision.

entire life - he has peddled lies, lies & lies against MODI - against BJP - against RSS
not out of some facts or figures but out of 'Sheer Orders' from their masters. so how can he even think of going against his masters at the fag end of his career. the fact is - MJ Akbar has joined bjp because he has been told to join bjp by his masters.

and about 'Shahid Siddique' - well - less said, the better because dalaals like him will be the first one to 'Stab You in the Back' at the slightest opportunity available to them.

His tweets about "Early Morning bhakts" and "Gayatri Mantra" prove why you are absolutely right in calling him a Hindu hater and the subsequent manifestation of that hatred targetting Modi/BJP/RSS.

I have never heard Rajdeep (or his fellow hammamis) say anything remotely critical of any other religion. I dare them to use the word "jihadis" like they deridingly use the Hindu specific term "bhakts". I double dare them to use the word Quran or Allah or anything connected to Islam or for that matter his own closet faith "Christianity". He would not dare to do that because either he will not be alive or at the minimum he would not have hands for tweeting filthy abuses about Hindus. I have also noticed that more than anybody in MSM, Rajdeep and his moron partner relishes using the same language that is used by enrega (Bhakts, Sanghis etc.). That itself proves the point you have been repeatedly making in your blogs, that he is a Congi/Sonia poodle.

The most profound phrase in this article is "Failure is not a person, failure is a situation". This phrase can be applied not only to Muslims but anybody who suffers from failures and want to come out of their rut. The beauty of this phrase is the implicit message of hope it conveys for people who are bogged down by failures. That, it is as simple as the person taking control of his situation and change it to become success. Ironically, Rajdeep Sardesai himself is a practical illustration of this phrase. He just need to understand that it is HE who has chosen to be in a situtation frozen in 2002. It's still not too late for HIM to come out of that situation and make himself a success instead of the FAILURE he is now. However, I think he is so steeped in hatred that he might not be capable of discerning the hope in that message.

All in all, you have been successful in rattling the journalists out of their comfort zone and more and more people are alive to their crookisms and are calling them out using your coined names and phrases. That in itself is no mean achievement. Wishing you continued success in rattling and battling the crooks.

  45. What will RS say about his darling AAP's/AK49's website showing parts of J&K as Pakistani, the rest of J&K and Arunanchal Pradesh as disputed? Waiting for more lies. Am sure RS will not disappoint. Probably the AAP website itself is designed in Pakistan.

Kudos to blogger/author for showing us the other side.

  47. Thanks to SM , now RS has realised that "retaliation" is possible. Yesterday he has tweeted that people can go on hurling those expletives which make him even stronger.Refer to Ranjan Sreedharan's brilliant piece in Center Right, where he expects huge churning in media houses post June 2014.Day of reckoning is closer for the morons and moronis.

  50. If modi takes the top job as is expected, I will be deeply dissappointed if he doesn't shake up the establishment that has looted India; at the same he needs to ensure that media is cleansed of left wing lunatics, its about time that left wing lunatics like rajdeep sardesai needs to be investigated & brought to books for all the corruption and political bias they show @ the expense of truth.

    1. I imagine that as soon as Modi comes to power, the MSM will pile totally unreasonable expectation upon him and then try to paint him as an utter failure. They tried to show his Gujarat Assembly victory as a failure coz he did not win 2/3rd majority...so we have to be prepared for that. My hope is that honest journalists will get a chance to counter the leftist anti-national junk.

  54. Thanks to Rajdeep posting the old video claiming "Modi praised", Iam now convinced that moronery of Rajdeep and VaarthaBhai is not a recent phenomenon but has always been there. At the same time it also brings out the clear thinking that Modi possesses even in those early years of his political career.

    Here are a few observations

When Modi praised him for the show title, Rajdeep immediately tried to distance himself from the praise and looked abashed. Whenever Modi makes a good point, Rajdeep squirms.

Sid V got a tight slap when Modi defended the freedom of expression of foreign correspondents calling BJP a Hindu fundamentalist party. Modi said that everyone is entitled to their viewpoint and did not cry, moan and bitch. But liberal Sid V has cribbed many times in the recent past when criticized.

Modi categorically told that if Hindus use the ideology for terrorism they too should be isolated.

And that moron representing Muslims did a great disservice to Muslims by making incoherent statements. The top of the draw was acknowledging that the misinterpretation of Quaran practiced by the Mughal rulers of India was bad and then weakly defending Al Quaida for their actions as they misinterpreted the religion and further justifying it by comparing it with Jews, Christians and Buddhists.

For all the criticism of Modi not knowing English, he speaks decent English and is able to convey his thoughts clearly.

BTW young SidV looks like Abhinandan Sekhri.

  58. I detest the congress for its minority appeasement policies and the amount of corruption it has led to. But since the author has such a nice array of words and facts for Modi, I would like to ask him two simple questions ..
    1. Why is he silent on KG-D6 basin ? (reliance deal in which the country's resource was given for free to a profit making organization, increasing fiscal deficit as well as the ever growing inequality in our society )
    2. The recent court verdict implicating congress and BJP both on receiving foreign funding ..i.e Vedanta holdings from london ...besides BJP also took money from DOW chemicals. The mother company of union carbide which caused the Bhopal gas tragedy .

The nation does not need a dictator . It needs the people who are educated enough ,to distinguish between black and white .Grey is always an easier alternative but the consequences of chosing that is a dim atmosphere which tends towards darkness on all counts . India needs a revolution not an election to change its fate . Trust me Modi or rahul both would be selling our dreams to the corporations (lets not even talk about people like kejriwal)

    1. Ques 1. Your assumptions as stated in bracket are plain wrong.First get the right information and correct views . You will learn the answer.
Ques 2. A political party is not an investigating agency nor it has resources and expertise to become an investigating agency. It cannot verify that the person/organisation/face in front of it/ person in front of it, is wicked or not. Don't fall in the trap of branding everybody other than yourself as EVIL, because then there are 1.2 billion minus one vote , declaring you as EVIL. This kind of mentality only indicates hate towards agents of democracy and nothing else.Trust is the corner stone of any society / organisation. As they say Trust but verify . Now this verification has been done by competent agencies and the political parties will respond as suitable.

BTW your statement regarding Bhopal Gas Tragedy and DOW chemicals is factually incorrect.
Let me tell you it is not "appeasement policy" but "fooling policy / ullu banoeing policy " of political parties . They are distributing "honesty certificate" , secular certificate ", nationalist certificate " and similar type of certifcates . But still I love them , because they are MOST ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS or say NECESSARY EVIL for DEMOCRACY . I will approach the best lawyer to argue for my case not someone who is secular. To get treatment for my brain tumour i will look for surgeon with good track records in treatment and not someone with honesty certificate. same is with public representative , past recods and track record is best parameters to evaluate future performance .

    2. Your two statements are very-very dangerous for democarcy .
      1. India needs a revolution and not election to change its fate.
      2. Politicians will sell our India to corporations.
What you are suggesting is a DICTATOR , but at the same time you write " the nation does not need a dictator". How can you have a " revolution without election " if you are not promoting some dictator / tyranny ? . Some people have heart burns / jealousy that smart and hardworking people can create wealth and share it with stakeholders to make more people rich and powerful than lazy armchair parsites . Equal misery to ALL can be ensured under DICTATORSHIP only .

  59. Hi Ranvir,
Great article. I saw that interview in which the moron RS was sounding very desperate that MJA was accepting the media's mistake and I was expecting this from you. Gr8.
Here is a juicy stuff for readers from the Gujarati businessman :
I was flying from Delhi to Bhopal recently. Sitting beside me was a Markandey Katju . He asked me his opinion of Mr. Modi. I was all praise for him. He interjected and asked me about the killing of nearly 2,000 Muslims in 2002 in Gujarat. I replied that Muslims were always creating problems in Gujarat, but after 2002 they have been put in their place and there is peace since then in the State. He told me this is the peace of the graveyard, and peace can never last long unless it is coupled with justice.
For which I replied "So your idea of peace is freedom to create riots every year?" At this remark he took offence and changed his seat on the plane.!!!
    Ha Ha Ha
