The Hindu Price Of Lipstick

In India, every Constitutional office can be corrupted by the ruling party. Everyone can be co-opted, even the Judiciary. Other arms of the GOI like CBI, IT, NIA, ED often become election campaigners. We have seen ED suddenly springing into action against Vadra before LS2019, against Praful Patel before Maharashtra elections, over Saradha-Narada in Bengal 2016. CEC Sunil Arora announced Bengal elections in 8 PHASES. It’s a moronic decision and totally unwarranted. No matter what the problem, a single state election cannot go beyond 3-4 phases. But the 8-phase nonsense is to shower some advantage to the BJP to “make adjustments” after each phase and “internal” exit polls. In contrast, an equally big state like Tamil Nadu has only 1-phase election. When asked about it by Timesnow, Arora grandly stated that it’s because of the rise in crimes in Bengal. Absolute Balderdash! The National Crime Records Bureau statistics do not corroborate his claim and if you look at TN population it is just about 15% less then Bengal:

The 2019 IPC crimes for TN is 1.68 lakhs and for Bengal it is 1.57 lakhs. Take all these stats with a pinch of salt. But the crime-rate is not so dramatically different that one needs 8 phases of elections and the other needs only 1 phase with higher crimes. I have shown the total IPC crimes. There are other categories of crimes like SLL (State & Local Laws) crimes where Bengal is far lower. If you add up IPC and SLL crimes, then TN is 4.55 lakhs and Bengal is 1.88 lakhs. So, Sunil Arora is bluffing for his justification of 8 phases of polls in Bengal. We know the reasons better. While Arora blabbered his nonsense to Navika Kumar, these journos aren’t bright enough to be prepared with stats. Their leading questions to even Constitutional authorities are to justify wrong doings. To say CEC is independent of GOI would be moronic. In 2002, in his entire campaign, Modi constantly referred to the CEC as James Michael Lyngdoh so that Gujaratis knew he was a Christian and thus allegedly favourable to SoniaG.  Modi even asked “has JML come from Italy?” to imply Lyngdoh’s bias. So, Sunil Arora is no angel.

Modi was invited to Mujibur Rahman’s centenary celebrations in March 2020 but there were protests and the event got postponed to 2021 and remained low-key. The Mujibur-celebrations in March 2020 were cancelled due to protests and the anger in BD over NRC/CAA. It is not owing to Covid as some are trying to spin because neither Modi nor Bangladesh were quite aware of the Covid problem in early 2020. Modi reacted to the Covid pandemic only around March 21, 2020. If protests broke out last year, Modi is not so dumb that he couldn’t anticipate there would be protests this year too. But the temptation to visit BD and slyly influence Bengal elections through appeasement of Muslims was too good to let go:

In the last few years, everything Modi does is mostly for electoral wins or for some cheap awards from the West or Islamic states. His visit to Bangladesh was another of those “election stunts”. And each time Modi’s craving for lipstick grows bigger, it’s Hindus that pay a price. Once in BD, predictably, Modi would go to a Kali Ma temple (A favourite Goddess of Bengalis) and then he would also meet the Matua community (which is also a vote-bank in Bengal). In short, monkey-balancing with Muslim appeasement. Of course, there is pleasing Bangla Muslims in Bengal with awards to Mujibur, visit and prayer at his tomb, plus vaccines and ambulances. And all this is in addition to remembering “Shri Ram” during election campaigns.

It is only natural that Modi feels blessed and later remarked that he prayed to Kali Ma to save the world from Covid. That Modi wants to visit temples and pray is fine. Politicians are known to use religion for election and vote-bank politics. So, we can overlook that. But the problem starts when morons all over claim that Modi’s act of visiting a temple, prostrating and praying “sends a message to all Hindus” that he is an “Unapologetic” Hindu. This is where the FALSEHOOD about Modi and the lies by his idiotic Bhajan Mandli start and they cover-up for the manner in which Modi fools Hindus with his stunts:

Although I quote only Gaurav Sawant, there are thousands of idiots who claim Modi has done Hindus a huge favour by being a Hindu or going to some temple. This is how Hindus are fooled into gullible slavery. In the 7 years that Modi has been PM, not once has he stood for any Hindu cause and nor has he ever raised his voice against any atrocity against Hindus. Merely going to temples or romancing the camera in a cave or with disco bhajans DOES NOT make a “Hindu Leader”:

A true Hindu Leader would never bestow Mujibur Rahman any award from the GOI. That Modi cares two-hoots about the sentiments of Hindus and the tainted history of Mujibur is evident. To top that crime, Modi goes on to grandly claim that Mujibur is a hero for “all Indians”. That is an outright LIE and FALSEHOOD. It takes extraordinary cheapery for votes to slap Hindus on their face with such lies – Mujibur is not a hero for all Indians and I doubt he’s a hero for even Muslims in India. A staunch Modi supporter and activist for KPs, Sushil Pandit, minces no words in expressing his disgust at the twisted history that Modi wants to present for his Lipstick pursuits:

Even assuming that there is any justification for the award to Mujibur, million free vaccines, 109 ambulances there was no need for Modi to go to Dhaka. All of this could have been done in a simple or elaborate ceremony in Delhi too by inviting their PM. Apart from all this, Modi also announced scholarships for Bangla students. Needless to say, most of them would be to Muslims. The only reason Modi had to go to Bangla is for votes in Bengal and nothing else. Given the incidents last year, and given his experience in India itself Modi knew damn well there would be protests and violence in Bangladesh during and after his visit. And the ones paying the price for Modi’s vanity and lipstick are none other than the Hindus. They have been attacked again and their temples vandalized or destroyed. Even in Bengal, the GOI has enough powers to intervene (even without sacking the TMC govt) over crimes, widespread violence and wanton killing of Hindus including BJP Karyakartas, attacks on or curbing Hindu festivals. But for 7 years, Modi did NOTHING:

The Bangla Police fired on the violent rioters and have killed at least 10. But Modi and Amit Shah don’t do anything even if such violence happens in Delhi or anywhere in India. They don’t even open their mouths. Modi and BJP’s message is clear to hapless Hindus: “You can die or go to hell… We wont care or do any damn thing unless you vote us and bring us to power in your state”. So, whether it’s Hindus or their temples in Bengal, Andhra, TN, Kerala, Telangana, BJP and Modi will not do anything unless they are voted to power in every state.

Of course, there are morons who bring the nonsense of some imaginary “Federal structure” but they are blind to not see that when JP Nadda’s car was attacked (he wasn’t injured) Amit Shah immediately sprung into action. Seven persons were arrested, three FIRs were filed, Bengal Chief Secretary and DGP were summoned, three IPS officers were shunted. Hindu lives don’t matter – only lives of whiners like Nadda matter. And it’s not just in Bangladesh, 2 days ago, Sikhs at a Gurudwara at Nanded came out with swords attacking cops and others. At a temple in Badlapur (Thane Dist, Maharashtra) Muslims barged into a temple shouting slogans:

It is not as if Modi’s pursuit of bogus awards, recognition, pats on the back from West or Islamic states and twisted Muslim appeasement was not visible in his first term. Coupled with that, the only other goal BJP has is to win elections at any cost. Most of us thought that would be a passing craze with a new man enthusiastic about his job. But the unfortunate fact is, Modi has degenerated into nothing but a chaser of lipstick in everything he does. And the damage and price of this lipstick is being borne by Hindus.

Bengal's Terror Machine

Among his many profound pieces of advice that “Deep Throat” gave Bob Woodward, one principle in the pursuit of crimes remains immortal:  “Follow the money”. It started as another scam or a Ponzi scheme but the pursuit of the Saradha scam in Bengal has opened up a much bigger threat to the country and one of its neighbours. The web of deceit, financial crimes and the linkage to terrorism is shocking to say the least. And all of this comes with involvement of the ruling party members in the state. There is no escape for Mamata Banerjee (MB) or her TMC from this. She will indeed have to answer for a lot.

On the evening of October 6, Monday, the man in the pic, Derek O’Brien (DOB) was asked to respond to the incident of an accidental blast at the Burdwan centre of TMC which killed two men who were assembling IEDs. Instead of answering the questions DOB stated barking at the BJP and Social Media as “hate-mongering” with their Hindu agenda against the TMC. This scumbag also happens to be an MP from Bengal. We have to wonder what agenda the TMC really has. In June-July there was a spate of attacks on Hindus and BJP leaders by TMC goondas, some murders too. There were a few rapes earlier which MB described as a “conspiracy” against her. 34 years of CPM and now this absolute horror of a political party sinking Bengal has still not seen an outrage in our media. Not surprising because they all belong in the “Sickular” basket. Let’s summarise the story first.

On August 24 a story surfaced about the Saradha scam money fanning terrorism in Bangladesh: “The CBI and ED learnt that funds collected from the public through Saradha’s chit fund schemes were centrally deposited at the group’s offices in Salt Lake. After being accounted for, hundreds of crores were transported to various centres close to the Indo-Bangladesh border. The cash was put in huge bags and taken by ambulances belonging to the Saradha group. The Indian currency was then secretly converted to Bangladeshi Taka and European currencies at a “Foreign Currency Convertor Centre” belonging to a man from Kolkata. Armed couriers of radical Islamic outfits would then smuggle the converted currency across the border under the cover of darkness”. The report mentions the operations being managed by a Rajya Sabha MP. He is TMC MP Ahmed Hassan Imran and his story is quite interesting:

“TMC links with Bangladeshi radical groups The Anand Bazar Patrika report “Before 2011, the Jamaat helped Trinamool with huge funds secretly transferred across the border. Imran played a key role in it. “Later when the Jamaat faced government’s ire during its opposition to war crimes trials, it received funds from Trinamool which had come to power in 2011 and many of whose leaders were ministers in the Manmohan Singh government,” the Ananda Bazar Patrika report said, quoting extensively from a detailed report it claims was given to India by Bangladesh intelligence. Who is Ahmed Hassan Imran? Ahmed Hassan Imran is a Rajya Sabha MP from West Bengal at present. In 1975-76 he founded West Bengal Muslim Students Association. In 1977, Imran co-founded the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) in Aligarh Muslim University in Uttar Pradesh”.

It doesn’t stop there. This Ahmed Hassan Imran is suspected to be not an Indian but technically a citizen of Pakistan: “A Pakistani citizen is now a TMC member in the Rajya Sabha, courtesy West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC chief Mamata Banerjee. Ahmed Hassan, aka Imran, is in fact a Pakistani citizen, since he entered India from East Pakistan in 1970-71, before the birth of Bangladesh”. Let’s move forward with the story:

“An explosion in Burdwan town of West Bengal on Thursday (October 2) killed two people and led to a cache of arms and explosives being discovered, causing the police to suspect a terror link. The blast occurred around noon at a house in a residential locality of Burdwan town, about 100 km from Kolkata, in the middle of the festive season of Durga Puja. More than 50 improvised explosive devices (IED), other explosives and wires were recovered from the flat. Shakil Ahmed (32) was killed on the spot while Swapan Mondal (22) succumbed to injuries at the… Hospital.   A third, Hasan Saheb, is stable and undergoing medical treatment while a fourth male resident is absconding… fire brigade personnel were prevented from entering the house by two women, who refused to open the door. Upon breaking open the door, the police found them burning some papers. The women -- Ahmed’s wife Rumi Bibi and Hasan’s wife Aklima Bibi – have been detained. Security agencies are now trying to find out if the IEDs were meant to be used in Bengal or sent somewhere else. Bomb disposal squads have also recovered a number of explosives and SIM cards on the banks of the Damodar river near the town. The six people – four men and two women – rented the house three months ago and told house owner Hasan Chowdhury that they were setting up a workshop for making Burkhas. Chowdhury didn’t check the identities of the tenants”

The house the potential terrorists used belonged to Nurul Hasan Chowdhury. You don’t need another guess to know that he too is a member of the TMC. He leads the Burdwan unit of the TMC and his house also operates as its make-shift office. Don’t be surprised – in this day and age Hasan Chowdhury, a political leader, lets out his house to people without knowing who they are or without any background check as he claimed. The bomb-making guests of TMC had targets of Kolkata airport and a dozen other targets (AajTak). That just about summarises the sequence of events for us

If the bomb-makers had succeeded in their plans there could have been a major carnage around Durga Puja in Bengal and who knows how many people may have been killed. And we discovered all this only because a couple of bombs they were assembling went off accidentally. MamataB’s Muslim-appeasement is not limited merely to her govt policies or vote-bank politics. She has now reduced Bengal police to levels of unthinkable stupidity after a major terror-threat. Dressing up as a Muslim or praying as a Muslim is one thing but letting or asking the police to cover up crimes, as is being reported, is a totally different thing and this is what happened:

Over 50 explosives and other accessories collected by the Bengal police from the Burdwan house were detonated and destroyed. Why? What kind of criminal police destroys evidence? In addition, the women involved in the operation burnt a lot of papers which still left some corners legible. Forensic sciences can even investigate and find clues even in fully burnt papers and items. What does the Bengal police do? I watched with horror the TimesNow reporter picking up pieces from the debris to show it to the camera while the public was casually walking around inspecting the debris as if it were a tourist spot. Is this how a state deals with terrorists or potential-terrorists? And to all that, MamataB still wants the state CID to deal with these incidents and refuses NIA investigation. Nothing can be more comic. The Centre cannot be dictated by such comic stubbornness if they plan to tackle terrorism seriously. Here’s Vicky Nanjappa who has been reporting on these events consistently:

 

India is strongly against cross-border terrorism and faces the same problem with Pakistan. Why would we tolerate a state where the govt acknowledges cross-border terrorism but refuses an NIA investigation? There seems to be abundant evidence that this Ahmed Hassan of TMC has been promoting extremism in Bangladesh and their govt has asked for serious action on this:

“Indian Muslims will live for India and die for India” said Modi in an interview to a tainted, foreign news peddler. The Muslims involved in this entire episode not only appear to have had a plan to kill people at large but even Muslims across the border. Bengal govts, the present and the previous CPM, seem to have a special sympathy for terrorists. The CPM is known to have political-murders as a party policy. “Eminent terrorist” Yasin Bhatkal was in custody in Bengal but jumped bail mysteriously from Kolkata. And this is the same dumb Bengal police that is investigating the Burdwan incident and related cross-border terrorism?

“There is no good and bad terrorism” said Narendra Modi at the UN. There is no reason why one should tolerate a state govt which has members who not only support terror activities in India but also have links to cross-border terrorism. It doesn’t take Einstein to figure out that this cannot have been going on for so long without the knowledge of many in power in Bengal. There are problems at the LOC which Modi-Sarkar is now tackling firmly. Modi believes in the federalism and greater autonomy of states. But terrorism and cross-border promotion of it cannot be merely the state’s issue. It is a national security issue. Narendra Modi must intervene and ensure a massive operation to weed out terrorists from Bengal is undertaken. There is also the promise of sending back illegal Bangladeshis. These issues must see signals of actions. If these were mere election rhetoric there will be a very large price to pay. 

BanglaDesh & Pakistan Must Be Laughing

The GOI made a spectacular discovery on August 18. They discovered that all the images and reports about Muslims being killed in Burma and which provoked riots at various places in India came from around 76 websites. Importantly, a large number of them were from Pakistan. So blame it on Pakistan. Okay! This was our media tom-toming a statement from Home Secretary, R.K.Singh. After the violence in Azad Maidan, Mumbai, on August 11 there was a sudden exodus of NE people from Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. This exodus was stated to be based on fear-mongering by SMS threats and blew up to a large scale on the evening of August 15. Depending on where the moon rises, the number of NE citizens who have fled mostly southern cities ranges from 20000 to 30000, according to our honest and reliable news media. Go ahead, choose your own number!

Since the Assam violence started our media has offered us many excuses to not cover the events thoroughly. Logistics, not enough deaths, no OB vans and the hilarious list can go. What is amazing is none of them are even willing to report the truth that is right in front of them. Maybe the National Broadcasters Association (NBA) decided once again not to report Muslim violence as they once did when riots occurred over a mosque in the Jangpura area of Delhi. On August 17 after Friday prayers a group came out in Lucknow to continue protests over Burma and Assam. They also vandalised public property as also statues of Buddha and Lord Mahavir at public parks. They also attacked media personnel who were covering the event but images of the violence did get around.

It seems TOI didn’t know which group was indulging in the violence in Lucknow even as the police looked on helplessly. Well, TOI gave us a thorough description of these people in their report. I quote: “LUCKNOW: A mob tried to disturb communal harmony in Lucknow by indulging in violence and arson under the garb of agitation to protest violence against Muslims in Assam and Myanmar. Around 50 people dressed as Muslims, wearing skull caps and scarves, created ruckus in the crowded Hazratganj area violence soon after Friday prayer”. Garb? Dressed up? Oh well, that’s how media reports when it comes to a certain group. I was naturally curious after the TOI report and after extensive research found that it was a disgruntled group of angels from Puerto Rico that had dressed up as Muslims and were agitating in Lucknow. Something even tells me they are disgruntled because they were agitating for gay rights in their homeland. I wish TOI had gone a bit further and blamed Puerto Rico just as our govt now blames Pakistan.

That Lucknow bit was fanciful from TOI. But what about those wild SMSes that sent out threats to the NE folks to quit. Nothing to worry! You see, faster than police or any intelligence agency can investigate, our media ‘exodus-specialists’ have all the answers. There is the Social Genius, of course, and we now have Johny-come-lately Mihir Sharma. This bimbo sounds like a conspiracy specialist. No, I’m not talking about Sagarika here! 

Both the Social Genius and Sharma imply through their tweets that the Hindu RSS had spread the threats and were then playing angels helping the fleeing North Easterners at Bangalore station. While Sagarika asks “What is the agenda here?” Sharma even modifies a tweet to make his implications pretty clear. It’s RSS who should be nailed for this.

After all the sermons over keeping rumours out, not spreading fear and doling out sympathy for the victims what do our media charlatans do? They do exactly the opposite of what they preach. Spread rumours, spread hate and even spread hate against those who were helping the NE at Bangalore station. Truth is, they don’t have any more information than you and I do. But it’s alright! Karnataka police on August 18 arrested a few people (Again, Puerto Ricans?) from Bangalore and I quote the TOI report (Damn! This time they disclosed the names, shame on TOI!)

Bangalore: Director general of police Lalrokhuma Pachau claimed police caught three persons sending hate SMSs and MMSs, after a raid at an electronic shop in Koramangala on Saturday. He said the investigating team received information that Anees Pasha, 26… started spreading rumours through SMSs and uploading videos electronically to incite hatred against people from the northeast region…. Anees told police that he and his associates were sending SMSs to a large number of people which wrongly depicted violence in the northeast. Pachau said the mischief played by Anees and his brother, Thaseem Nawaz, 32, of Platinum Court in BTM I Stage, and an associate Shahid Salman Khan, 22, of Teachers' Colony in Venkatapura, had resulted in the panic and fear.

Let’s come back to the Pakistani websites. There are quite a few websites that faked the images of Muslim victims of violence, whether all of them were Pakistani or not. But did the crowds at Azad Maidan gather and indulge in violence because of these websites. It wouldn’t appear to be so. I am once again producing a tweet from someone who received fliers which had those gory images and these leaflets were inviting Muslims to Azad Maidan to join the protest. This was on August 10. Some of the elements at Azad Maidan came prepared with stones, rocks, iron rods for the peaceful protest. These images may have been reproduced from the websites but were the leaflets being distributed by Pakistanis? The invitation to Azad Maidan came through such leaflets, SMSes, Tweets and FB pages. None of the tweets or FB pages appears to have put up any images. So even if there were provocative but fake images on websites what did the damage was probably the printed leaflets circulated by leaders of the agitation which ended up in violence. Were these printed in Pakistan too? The Internet has many provocative images of all kinds. But it is those who used it on the ground in print that resulted in the chaos.

Even so, why did it take so long for the media and govt to get to this information of images on websites? When I saw the tweet and image shown above, a simple search told me these were faked. Like many others, I had also tweeted a link to the site by a Pakistani blogger, Farhaz Ahmed, who had systematically explained the misuse of these images. Some in the online news media even carried articles about these fake pics and the explanation. So how come the govt is now claiming these websites were the one to provoke violence. This reflects poorly on the Intelligence mechanism of the state and the mainstream media. In one stroke the govt has happily blamed Pakistan and our dubious and deceptive media is happy to run that line instead of confronting the govt with actual facts and chain of events. I had tweeted about the web images being fake on August 12. It took the govt 6 more days to realise this? Amazing! What about the media? Were they sleeping too? This information was available all over the net but most in the media were busy blaming Hindus, RSS and even “Third parties”. I would call this criminal neglect by news media of their duties.

Sagarika and Sharma weren’t the only ones spreading rumours. There were many other journalists who indulged in excessive misinformation, hate and sermons to the public. That’s what you get with a compromised media. Far from challenging the govt on the lies about these violent incidents, threats and exodus our media is happy setting the platform for them to spin facts. Expect more lies to follow. According to the media and govt. illegal Bangladeshis weren’t involved in Assam violence. All the other violence was caused by Pakistani websites. Both Bangladesh and Pakistan must be laughing.
