Diabolic Hijab Campaign

The Muslims, Sikhs, assorted farmers and rioters have learned one valuable lesson over the last 8 years – that where the BJP is the govt, they can make the cowards bend and crawl to their tune without any fear of retribution. They can break laws, battle police, attack national symbols but the cowards of BJP will do nothing. Whether it is the GOI or a state govt of BJP anarchy, bogus religious campaigns and riots have become a regular feature. Perhaps the one exception to the bunch of cowards in BJP is Himanta Biswa Sarma, the Assam CM. He is quite clear on what fairplay and justice is and runs his agenda in a no-nonsense manner.

The short story is that a few Muslim students were barred from classes for wearing hijab. This started in a town in Karnataka and then spread to other towns. In August 2021, these students and their parents signed their agreement to the college dress code which excludes the hijab. But suddenly, in December 2021, they started wearing a hijab which they suddenly discovered is mandated by their religion. Or maybe Mother Mariam came in their dreams with an order. The college refused to bow to their demands and the matter is now in the Karnataka HC. The agitations that started in a few towns in Karnataka have now reached Chennai, Delhi and Maharashtra where more Muslims have joined the ride:

Naturally, everything isn’t as simple as it appears. These Muslim students have “rented” expensive lawyers and the usual suspects like Rana Ayyub, Khanum Arfa, Saba Naqvi have all started dancing for them. There are other sundry activists who support them. Where do they get the money for such lawyers? A simple theory that is inevitable is that these silly issues suddenly crop and are then turned into multi-state agitation by forces over which ModiSarkar has no control nor the brains to deal with them. In the Shaheen Bagh and farmer agitations there were enough indications of foreign-funding, Pakistani involvement and ISI too. The timing of this moronic hijab agitation is worth noting. It comes exactly around elections to 5 states and are directed particularly at Muslim voters in UP. It is not an action over Karnataka elections next year as the media would have you believe.

Firstly, the Muslims and their supporters argue it is their right to wear what they want under the Constitution. Of course, the Constitution happens to be their favourite toilet to use when they need the convenience but otherwise the Sharia, Quran, Mughal-e-Azam all become superior to Constitution. In reality, there is no such absolute right whatsoever.

It is not only common sense and decency but also the right of every institution to decide a dress code if you want to be inside that institution not just as regular member but even as a visitor/guest. Women don’t go to Parliament in bikinis, men don’t go to temples in shorts, nobody goes to a corporate meeting wearing bedroom pajamas, nobody goes to office in bathroom slippers (unless you are Arvind Kejriwal). Every institution, including public spaces like restaurants and hotels have some dress code. Many persons have been barred from restaurants due to dress codes. So, this nonsense of Right to wear what you want does not hold water. Even judges and lawyers are subject to a dress code. In a previous judgement of 2018, the Kerala HC has made it absolutely clear than an institution has as much right as an individual to prescribe dress codes.

The Kerala HC clearly states that the individuals cannot seek to impose their own rights as against the larger rights of the Institution. The rules of the institution do not violate the Constitution in anyway. There are those who argue that those were private schools that the Kerala HC was referring too. That is immaterial, whether you’re a private organisation or a govt one, it is still entitled to form some rules on dress codes and other rules. Govt organisation or school does not mean you can go to school or office in your underwear or any silly dress. The “institution” is a separate entity under law just as temple deity is. If you look at the offenders of the dress code or the ones protesting, their hijab and currently the Covid mask practically makes it a burqa in appearance:

The other bogus argument presented by Muslims is that the hijab is mandated by the Quran. If that is so, then many Muslim journalists and Bollywood actors would be in violation of the Quran. But those who are well-versed with the Quran have publicly stated that it doesn’t specifically mention hijab. All that the Quran prescribes is for women to protect their modesty. That is open to the interpretation of which Mullah is their bread and butter for the day. Some will say full black garb and burqa and some will say it is not mandatory. Then there will be futile comparisons with the Sikh turban or the Bindi. The Bindi is more decorative rather than religious and it doesn’t hide the face or head. In case of Sikhs, those who wear turbans wear it all their life. The Sikh turban is not used as a “convenient fashion” to wear and discard when desired. The only time many Sikhs discarded their turbans and beards was during the 1984 killings. This was to save themselves from Congi killers.

I can imagine it would be fun if Sania Mirza had played in a full burqa and ankle-length garb. At least it would have been easier for the umpire to identify. While on the subject, Wimbledon allows only full white clothing and endorsements on the clothing/equipment also have sizes prescribed. It’s a normal practice world over to have dress codes for many events. There are also unwritten, informal dress codes that people practice out of sheer common sense. You don’t go to a beach and wade or swim in the sea in a full suit or wedding dress. There are many large plants in India where the entrance has a large sign that says “No helmet, no entry”. You will find such signs for Covid masks at many places these days.

This hijab nonsense is nothing but intimidation and another attempt at imposing Islam on others. There was a confrontation in Gurgaon for public namaz at an open plot. The Hindus thwarted that encroachment attempt. So, what exactly is the grudge and the motivation for these frequent confrontations by Muslims? They rioted over CAA, extended a blockade at Shaheen Bagh, rioted over junking 370 and generally riot over anything that offends them. And now this new hijab protests. As stated earlier, in 8 years of ModiSarkar, they have been emboldened to frequently agitate or riot for anything knowing there will be no retribution.

And unfailingly, Modi sucks up to them with more and more doles, Chadars to Ajmer and also rushes to Gurudwaras to please Sikhs. This knowledge that Modi is a sucker dictated to pander to the so-called minorities helps them know that they have a license to riot. Even as other budgets were slashed a bit last two years, the Muslim appeasement budget has again seen an increase this year:

All these doles and scholarships for what? For them to parade their hijab and burqa? And you should read the crap that Mukhtar Naqvi peddles. How does doles to Muslims make India self-reliant? Modi peddles such fallacies through his sidekicks while India gets NOTHING in return. The funding of Madrassas is a massive failure on the part of the GOI and many states. These Madrassas do nothing for India nor produce any great achievers. The only way forward with the Madrassas and these agitating students is to do what Himanta Biswa has done in Assam. He has shut down govt Madrassas and turned them into regular, mainstream schools:

People won’t value education or anything when they get it permanently free. The Muslims who get educational doles don’t have to fend for money. Therefore, they have enough time to create issues like hijab, namaz, burqa and so on. Hindus aren’t demanding a prayer space in schools or colleges. Sooner or later the Muslims will demand a prayer space too. The Karnataka HC has now referred the hijab case to a larger Bench. So, knowing our judiciary, this may take months or even years to reach a conclusion. Consequently, the schools and colleges must stick to their dress code and not tolerate any belligerence from some of their students.

There’s also a political angle to all this. The BJP could very well be happy with this hijab-fire across India. This makes them believe that the agitation will provoke anger among Hindus who will then vote for BJP in UP and other states. On the other hand, those Muslim entities behind the agitation will hope that it angers Muslims and they don’t vote for BJP. The only victims in this show are Hindus who always end up losers.

  3. Hijab is the thin end of the wedge. The ultimate goal is complete takeover by thookias.

As the piece of slime called Shahid Suhrawardy, Muslim League premier of pre partition Bengal said: Pakistan is our latest demand but it is not our last demand.

    Demands will never end.

  4. Hijab controversy is just a trial run by few (intentionally by few to avoid any major riots, smart way) in inter college means 11th or 12th once it gets implemented then it will be turn of High school and primary section..

Karnataka state intelligence agency failed to Stop growing prominence of SFI in state and he/she must be sacked for this negligence and carelessness.

I think if court allows, then Hindus also must get rid of school uniform and come to school in casual dresses why only rules for one section of students.? Let students take traditional dress to come to school. White dhoti and shirt will be best dress code for Southern States.
