ReplyDeleteIt would have been funny if NDTV was deterred from advertising like this for want of takers. The fact that they have a trainig academy shows there are many a misguided people ready to join pseudo-liberal cult of journalism.

ReplyDeleteWhen this TV Channel beat the bush repeatedly over the Godhra incidence with conspicuous ignorance of the reason for the incidence thus blown out of proportion, slammed Modi as mass murderer, by doing so meticulously made the Bhopal tragedy which figure is far multiple of the repulsion of Godhra incidence or the 1984 riot which also equals in the repulsion were all made obscure? Such crooks are training? Yadhah Raja thatha prajah (As is the king so will be citizen)

In a way, the advertisement is very apt. We have all figured out, haven't we, that these guys must have been "making news" (in the sense of manufacturing news) for all these years? And yes, it requires very special training, that of "erasing one's journalistic conscience"!
