The Hurt Mafia

Some years back Rajdeep Sardesai used to have a show or a segment on his TV debates called Crossfire. He probably borrowed the idea from CNN-IBN’s American sister CNN. Back in 2004, during the US election campaign, American comic and satirist Jon Stewart was on CNN’s Crossfire. He delivered a severe battering to the two hosts for their sham debates and deceptions (One of them, Carlson Tucker, was even ridiculed for his silly bow-tie, which LOC Ambassador Karan Thapar now copies). Stewart described where these guys went to after presidential and other debates. Here’s a hilarious exchange:

STEWART: But let me ask you guys, again, a question, because we talked a little bit about, you're actually doing honest debate and all that. But, after the debates, where do you guys head to right afterwards?

CARLSON: The men's room.

STEWART: Right after that?

BEGALA: Home.

STEWART: Spin alley.

BEGALA: Home.

STEWART: No, spin alley.

BEGALA: What are you talking about? You mean at these debates?

STEWART: Yes. You go to spin alley, the place called spin alley. Now, don't you think that, for people watching at home, that's kind of a drag, that you're literally walking to a place called deception lane?

After the thrashing that the hosts got, CNN pulled the show. It was brought in again some months later in 2005 in a totally different format. Fortunately, for our media crooks they carry on their sham despite many a slap.

That’s right! After a political rally or exchange our Editorialists gather in the “spin alley” and decide how to spin the statements by politicians or other public figures. Even after debates or interviews (Like RahulG with Arnab) along with politicians their media slaves also run to “spin alley” to spin both positive and negative bloopers. People are now smart enough to recognise these deceptive liars for what they are. I call them ‘India’s biggest mafia’. Every crime – rape, murder, financial frauds, cheque-book journalism – you will find it in our media. But on February 24, 2014 our mafia was hurt; very hurt. Seems Gen VKSingh called them “Presstitutes” and Home Minister Sushil Shinde threatened to “crush the electronic media”. The Union of Snakes, aka Editors’ Guild, also condemned VKS for using the term Presstitutes.

First, let’s deal with Shinde’s stupid statement. He said he will crush electronic media if there is any propaganda against the Congress. We are used to this man making stupid statements. When cornered he made it worse by saying he didn’t mean TV or journalists but social media. So he wants to crush social media for propaganda against Congress. That should have pacified our media crooks to some extent. Of course, his party also wanted to ban opinion polls. I wrote a long time ago ‘why the MSM would like see social media dead’ and folks on the SM had a good laugh as the real journalists at the Unreal Times showed us:

That done, let’s now deal with the Presstitutes. Johny-returned-lately, Akash Banerjee (ex-Timesnow, ex-HeadlinesToday, ex-Hibernation) started kicking and screaming at VKS on the phone over the Presstitutes remark demanding an apology on the evening of February 24. It wasn’t as if he felt insulted, it sounded as if he was raped or molested. After a few minutes of rage his own colleagues must have told him to calm down. 

One can understand Arnab inspires everyone in his channel to behave like him. Take a look at the daily morning show of Timesnow. Each morning there are 2, 3 or 4 ladies who line up to deliver the morning entertainment. I call them “Arnie’s Angels”. Each one of them is trained like a parrot and maybe helped with a teleprompter to prefix the term “poster boy” each time Narendra Modi is mentioned. It’s not just these angels but other ladies on Timesnow, like Navika Kumar, Arnab, Rhythm and Rhyme, also use this term to describe Modi. So I wonder why these folks get so agitated over the term Presstitutes. At other times we have heard terms like mass-murderer, hero of hatred and so on being used recklessly by all the editorialists. 

They also call communal riots “genocide” and “pogrom” knowing well they are lying. But these scumbags and scumbaginis expect they should be treated honourably, respected for all their nonsense and be spared the agony of insults that they heap on others.

Arnab doesn’t have a good memory unless it is fed by pieces of paper from his assistants. He forgot how he witch-hunted Nitin Gadkari over 19 episodes based on flimsy accusations by an AAP member. He forgot how he and the entire media witch-hunted N. Sreenivasan of BCCI over the IPL betting issue for three weeks and blacked out all other issues. Sure, you cover these allegations and scams but don’t claim to be ignorant of deliberate and well-planned witch-hunts. The TOI group carried some 107 odd negative articles on the CWG. Are we to believe these guys were really interested in the truth or justice? Was the TOI reporting without motives? Surely not! The excessive coverage was because TOI didn’t get the contracts that went to the Unholy Trinity of HT-NDTV-CNN-IBN through practices that weren’t entirely fair. What do you call this? Journalism or Presstitution? I bet if Times group had got the media contracts you may never have seen the 107 negative headlines. That’s the work of Presstitutes. We know how the media has reacted against Shinde and VKS; let’s sample what the people have to say on SM:

During the discussions on the adventures of Tarun Tejpal on TimesNow, Arnab himself admitted the media had wronged by not taking up and following up on the Radiagate episode. How conveniently the Presstitutes blacked out and buried the story is a major crime. Most of these Presstitutes were also aware of Tejpal’s misdeeds. It is undeniable that these Hammamis do not report on corruption in their own ranks and therefore earn the contempt of people and names that describe them pretty well. Before the 2013 state elections in November-December quite a few channels were openly campaigning for the AAP party. Even if the Presstitutes deny it they can’t deny the overwhelming evidence that points to this malicious conduct of fake debates and discussions. The ultimate proof of the political pimping came in the form of Ashutosh who was sacked from IBN7 and had to join his masters in AAP. Pics of him being bedmates with the AAP party also came into public domain. There are other scumbags like Punyaprasoon Bajpai and Anjana Om Kashyap of AajTak not being very different. The political pimping wasn’t different with Rajdeep, Barkha or Sagarika who have been long-time political doormats. One of the most read articles on this site still happens to be “The AAPSucker Proxies”. Recently, Deepak Chaurasia of India News (formerly with every Hindi channel on earth) was voted India’s Worst Journalist – 2014. He was indeed a surprise winner and the reason being he is alleged to have doctored a video of child-abuse using children and persons who were unaware of the scam. There also appears to be an FIR against him. Heard any news channel reporting on such pathetic activities in the media mafia? There are other journos who wantonly abuse politicians and people in general. And that is the reason the MSM is facing flak from every quarter. This is apart from financial frauds, tax frauds and sexual transgressions at work places. There is a history of how the MSM has obliged and colluded to cover up many crimes of the govt. Why be offended with the title of Presstitutes? I wrote in “Rajdeep On Deception Lane” that very long ago someone from the media gave the most stinging description of journalists and their character. Here is John Swinton of NYT from 1880:

"There is no such thing, at this date of the world's history, as an independent press. You know it and I know it. There is not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appear in print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinions out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paid similar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on the streets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-four hours my occupation would be gone. The business of the journalist is to destroy the truth; to lie outright; to pervert; to vilify; to fawn at the feet of Mammon, and to sell the country for his daily bread. You know it and I know it and what folly is this toasting an independent press. We are the tools and vassals of the rich men behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, our possibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes”.

Between VKS and Swinton there isn’t much difference in the description of the crooks. Till a while ago the PCI chairman, Markandeya Katju, himself was behaving like a political tool. He was not only running a political campaign but also ridiculing Indians at large. His nonsense had to be ended by a stinging post from Arun Jaitley in which AJ delivered a severe slap: “Retired judges must remember that the rental for occupying a Lutyen's bunglow post retirement has to be political neutrality not political participation”. There are many media Presstitutes occupying Lutyen’s bungalows and govt flats and as long as they do so they will remain political doormats. The media mafia really has no business to feel hurt. They should cleanse their Hammam instead.

 

Congress Betrayed Gandhi, Sardar & Now Nehru

It’s another Gandhi Jayanti. Many glowing tributes will be paid to him, Rajghat will be decorated. Politicians will atone for their sins at his Samadhi. Expectedly, Rajdeep Sardesai will promote another book on the Mahatma by ‘Eminent Distortian’ Ram Guha. Reality: Everything positive about MKG has already been destroyed by the Congress party. Now Sushil Kumar Shinde has a new plan. He has written to all Chief Ministers “Ensure no Muslim youth is wrongfully detained”. And then the Congress will scream other parties are communal. The stupidity apart, the illegality of such a letter and its Constitutional invalidity does not matter to the Congress. Of course, they will tell you they respect the Constitution, the law, the courts, the people while doing exactly the opposite very frequently.

Those who have observed the Congress party closely would know by now that the party doesn’t have any ideology; political or economic. After any court verdict you will hear any number of Congress spokies grandly state “we respect the courts and respect the verdict”. Like many other lies, this is another lie that the party revels in. This party has a history of disrespecting courts and negating verdicts. It was Jawaharlal Nehru’s intolerance of routine criticism and an order of Madras High Court that led to the first amendment to the Constitution that curbed free speech. It was the order of Allahabad HC which led to Indira Gandhi imposing Emergency. It was the SC order in the Shah Bano case for which Rajiv Gandhi amended the Constitution again. Anyone left? Oh yes, the SC ruled against the right of convicted legislators to continue in office or contest elections. So under Sonia Gandhi there’s the Ordinance to protect convicted politicians. Of course, Rahul “Complete Nonsense” Gandhi tried to play a local hero by screaming against the Ordinance but it remains to be seen what his rogue Diva act comes to.

RG lives in a time when it’s hard to fool people and the corrupt fixers and brokers in the “Mithai Swallowing Media” (MSM) have no monopoly on the national discourse. Public opinion creates tremendous pressure through other media. However, the fundamental tactic of Congress of dividing the nation, dividing people by religion, caste and community remains intact. Every time the party has been given the opportunity to govern the nation they have only sunk it further and destroyed more democratic and national institutions.  

The Congress neither has a history of respecting the Opposition nor does it have a history of respecting the law. If any Congi tells you that then take it with a truck-load of salt. The Congress dumped MK Gandhi’s political principles immediately after he died. Any semblance of democracy that was left inside was dumped by IndiraG. The claim that this is the same party of 100+ years is a fake claim further supported by mongrels in the media. The claim that this is the party that fought for independence is equally dubious. This is Congress (I) and not the original INC. This is the Congress of IndiraG which created a culture of putting strong political opponents into prison. To get a better idea of how this practice of fake legal cases continues you can read this latest piece from Arun Jaitley written to the PM. It’s in the context of all this that one has to view the sinister design behind Shinde’s letter.

Here’s a short clip I received on email. This is a discussion on Pakistani news channel News One. The panellist doesn’t look like a Jihadi or terrorist. He talks like a well-educated, scholarly man. I have no other details of who the anchor or guest is but his words are worth listening to:

Interesting, isn’t it? The guy wants entire Hindustan to be turned into Pakistan. He wants Radio Pakistan to be the main voice. We would be foolish to imagine this is a lone-wolf. We would be equally foolish to imagine that there aren’t some people and some politicians in India who do not share his vision. There is a very high probability that a lot of Pakistanis and some in India from the media also share his grand vision. Breaking India is not imagination; it’s a reality to confront.

In the movie Gandhi (1982), which is considered authentic by the GOI and which was supported by IndiraG’s govt, MK Gandhi tells Jinnah he can be the first PM of India and have Muslims as ministers and in many senior positions (Youtube 2.39.00). Ah well, you could say MMS follows Gandhian principles when he suggested "Muslims have the first right on the resources of country". This, after a state called Pakistan was created based on religious lines. Carry on, Shinde! That’s not all. In another scene in the same video Nehru tells Gandhi that if he persisted with his stubbornness “there will be no Hindus left in Pakistan” (2.44.00). I leave it to you to decipher the context of Nehru’s remark to Gandhi; it’s not rocket science. At least on that count Nehru proved right. Millions of Hindus were killed in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) and the Hindu population in Pakistan has almost been cleansed. Subsequent follies of Indian govts have also seen the cleansing of Hindus from Kashmir. So now it’s worth getting back to Shinde’s and Congress’ evil design.

During the UP elections campaign in 2012 Salman Khurshid, who is incapable of uttering one coherent sentence but is a media darling because he speaks English, screamed he will carve out a 9% reservation for Muslims out of the 27% meant for OBCs. He even dared the Election Commissioner to hang him. Bravo! Arun Jaitley pointed out then too that this wasn’t 9% but when you consider it’s a slice of the 27% it’s actually 33%. Mulayam Singh wants 3 Muslim policemen at every police station. Bravo! The guy who denies existence of Indian Mujahideen and is also alleged to be involved in Waqf land scams, K.Rahman Khan wants special courts for Muslims. That guy in the Paki news channel video certainly isn’t going to be disappointed. Oh by the way, even some Muslims are now seeing though the trickery of people like Rahman Khan.

 

But what is the truth? I have said many times facts count and opinions belong in the dustbin. When Ministers such as Shinde and parties like Congress and SP start making polices based on opinions you know governance is a grave yard. It was only Arnab Goswami on the Newshour on September 30 who talked facts on the issue of undertrials and convicted people in India’s prisons. The other channels made it more of “communal or not” discussion. Does Shinde’s nonsense being absolutely communal even need a debate? But hey, that’s what CNN-IBN or NDTV is for; mindless mental masturbation. Here are the stats that Arnab put up:

According to the graph put up by Arnab the undertrials are: Hindus 69.9% and Muslims 21%. Where convicted persons in prisons are concerned: Hindus: 71.4% and Muslims 17.8% Are these stats reliable? Absolutely! You can check out the whole report on prison population by all demographics for 2012 put out by National Crime Records Bureau.

Shinde’s nonsense probably originated from a case in Andhra Pradesh where the High Court struck down compensation paid by the State govt to Muslim youths wrongly detained for long. Subsequently, the same HC withdrew the order and has reserved further orders. Even in this case there is a clear cut communal act on the part of AP govt. I doubt too many people will argue on the compensation issue, although there is no such provision in law, but choosing to give money selectively to Muslims is again a divisive policy of the Congress. And other parties are communal?

Every aspiration and hope that India started out with after Independence mostly stand destroyed. There is a certain evil element in the manner in which Congress govts make policies and still claim they are “secular”. Their practices have seen the rise of the most corrupt politicians, family members and relatives profiting from the system. If there were 500+ small provinces at India’s Independence, there are hundreds of small fiefdoms of politicians and their families. They are as accountable to people as the British were. I doubt Sardar Patel would have been pleased to see this state of affairs. To say that the Congress has betrayed MK Gandhi would be an understatement. But they didn’t stop there. With their communal acts and those of their allies they have even betrayed Nehru.  

In the movie Gandhi that I’ve referred in this post there was a scene around 2.49.00 when Nehru receives information of the Calcutta riots and Gandhi going on a fast again. A Police head comes in and suggests because the riots were so severe they may need separate Hindu and Muslim police. This is the script from the actual movie released:

In the little red box within the image of the script above you will note that Nehru angrily lashes out at the idea and says “There will not be a Hindu police and a Muslim police. There is one Police!” What people DON’T know is that this particular scene and dialogue has been censored from many of the movie’s editions that are on Youtube. The scene and dialogue has also been sanitised and removed from many CD/DVD versions that were released about 8 years ago in India. I have a copy and it doesn’t have this scene. In the original movie and the many times it was shown even on TV till about 2000 the scene was very much there. Anyone abroad having the original movie will vouch for it.

Even Nehru, despite his flawed policies, did not subscribe to the idea of different police for Hindus and Muslims. Though, do note that even Nehru wanted to wait FOUR days before he rushed to riot-hit Calcutta, on a Friday. Are our Congress or “Secular” parties any different now? But now you have crooked politicians making policies for Muslim police, Muslim courts and to go easy on arresting Muslim youths. Would Nehru have approved? I don’t think so. So the Congress not only betrayed Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Patel, they are now betraying Nehru who is their party’s biggest icon. It is one thing to criticise events and policies by one's assessment but quite something else when you measure them by their respect for their own icons. I have nothing more to say. 

Intolerable Acquittals

Sometime ago Digvijaya Singh attended a grand ceremony and launched the book “26/11 An RSS Conspiracy”. Post that event the author of that silly book, Aziz Burney, had apologised in his paper for his great work of research done from some sewer in his head. Not just apologise, Burney went on “He cited a piece he wrote on December 17 last year entitled, Hafiz Sayed hamara apraadhi hai, ise hamein saunpo, (Hafiz Sayed is our enemy, hand him to us). "(The piece) does not talk about 26/11 nor links the incident with the RSS." The timing of the grand launch of that imaginary “conspiracy” was December 6, 2010 (The Babri anniversary). Before and after that dubious ceremony the Congress party members have been spinning a spurious theory of “Saffron terror” or “Hindu terror”. This was their scheme to deflect attention from the real terrorists and “balance” the whole terrorism game between Hindus and Muslims.

Hafiz Sayeed is our enemy? Actually, Hafiz ‘Saab’ found a friend in Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde when he claimed BJP and RSS are running terror camps and bomb-making factories. When Shinde brought up “Hindu terror” again he was applauded by Hafiz. Since P. Chidambaram started off with the “saffron terror” theory in a more brazen manner our MSM was happy to latch on to that hoax and has since been hawking the theory in every instance of terrorism. The same theory applies to so-called hate speeches. If a Hindu makes an incendiary speech, that is hate speech for the media. If a Muslim does so, it’s mostly misguided youth, victimhood or even in a “juvenile” state of mind. The Muslim leaders can call for Jihad as often as they want but responding to them is a crime it seems.

After the recent blasts in Hyderabad, information was made available to media by the authorities in Hyderabad or Delhi with which they narrowed down the perpetrators to Indian Mujahideen. Of course, the media is wrong, as always, to speculate so much without solid reliable information. Our police and investigators are equally stupid in making juicy titbits available to the media before even preliminary investigations are made. CNN-IBN and Rajdeep Sardesai were no exceptions to the loud airings of these stories. They don’t want to be left behind TimesNow, do they? Now, if CNN-IBN is screaming IM then that’s the time for our Social Genius, Sagarika Ghose, to plunge to newer levels of stupidity. She’s like an oil prospector. If hole-1 doesn’t pump up any oil despite drilling right down to the centre of the earth, she nonchalantly moves on to drill another hole. She keeps on drilling till she hits new depths in stupidity. Amazing talent, I must say.

Remember what SG said about Ak Owaisi’s hate speech? She said his brother, Asad, was a gentleman. Yeah, why not! It’s a different matter that Asad too makes incendiary speeches, even from the floor of the parliament. Asad also has cases pending against him that are being prosecuted. But post the Hyderabad blasts he was the first panellist on CNN-IBN with Rajdeep. Quite naturally! He is “innocent”. But hey, that Varun Gandhi was a criminal from the day he was accused of some speech in 2009 before the general elections. All the channels, particularly NDTV and CNN-IBN, played his speech over and over again due to the election season. Some of it alleged to be “doctored” as well. The paymasters were happy.

So post-Hyderabad and connections made with IM, the Social Genius sends out another Bimboesque tweet. This time she has sound advice for the police. That part was fine but she comes up with another piece of mindless nonsense. “Don’t playact in some 9/11 movie” she says. Huh? What exactly is that supposed to mean? Playact? In some 9/11 movie? So what did happen after 9/11? Did the US agencies go around cracking down on Muslims all over the place? No! One of the first things George Bush did was to visit a mosque in Washington and proclaimed his now famous statement “Islam is a Religion of Peace”. Ever since Bush’s declaration, Islam is being referred to as “ROP” a lot more commonly; sometimes in dry humour and sarcasm. Another thing that did happen was that Sikh men were confused to be of Osama Bin Laden’s community and were attacked. One of them was killed in a revenge attack. Fortunately, for all the revenge attacks the US media didn’t come up with a “Christian terror” theory. Unfortunately, they missed Indian politicians and media morons who could have come up with that.

After 9/11 flights were grounded across the US. But far from cracking down on Muslims what the Bush govt did was to pack off Saudi nationals to protect them from attacks. This is what appeared in Michael Moore’s “Fahrenheit 9/11” too:

"After the airspace reopened, six chartered flights with 142 people, mostly Saudi Arabian nationals, departed from the United States between September 14 and 24. One flight, the so-called Bin Ladin flight, departed the United States on September 20 with 26 passengers, most of them relatives of Usama Bin Ladin." National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, Threats and Responses in 2001, Staff Statement No. 10, The Saudi Flights.

So, far from arresting or even attacking any Muslims in the US, the Saudis and even relatives of Osama were given safe passage out of the US. So what crap is Sagarika peddling? I guess only her “Numero Uno” political analyst buys her nonsense. The US did get Osama in the end. In India, our govt tries to balance the real terror threats and acts by some imaginary “Hindu terror” and people in the media extend that campaign of lies and more lies. Our media celebs hate it if Muslims are caught in hate-speeches or acts of terror. They probably wish it were Hindus instead. They can’t even stand the acquittal of Hindus in many legal cases. If a Hindu is acquitted it’s like a criminal was allowed to go scot-free. If Muslims are arrested then their community is being victimised. This is the essence of “Sickularism”. Some channels have made hate-Hinduism their staple diet. It provides them with their ‘Haleem’ and ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’ for life; not to mention a generous dole of govt ads. After every Islamic terror attack, those good Muslims turn atheists as this chart floating on the internet will tell you. Those guys become atheists, so you have only Hindu terror.

Then again, when some were convicted in the Godhra train burning and terror case NDTV promptly announced that “63 were acquitted”. Yes indeed, those were “innocent” Muslims”. But when the courts acquitted 29 in the Naroda Patiya case of Gujarat 2002 they were “let off”. These 29 Hindus were, of course, guilty as hell and the courts had let them off and allowed them to walk free. Such injustice, eh? That’s the kind of hatred that NDTV breeds for justice and contempt for Hindus even when courts pronounced verdict. Just in case you forgot, these same channels called the Ayodhya verdict of the Allahabad High Court a “Panchayati verdict”.  

It wasn’t very different when Varun Gandhi was acquitted in the “hate speech” case of 2009 against him. Mayawati had even arrested him under the National Security Act which action was struck down by the Supreme Court. Now that VarunG has been acquitted in one of the cases, it is not really an acquittal. Our stupid courts just “let him off”. That’s what our media would have you believe. If it was NDTV in the Gujarat case, it had to be her colonial cousin in the case of Varun Gandhi to proclaim he was “let off”. You see, when it comes to Hindus or for that matter Narendra Modi, courts do not have jurisdiction. If they are pronounced guilty by the bimbos in our media then the court can only make mistakes and “let them off”. In September 2011 when the SC referred Zakia Jafri’s petition against Modi back to the lower court Sagarika was desperately wishing that the court should have at least passed some “strictures” against him. For the first time in 11 years February 28 passed without another trashing of Modi. These guys must surely be tired and must have found peaceful refuge in the Budget discussions.  

If you’re a Hindu even remotely connected to or even wrongly arrested in any criminal case then the only justice is if you are sentenced to prison, to life in prison or to death. Nothing else will do for our Hindu-hating media. Any acquittal is sheer injustice and intolerable.
