Intolerable Acquittals

Sometime ago Digvijaya Singh attended a grand ceremony and launched the book “26/11 An RSS Conspiracy”. Post that event the author of that silly book, Aziz Burney, had apologised in his paper for his great work of research done from some sewer in his head. Not just apologise, Burney went on “He cited a piece he wrote on December 17 last year entitled, Hafiz Sayed hamara apraadhi hai, ise hamein saunpo, (Hafiz Sayed is our enemy, hand him to us). "(The piece) does not talk about 26/11 nor links the incident with the RSS." The timing of the grand launch of that imaginary “conspiracy” was December 6, 2010 (The Babri anniversary). Before and after that dubious ceremony the Congress party members have been spinning a spurious theory of “Saffron terror” or “Hindu terror”. This was their scheme to deflect attention from the real terrorists and “balance” the whole terrorism game between Hindus and Muslims.

Hafiz Sayeed is our enemy? Actually, Hafiz ‘Saab’ found a friend in Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde when he claimed BJP and RSS are running terror camps and bomb-making factories. When Shinde brought up “Hindu terror” again he was applauded by Hafiz. Since P. Chidambaram started off with the “saffron terror” theory in a more brazen manner our MSM was happy to latch on to that hoax and has since been hawking the theory in every instance of terrorism. The same theory applies to so-called hate speeches. If a Hindu makes an incendiary speech, that is hate speech for the media. If a Muslim does so, it’s mostly misguided youth, victimhood or even in a “juvenile” state of mind. The Muslim leaders can call for Jihad as often as they want but responding to them is a crime it seems.

After the recent blasts in Hyderabad, information was made available to media by the authorities in Hyderabad or Delhi with which they narrowed down the perpetrators to Indian Mujahideen. Of course, the media is wrong, as always, to speculate so much without solid reliable information. Our police and investigators are equally stupid in making juicy titbits available to the media before even preliminary investigations are made. CNN-IBN and Rajdeep Sardesai were no exceptions to the loud airings of these stories. They don’t want to be left behind TimesNow, do they? Now, if CNN-IBN is screaming IM then that’s the time for our Social Genius, Sagarika Ghose, to plunge to newer levels of stupidity. She’s like an oil prospector. If hole-1 doesn’t pump up any oil despite drilling right down to the centre of the earth, she nonchalantly moves on to drill another hole. She keeps on drilling till she hits new depths in stupidity. Amazing talent, I must say.

Remember what SG said about Ak Owaisi’s hate speech? She said his brother, Asad, was a gentleman. Yeah, why not! It’s a different matter that Asad too makes incendiary speeches, even from the floor of the parliament. Asad also has cases pending against him that are being prosecuted. But post the Hyderabad blasts he was the first panellist on CNN-IBN with Rajdeep. Quite naturally! He is “innocent”. But hey, that Varun Gandhi was a criminal from the day he was accused of some speech in 2009 before the general elections. All the channels, particularly NDTV and CNN-IBN, played his speech over and over again due to the election season. Some of it alleged to be “doctored” as well. The paymasters were happy.

So post-Hyderabad and connections made with IM, the Social Genius sends out another Bimboesque tweet. This time she has sound advice for the police. That part was fine but she comes up with another piece of mindless nonsense. “Don’t playact in some 9/11 movie” she says. Huh? What exactly is that supposed to mean? Playact? In some 9/11 movie? So what did happen after 9/11? Did the US agencies go around cracking down on Muslims all over the place? No! One of the first things George Bush did was to visit a mosque in Washington and proclaimed his now famous statement “Islam is a Religion of Peace”. Ever since Bush’s declaration, Islam is being referred to as “ROP” a lot more commonly; sometimes in dry humour and sarcasm. Another thing that did happen was that Sikh men were confused to be of Osama Bin Laden’s community and were attacked. One of them was killed in a revenge attack. Fortunately, for all the revenge attacks the US media didn’t come up with a “Christian terror” theory. Unfortunately, they missed Indian politicians and media morons who could have come up with that.

After 9/11 flights were grounded across the US. But far from cracking down on Muslims what the Bush govt did was to pack off Saudi nationals to protect them from attacks. This is what appeared in Michael Moore’s “Fahrenheit 9/11” too:

"After the airspace reopened, six chartered flights with 142 people, mostly Saudi Arabian nationals, departed from the United States between September 14 and 24. One flight, the so-called Bin Ladin flight, departed the United States on September 20 with 26 passengers, most of them relatives of Usama Bin Ladin." National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, Threats and Responses in 2001, Staff Statement No. 10, The Saudi Flights.

So, far from arresting or even attacking any Muslims in the US, the Saudis and even relatives of Osama were given safe passage out of the US. So what crap is Sagarika peddling? I guess only her “Numero Uno” political analyst buys her nonsense. The US did get Osama in the end. In India, our govt tries to balance the real terror threats and acts by some imaginary “Hindu terror” and people in the media extend that campaign of lies and more lies. Our media celebs hate it if Muslims are caught in hate-speeches or acts of terror. They probably wish it were Hindus instead. They can’t even stand the acquittal of Hindus in many legal cases. If a Hindu is acquitted it’s like a criminal was allowed to go scot-free. If Muslims are arrested then their community is being victimised. This is the essence of “Sickularism”. Some channels have made hate-Hinduism their staple diet. It provides them with their ‘Haleem’ and ‘Hyderabadi Biryani’ for life; not to mention a generous dole of govt ads. After every Islamic terror attack, those good Muslims turn atheists as this chart floating on the internet will tell you. Those guys become atheists, so you have only Hindu terror.

Then again, when some were convicted in the Godhra train burning and terror case NDTV promptly announced that “63 were acquitted”. Yes indeed, those were “innocent” Muslims”. But when the courts acquitted 29 in the Naroda Patiya case of Gujarat 2002 they were “let off”. These 29 Hindus were, of course, guilty as hell and the courts had let them off and allowed them to walk free. Such injustice, eh? That’s the kind of hatred that NDTV breeds for justice and contempt for Hindus even when courts pronounced verdict. Just in case you forgot, these same channels called the Ayodhya verdict of the Allahabad High Court a “Panchayati verdict”.  

It wasn’t very different when Varun Gandhi was acquitted in the “hate speech” case of 2009 against him. Mayawati had even arrested him under the National Security Act which action was struck down by the Supreme Court. Now that VarunG has been acquitted in one of the cases, it is not really an acquittal. Our stupid courts just “let him off”. That’s what our media would have you believe. If it was NDTV in the Gujarat case, it had to be her colonial cousin in the case of Varun Gandhi to proclaim he was “let off”. You see, when it comes to Hindus or for that matter Narendra Modi, courts do not have jurisdiction. If they are pronounced guilty by the bimbos in our media then the court can only make mistakes and “let them off”. In September 2011 when the SC referred Zakia Jafri’s petition against Modi back to the lower court Sagarika was desperately wishing that the court should have at least passed some “strictures” against him. For the first time in 11 years February 28 passed without another trashing of Modi. These guys must surely be tired and must have found peaceful refuge in the Budget discussions.  

If you’re a Hindu even remotely connected to or even wrongly arrested in any criminal case then the only justice is if you are sentenced to prison, to life in prison or to death. Nothing else will do for our Hindu-hating media. Any acquittal is sheer injustice and intolerable.

Our Terrorists Better Than Yours

There has been terrorism in almost all parts of India. It must be a rare state that hasn’t suffered a terrorist attack since independence. I suppose Sikkim could be one of them. By now it has become a regular facet of life in India. Since 26/11 our media has been a little more careful and sensitive in reporting terror attacks but this is not because they are any wiser. If earlier there was a race for histrionics and breathless reporting, we now have a race to claim the most “mature” reporting. Who knows, we might now even have a category of awards for “Best reporting of a terror attack” given these attacks are inevitable. It’s not just what happens on TV but also off it that produces a lot of unwanted and mindless spin over a tragedy.

As the attacks at Dilsukh Nagar in Hyderabad unfolded on February 21 there was information being shared all over including Twitter. People were reporting blood banks, trying to find info about their family or friends with others helping to relay the message. Naturally, there was also the usual chatter about Islamic terror and Hindu terror. We will get to that part but when everyone else was concerned about life and death Sagarika Ghose’s friend calls her up to tell her the area was known for its meat shops and meat retailers. Damn! How are we gonna eat beef in that area now? People from Hyderabad rejected her piece of info claiming the area was a huge market that had all kinds of things including theatres, temples and malls and bazaars. Of all the things meat shops seem to assume significance for Sagarika and she relays it. She then says “no pre-conceived notions, just facts”. I hope she runs a FTN show on how to bring the meat shops back. But I doubt anyone is in doubt what she wanted to really convey through her “meat shop” tweet. (Tweeple from Hyderabad claim the nearest meat shop is at least over a km away).

Let’s now turn to “maturity”. Oh there you are! TM Veeraraghav of CNN-IBN and his claim that his channel was the most informative, non-speculative and mature in reporting the Hyderabad attack. How does he know? He was probably watching other channels and didn’t watch his own. The downright stupidity in the manner Rajdeep Sardesai conducted himself in covering the attack is alarming. He was banging away with theories of polarisation and immediate dangers and so on. He even called in Asaduddin Owaisi to comment on the situation. Owaisi is the guy with cases against him and someone who threatened a “third wave of Muslim radicalisation” from the parliament. There was worse. What does it say of Rajdeep when even Owaisi told him “you are more of a politician than me”? I haven’t known TMV to be bombastic or indulge in moronery like his boss so we can let this off as a one-time gaffe. I suppose Arnab and Times Now put a lot of pressure on these guys. But Arnab had his own theories and started with the US handling of terror. And NDTV? I really don’t know what they did since I didn’t watch. I just hope they didn’t coin a new term “moderate terrorists” like they used for Yasin Malik calling him “moderate separatist”.

But for a while let’s put our media folks aside. We can’t blame all our media crooks for terrorist attacks, can we? This is a better time to look at our politicians. The Hyderabad attack came a day after Sushilkumar Shinde expressed regret for his shameless speech about “Hindu terror”. Zero tolerance, war on terror and all that crap is what people are being fooled with and a majority of people happily also buy the argument that “terrorists have no religion”.  The very idea of saffron or Hindu terror was created by the Congress to distract from the real challenge and the real enemy of the current spate of terrorism that India is facing; Islamic terror. As long as the politicians fake the real cause or live in denial India will never be able to combat terror and terrorists. And that is that! Simple! And for those who still live in the hogwash that we are at “war on terror” I will have to recall Allen West’s speech I had reproduced in a previous post. Here’s how the American General who has seen battle summed it up:

“...I’m sick and tired of people saying “war on terror”. There is no such thing as war on terror. In World War Two, how smart would it have been, if the United States of America said they were at war with the Blitzkrieg. Or if they were at war with the Kamikaze.......  A nation does not go to war against a tactic. A nation goes to war against an ideology, and that’s what we’ve been talking about here today....” His speech in February 2010 can be viewed on Youtube.

If one wishes to wage war the enemy must be clearly identified. Who is India’s enemy? If a majority of these terrorist attacks are emanating from Pakistan what exactly is our govt doing? They are exchanging French kisses with them and our media is busy describing the dresses and hand bags of Hina Rabani Khar. No matter what the compulsions of vote banks and agents of Ghulam Nabi Fai and other terror sympathisers you simply cannot have a diplomatic relationship with a nation that frequently attacks you and hope to win peace. This is the real problem. Islamic terror does not imply Indian Muslims are naturally terrorists. But unless the govt accepts that there is Islamic terror and the route through Kashmir, where it started, is the belief that Kashmir belongs to Pakistan because of Muslim majority they will live in denial. Instead, the Congress govt trumps up some charges against a few Hindus and then drums up the chant of “Hindu terror” to please their votebanks. And it’s even starting to sound funny.

In the last few posts I explained how “malnutrition in Gujarat” is used as a stick to beat any economic progress or development in the state and Narendra Modi. Name any progress or achievement of Modi or Gujarat the haters will say “What about malnutrition”? That’s how Sadhvi Pragya has become. You name Mumbai 1993 they’ll say “What about the Sadhvi”? You name 1989, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and you will consistently get a question: “What about Sadhvi Pragya”? So, even now when someone mentions the Hyderabad attack being Islamic terror, the “Sadhvi Pragya” question pops up immediately. Of course, it doesn’t matter that the Sadhvi is not charge sheeted yet and is languishing in jail. This is further compounded by Opposition leaders like Sushma Swaraj also chanting “terrorists have no religion”. She has political compulsions, I don’t. I’m sorry, but they do. Most of these Islamic terror attacks are carried out in the name of Allah-Hu-Akbar, the attackers swear on the Quran and their motivators also promise them martyrdom and virgins in heaven. Remember, being at war with Islamic terrorists is not the same as being at war with Islam. No nation can be at war with a religion. It’s simply not possible. But if the terrorist’s Faith results in their action there can also be no denying that religion motivates them.

We need not go back into history of a thousand years. Even in the last two centuries religion has been the source of terrorism. Whether it’s the holocaust, whether it’s Northern Ireland or whether it’s Palestine, religion has been at the core of terrorism. The terrorism in Kashmir displaced lakhs of Kashmiri Pandits. The day our govt accepted that and did nothing about it they welcomed terrorism to our doorsteps. They created the window and kept the broken windows unfixed for permanent entry of terrorists. The so-called fight for liberation of Kashmir is no battle for strategic real estate alone. It is without doubt a battle born out of religion where the Muslim separatists and terrorists base their philosophy on the Muslim majority theory of the region. Why are we then being fooled with this “terrorists have no religion” nonsense? What exactly do these terrorists want? Unlike the Naxals, who are also terrorists, these terrorists are motivated by nothing but religion. If there is one count on which we can agree “terrorists have no religion” it has to be the application of law. Punish the terrorists regardless of whether they are Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Christians or even atheists. Aha! That’s where the problem lies. Our politicians even want punishments to be applied selectively. MLAs are now passing resolutions for mercy to terrorists.

Here’s something else that might shock a few. 26/11 is not the biggest terror attack in India in terms of lives lost. This is what the media and politicians have peddled to the people. The 1993 Mumbai blasts cost us 257 lives. Seven bombs in 2006 in Mumbai train bombings killed more than 26/11 (172). The Bush Doctrine at the very least laid out one honest truth. It stated that it is not possible to protect every street and corner of a country from terror strikes; the only solution is to take the offensive to the terrorists. No matter how much people and media scream it is impossible to protect every street and corner of India, especially with our huge population of one billion plus. Here’s another shocker: even before 26/11 happened, National Security Adviser MK Narayanan pointed out that were 800 terror cells in India with external support (read TOI report). That was in August 2008. The NIA, CBI, CIA, MIA, POS and all should have been busting these 800 cells and should have finished by now. Instead, they caught hold of some Sadhvi Pragya and still haven’t managed to prosecute her. That says a lot for zero tolerance. Has anyone ever asked in the parliament what happened to these 800 terrorist cells? Has the media asked? And then Rajdeep will say… Oh that information was already in the public domain and the other channel is wrongly claiming “expose”. Take that Rajdeep and ask that question.

The only way to fight terrorists is to take the battle to them, to take the offensive to them. And what does our govt do? They play dossier-dossier! They indulge in cultural exchanges. They want to show our enemies how sweet we are. Our news channels call terrorists who sleep with terrorists in Pakistan “moderate separatists”. Our Bollywood folks are short of talent in India and have to rely on enemy talent. Our commie folks have undying love for them. And our media? They’re the biggest laugh. They can’t live without enemy panellists or appearing as panellists on their show. Our ministers, like Shashi Tharoor, moderate cross-border debates on how civilians can end terrorism. That’s how you fight terrorists, eh?

Instead of acting and taking the battle to terrorists our politicians are busy researching the colour of terror. Most Congress morons shirk the responsibility with the fake argument of “saffron terror” and our Opposition too sings their song of “terrorists have no religion”. I guess all terrorists must be happy atheists. And our media has now shown progress. Some are busy informing us if there were meat shops in the place of attack. Some tell us our coverage was more mature. I’m positive that at the next attack our media will be hosting some debate: Is our terrorist better than yours? SMS reply to…

India Rendered Incapable of Fighting Terror

The sentencing of David Headley in the 26/11 case by a Chicago court had Arnab Goswami up in verbal arms on January 25. He and his news channel went into a fit of hysteria screaming “America let us down” by not extraditing Headley to India for a trial. Arnab and TimesNow showered a hail of criticism on the US just stopping short of calling that country an enemy. Elsewhere, Salman Khurshid, the EAM, stated that if Headley were extradited to India he would have received a more stringent punishment. I had to laugh at this moronic statement coming from a man who once said: "When Sonia Gandhi saw pictures of the Batla House encounter, she had tears in her eyes”. He made this statement during an election campaign at Azamgarh, home to the terrorists killed at Batla House, before the UP elections of 2012. In another place where a ‘Littering’ festival is being held, bimbo panellist Suhel Seth condemned the move to deny some Pakistanis visas to attend this year’s Jaipur Litterfest as “reprehensible”. Mind you, the organiser of the festival, Sanjoy Roy, denies the Pakistanis were invited to speak and suggests they may be attending as visitors and not as invitees. A day after this month’s beheading incident at the LOC, Minister Shashi Tharoor was moderating an “Aman ki asha” debate with film actors and journalists from India and Pakistan. Do you think the US should have really extradited Headley to be handled by a bunch of jokers in this country?

A few days earlier Home Minister Sushil Shinde made the most atrocious statement at the Congress party’s Chintan Shivir at Jaipur: "Reports have come during investigation that BJP and RSS conduct terror training camps to spread terrorism..” adding that they stoked “Hindu terror”. This is not some off the cuff remark or a blooper. This was a carefully crafted speech. If indeed BJP is conducting terror training camps why is the party not banned? Why is such a party allowed to contest elections and have representatives in various Assemblies and also the Parliament? While our media morons debated Shinde’s Hindu terror comment they conveniently buried his comment about BJP and RSS promoting terrorism through their camps. In other words, the HM of this country called some of his colleagues in parliament “terror sponsors”. This is the grave danger of his moronery. It shouldn’t bother us much that “Shri” Hafeez Saeed picked up Shinde’s statement to demand declaring India a “terrorist state”. “Shri” Hafeez naturally finds a friend in Shinde and the Congress party.

It is not that all this load of rubbish that needs to be debated. But typically, our media folks even debate such nonsensical statements which deserve nothing but outright condemnation. And then jokers like Arnab Goswami and Rajdeep Sardesai, who truly belong in a circus, debate the sentencing of David Headley. The US is not foolish to hand over terror suspects to a country like India where the killers of Rajiv Gandhi or the late CM Beant Singh are being protected by politicians. The US is not going to hand over Headley to a country where the Congress is protecting the terrorist who plotted the attack on our own parliament. The US is not going to hand over a terrorist to a country which has shown remarkable unwillingness to combat terrorism and prosecute terrorists.

The Congress govt at the centre has been in permanent denial over the true nature of terrorism. Wilfully so! This denial comes from the fountain of Indian history that denies that religious terrorism was brought to this country from Islamic invasions. Some of the brutal invaders are glorified by the communist historians who are natural allies of the Congress. Islamic terrorism had conquered much of Europe as well. Hinduism has such no such history of religious terrorism. The cases that Shinde cited; Samjhauta Express, Malegaon and Mecca Masjid are all spurious at best. S. Gurumurthy cites the record and background of these cases and how they are being muddied for political reasons in his article in the NIE. If at all some Hindus were involved in these attacks it still doesn’t make out a case for “Hindu terror” just as the Godhra train burning is not classified as an act of terror. And there is nothing that stops the govt from prosecuting and punishing those behind the cases Shinde refers to. Fact is, a few Hindus were arrested and no cases are being prosecuted. I am not sure there is even a valid charge sheet filed against those arrested in these cases.

I wonder how many people recall that after the July 2011 attacks in Mumbai PM Manmohan Singh had grandly stated that the terrorists “had the advantage of surprise”. Then Home Minister P. Chidambaram had stated that absence of intelligence is “not intelligence failure”. Do you seriously expect these people to be able to combat terrorism? Unfortunate truth is that India simply doesn’t have a policy on terrorism or how to combat it. Currently, SoniaG’s tears can decide what or who constitutes terrorism or does not. That’s our policy.

The American politicians, men and uniform are sworn in under an oath to serve and protect their nation from all enemies, foreign and domestic. The 9/11 attacks weren’t the first on the World Trade Center. Eight years prior in 1993 the WTC was bombed and the attackers were arrested, prosecuted and sentenced. The US since then has been regularly notifying terrorist organisations. Of the current list of 51 terrorist organisations named by the US State Department around 14 have some connection with attacks on India as the image below shows:

The media screams about Headley. The Indian govt begs and relies on the US to notify groups as terror organisations. Well, I don’t find the BJP and RSS in this list. Does Shinde, Digvijay or Congress find them? Not surprisingly, the only group with the name “Indian” tagged to it is Indian Mujahideen. Now, we can choose to believe this has nothing to do with religion and nothing to do with Islam. We can also choose to live in denial that members of IM don’t swear on the Quran to carry out their terrorists acts. Shinde’s admirers from LeT, JeM are also in the list. An MP who threatens “Muslim radicalisation” from the floor of the parliament also has friends like Hamas or Hizballah in the list.

The practice of minority appeasement has gone so far that they now even dictate who will be invited to our Litterfests. They will decide what movies can be screened or banned. In Bangalore the Kamal Hassan movie “Vishwaroopam” was interrupted midway as the police didn’t want to offend Muslims because of Eid-e-Milad. Nobody even knows or asks what exactly will not offend them anymore. They will decide what articles can be printed and what books can be published. And our govt watches all of this. In the documentary titled Fitna, Dutch MP Geert Wilders shows girls as young as 3 or 4 being taught to hate non-Muslims by their family, especially to hate Jews. This image currently circulating on the internet shows kids carrying posters seeking slaughter of those insulting Islam. What community asks kids to march with such posters? And these people in the rally certainly don’t look like Hondurans or citizens of Greenland.

If terrorism is a universal phenomenon and if at all there is universal agreement that there is religious terrorism then it doesn’t take an Einstein to find out what the colour of that terrorism is or members of which religion indulge in it. It’s only the Indian govt, particularly the Congress party that is still sleeping. Along with the Congress party we have deceptive liars and idiots in the MSM who neither possess any intelligence nor the willingness to speak the truth about terrorism. Well, I’m not so surprised about our media folks because many of them are funded directly or indirectly by ISI money and many others sleep with our enemies. Many of our media folks qualify to be “domestic enemies” who enjoy luxuries with funds provided by known enemies.

So when an idiot like Arnab Goswami and other media celebs go into a spin demanding Headley be extradited, patriotic Indians should say “No, Thank you”! Whatever Headley’s sentence maybe he will serve it for most of the rest of his life unless an appeal overturns or reduces it. The Americans take the killing of even one of their citizens anywhere very seriously. As for Indians they can die in any Bazar, at the LOC, at the high seas or any corner of the world. Nobody gives a shit! Certainly not a bunch of morons who are still debating the colour of terror. Most certainly not if the ruling party’s Boss is shedding tears over dead terrorists and Union Ministers believe that will get them votes.
