The Saints At NDTV

In February 2012 when a CBI trial court dismissed a petition of Subramaniam Swamy, seeking naming P. Chidambaram in the 2G case, the greatest tears of joy weren’t from the Congress party but from quite a few in the media. Some of those reporting from the court were jumping in joy over the relief for PC. There is a perception that PC is a darling of NDTV and it is in that context that some recent developments concerning the channel’s financial dealings are in public discussion again. Manushi, a trust run by social activist Madhu Kishwar, and she have been issued a legal notice for defamation by NDTV.

The notice for defamation started over an article published by Manushi titled “NDTV & Chidambaram Accused of Money Laundering Scam of Rs. 5500 cr”. The article also linked a Youtube video (which appears in the name of ManushiIndia) which has an IT Commissioner SK Srivastava narrating his thwarted battle in this alleged scam. This has been making the rounds for quite some time. The main contention of NDTV’s legal notice is that the article is based on bogus sources and in their own words: “Mr. Srivastava's charges are nothing new. These are completely bogus and laughably false claims that Mr. Srivastava and his associates have been making for years, which have repeatedly been dismissed by every authority who has examined them. That is the reason that no rational journalist has ever published these accusations in the past few years”. Alright, that part by NDTV is true that Srivastava’s claims have been dismissed and no journalist has ever published these accusations. The funny part is media houses and journalists don’t publish scams about their own “Hammam” even when there is reason to do so. What NDTV claims is also from old proceedings but don’t take into account latest developments in the case.

The latest discussions on these allegations started with Ram Jethmalani writing a letter to PC on December 6, 2013 (which is much after the dismissals of cases being mentioned by NDTV). What RamJ states makes stunning reading. Here’s a pic of part of the contents:

It is evident RamJ minces no words and directly accuses PC and his son being owners of the money allegedly laundered by NDTV. This is not the first time RamJ has accused PC in black-money related issues. Sometime back he wrote in the Sunday Guardian a stinging article titled “Friend, father & philosopher of black money is Chidambaram”. So S. Gurumurthy, a BJP finance specialist and freelance journalist, picks up RamJ’s notes and has a chat with Prannoy Roy who then sends a detailed reply to Gurumurthy on the queries. Obviously, SG isn’t happy with some parts of the reply so he writes back with more stinging observations. Let’s read some edited excerpts from SG’s mail:

There are two aspects to this issue. First, I never said that when Sumana Sen became the AO you hired her husband Abhisar Sharma. I had said she was the AO when Abhisar Sharma was your employee – which disqualified her from assessing the NDTV. Next she did make an assessment and give NDTV a refund of Rs 1.47 cr – which assessment was done illegally under Sec 143(1) which ought not to have been done when a notice for that assessment u/s 143(2) was pending. So you have not been properly briefed by whosoever gave you the facts. In fact from the manner of your response, your knowledge of the facts regarding Sharma-Sen seems to be very limited. Here are the correct facts.

In the links provided you will find that the IT Commissioner SK Srivastava whose investigations are under discussion by Manushi was also accused of sexually harassing this particular lady, Sumana Sen and one of her colleagues.

Even NDTV with all its posturing of moral high ground never informed the Govt./Income Tax Deptt. about that and kept silent about the fact that the wife of its employee (Sri Abhisar Sharma) had become the Assessing Officer of NDTV, all its group companies and all its Directors including you under all the Direct Tax Acts. Even more importantly, in March 2005, five months after she became its assessing officer and all its group companies and all its Directors including you, NDTV offered through Abhisar Sharma European tour at its cost to Sumana Sen – a luxury which, the Income tax deparment has found, was not offered to any other employee of his grade.

After accepting the NDTV offer to foot her holiday travel to Europe by concealing the fact that she was the assessing officer, on March 28, 2005, Sumana Sen passed assessment order u/s 143 (1) of the Income Tax Act accepting the return of NDTV and granting a refund of Rs 1.47 crore. This was completely an illegal order as when this was order was made, there was already a notice issued u/s 143(2) of the Act and pending against NDTV for scrutiny assessment. The law declared by the Supreme Court is that when such a notice is pending no assessment u/s 143(1) can be made.
Ten days after Sumana Sen had made the assessment on NDTV u/s 143(1) and granted the illegal refund of Rs 1.47, on April 8, 2005, the government granted permission to her to avail of the benefit of travel to Europe, but prohibiting her from accepting it, if at any point of time she had any official dealings, either in the present or in the past with NDTV.
Despite being the assessing officer of NDTV and its associates and having passed order illegally refunding Rs 1.47 cr to NDTV on March 28, 2005, just 13 days before, on 10.04.2005 Sumana Sen gave a false and fraudulent undertaking that she was not the Assessing Officer of NDTV Ltd., has never dealt with the case of NDTV and has never had any official dealings with it.

The other parts concern funds raised by NDTV here, there and everywhere with their 21 subsidiary companies. You know, like “Chota mota” funds. There is another site (Mumbaiwalla) that details this recognition of Abhisar Sharma’s excellent work as a TV anchor for which he was rewarded by NDTV with a luxury trip to Europe. You have to believe NDTV that this grand trip for Abhisar Sharma had nothing to do with his wife, Sumana Sen, being the IT officer assessing NDTV’s returns and accounts. Sharma could have well been the “performer of the year” at the channel. Maybe NDTV should just a release a list of all its employees that were given such luxury trips as rewards. That brings us to the important question why NDTV chose only Manushi/Madhu Kishwar for legal action for defamation.

For a start, this isn’t the first time NDTV has been in the news for bad financial dealings or IT related bungling. Besides the articles linked here there was also a report by Sunday Guardian on “NDTV loan chicanery”. From Radiagate to financial scandals, NDTV makes more news on these than any other achievements. The reason for legal action against Madhu Kishwar seems to be basically to make her a “bakra” so that others get the message loud and clear: “don’t mess with us”. Even otherwise NDTV has always been trigger-happy in such actions, be it TAM ratings or a stray blogger on “shoddy journalism”. The reason to act against Manushi is that it will cause the latter some stress in legal expenses if the case goes any further. This won’t work with RamJ given he’s a tough lawyer himself and won’t have to buy legal expertise. The other reason is RamJ has written a letter to the finance minister on NDTV’s scams and not made any public disclosure. Although his letter has been leaked or released to the public it doesn’t make a case for defamation. Kishwar’s case is different in that she not only put out the information directly into public domain (including a video) and is not a private letter to someone seeking an investigation.

It is, however, an undeniable fact that Madhu Kishwar has only put out information that was already in the public domain with additional claims of documents received by her. People were tweeting about the allegations against NDTV under the hashtag #PCWedsNDTV. So NDTV may hope that with their legal threat the talk on social media may dissipate and these allegations can fade. So, for NDTV to claim that only Kishwar’s article defamed them is nothing but spite. Naturally, the English “Hammam” gave a pass to the charges made by RamJ against both NDTV and PC. But it seems to have appeared in some Hindi papers as this tweet indicates (I have erased the Twitter handles):

I’m sure the Hindi paper didn’t bother to check with NDTV either as they have demanded of Madhu Kishwar. It has merely reported an exchange. If one goes through RamJ’s letter it will be clear that SK Srivastava has gone through and is still facing a lot of cases for doing his job. Given that NDTV is friendly with the current govt in charge at the centre the frequent allegations against them is not being investigated thoroughly. Each time these come up, the folks at NDTV claim they are “Saints” and are divinely free of any guilt. Either that or it’s a mere ‘error of judgement’. It will take a new govt, if it is courageous enough, to investigate and prosecute the many misdeeds of the MSM.

Commie Media's Anti-Hindu Poison - Part 3

(Read Part-1 and Part-2 if you haven’t already)

The Catch-22 of Salma and Sabrina!

What we say is the truth. What you’ve got is fiction. Period! You can bring all the proofs in the world. Trash! You can pile a mountain of evidence. Trash! Salma says it, Sabrina corroborates it. That’s what counts. If Salma doesn’t get you, Sabrina will.

Strategic Forecasting Inc. (Stratfor) is a global strategic intelligence forecast company. What do they do? Err… They’re somewhat like the weatherman; the IMD, who forecast cyclones, sunny weather, rains and gloom. Stratfor does the same in the domain of geo-politics, economics, emerging markets and so on. But they aren’t limited to that as this Wikileaks release tells us:

Stratfor also appears to share information with CIA and other similar bodies. That must be their revenue model. Who is their contact or points-man in India? The self-righteous Shekhar Gupta, reveals Wikileaks. If everything about Stratfor was above board why is it that no bio of ShekharG ever reveals his connection with them? The concern about Stratfor in this post is basically what they wrote recently in an article called “India’s tryst with destiny”. The article is about the upcoming general elections and how it might dramatically alter India’s future course. Nothing very unusual really, except this part:

Most readers would miss the trickery but nestled in the middle of a lot of words are LIES that have been discredited over and over again and an “intelligence” outfit like Stratfor is writing this in 2013. The concoction of 2000 Muslims killed and 400 rapes is the handiwork of many Commies like Teesta Setalvad, Arundhati Roy, Shabnam Hashmi, Javed Akhtar, CPM, Congress and, of course, champion liars like NDTV and CNN-IBN and other channels. I would call it a “collective community” effort. Sometimes there have been panellists who have quoted figures of anywhere between 2000 and 5000 and our news anchors have allowed such nonsense to pass in the garb of “balanced debate”. The number of people who have enriched themselves and amassed huge wealth over the dead bodies of Gujarat will be difficult to count.

Simple truth is, some Commie group starts off with the lie and all others play the jungle drums tom-toming and before you know it, it’s massive propaganda that takes a very long time to dispel. Sometimes almost impossible to dispel! It’s like “Nero fiddled…” when actually the fiddle wasn’t invented till 500 years after Nero’s death. It’s like Hindi is the only “national language” when it is not. It’s like Nehru was a “total democrat” when most of his actions prove to the contrary. It’s like Congress “respects courts” when it’s the only party that consistently negated Court decisions or completely disrespected it.

Imagine this: If I were to ask Stratfor where they got the 2000 and 400 number from I guess they’d tell me “from The Hindu”. Ask The Hindu they’d say from NDTV. Ask NDTV they’d say from Teesta. Ask Teesta she’ll say from Shabnam Hashmi. Ask Shabbo she’ll say from Genocide Suzy. Ask Suzy she’ll say from Barkha Dutt. Ask Barkha she’ll say from Rajdeep Sardesai. Ask Rajdeep he will say it was in The Hindu report. Ask The Hindu... Oops! There, your cycle is complete! There isn’t one single authentic valid source for the figures. It’s like Sagarika Ghose saying the Dilkush Nagar blasts in Hyderabad were in an area full of meat shops. Ask Sagarika’s friend where she got this piece of information; she’ll say “I read it in Sagarika’s tweet”. This is an incestuous club that quotes each other’s lies with no authentic figures from any source. There’s no escape. It wasn’t very different in the on-going Ram Janmabhoomi case.

Read this examination of the Allahabad HC judgement on RJB by Prof. R.Vaidyanathan. When confronted with the fact that none of the “eminent distortians” really had any evidence of the property having been a mosque from the start they all make you laugh with what they quote as evidence (excerpts): “Suvira Jaiswal says: “Whatever knowledge I gained with respect to the disputed site is based on newspaper reports or what others told.” She also confessed that she “prepared a report on the Babri dispute after reading newspaper reports and on the basis of discussion with my medieval history expert in my department”… Archaeologist Shereen Ratnagar admitted she did not have any “field” experience as far as Babri was concerned and had written an “introduction” to the book of another “expert” who deposed before the court, namely Prof D Mandal… Suraj Bhan was providing evidence based on medieval history but another expert of Muslim parties, namely Shireen Musavi, says that Bhan is an archeologists and not a historian”.

It gets hilarious as you go along. But it’s no laughing matter. This is how the Commies consistently spread lies without reliable, authentic data and conveniently distort the truth. If you challenge them they will resort to ad hominem attacks (like the moron who told Smriti Irani she was a TV show dancer) which have nothing to do with the topic of the debate. Do read the whole article of Prof. Vaidyanathan so you understand how Commies spread lies and claim evidence based on nothing but each other’s ass. So it goes on and on. The other aspect of the Commie media which I have repeatedly emphasised is ‘LIE BIG, retract small’. Most people will remember the Swami Nityananda case where he has been accused of raping, molestation and some more. Whatever the charges, someday a court will deliver the verdict. So let’s leave that part to the courts. But using soft-porn, channels Aaj Tak of the India Today group and Star Vijay grandly carried a fake video of an actress in compromising positions with Nityananda and aired it over and over again. A complaint to the Broadcasting Content Complaints Council got an investigation going and established the actress’s image was morphed. India Today issued an apology in September 2013.

The image of India Today’s apology is on the left (you may have to enlarge it to read the whole text). You can also read the directions given by the BCCC to StarVijay. The BCCC notes: “Firstly, it is clear that the channel did not exercise any caution whatsoever in telecasting the said episode without confirming the authenticity of the clippings… Further, even the contention of the channel that the said Programme was telecast for creating awareness amongst public is to be believed, then where was the need for constantly making references to the complainant and also repeatedly showing her completely unconnected videos from public life?" Well, I will tell you what the BCCC won’t tell you about the need to telecast the fake video and the need to tar the complainant. It is simply because the issue was connected to a man wearing “saffron”. If the video had actually been genuine but had it been connected to a Mullah or a Christian priest, nobody would have ever heard of the video. The length to which the Commie channels will go to tar someone in “saffron” is by now well established. Anything that moves in saffron is game for them.

The other thing is to air the fake video a million times at prime time and then merely apologise in scrolls at odd hours of off-peak viewership. LIE BIG, retract small. The character-assassination will be seen by a million people but the apology would be seen only by the observant ones. This is a regular feature of criminal Commie anti-Hindu poison. These aren’t stray instances either. I doubt anyone has forgotten the classic case of “Sack Sagarika” where she and her crooks in CNN-IBN tried to tar SriSri Ravishankar in a manipulated “fake live” programme and later claimed it was a “bug”. Not just that, she even had the audacity to claim later that people were slamming her on this account because she is a woman. Commit a crime, play victim.

Here’s another trick. When things start going badly for the Commies they will put out something from history, ancient or of 50 years ago, and throw it at you to confound you. The southern bastion of Commie writings “The Hindu” suddenly pulled up the issue of RSS being bailed out by the Nehru govt suggesting it was on certain pre-conditions. What exactly is the context or relevance? Nothing! Varadabhai’s objective is simple: Put “a Spaniard in the works” and create a distraction which has some people talking about it. Why suddenly RSS? Because parties opposed to BJP claim Modi’s choice as PM candidate was dictated by RSS. Oh let’s not forget RSS works to protect Hindu interests so it is obviously “EVIL”. Let’s agree; anything Hindu is evil! So, to the campaign that has already been tarring Modi for over a decade let’s add another one. Let’s tar and discredit RSS, again. So cobble together some nonsense from history and peddle it.

That’s what some Vidya Subrahmaniam of The Hindu did recently. The simple premise of what VidyaS is saying is that a ban on RSS was removed (ban was after MK Gandhi’s killing) because they undertook to remain out of politics and to write a Constitution for their organisation. And because they had given such an undertaking, according to VidyaS, they have broken that promise in 2013 by backing Modi as PM candidate or politicking to get him there. Whatever her mighty grievance is.

Alright, so S. Gurumurthy is allowed to write a rebuttal in The Hindu where he asserts that the lifting on the ban was “unconditional”. (Links to both articles are available in Gurumurthy’s response). There was no reason for VidyaS to raise muck. For the simple fact is that as of now RSS is free to enter politics. RSS is also free to alter its Constitution the way it wants as long as it is within the law. That should have legally been the position always. That’s what matters. So Gurumurthy writes: “In a written statement to the Bombay Legislative Assembly on September 14, 1949 (Proceedings p2126) the Home Minister Morarji Desai admitted that the ban on RSS was no longer considered necessary; it was lifted unconditionally; and the RSS gave no undertaking. If no undertaking was indeed given in 1949, where is the question of reneging on it in 2013”? If indeed it is asserted by Morarji Desai, as Home Minister, and recorded in the proceedings then that would be an authentic record. But that’s where Salma and Sabrina come in again.

Annoyed that her mindless raking up of a currently inconsequential issue to tar RSS and Modi has met with a strong rebuttal, VidyaS then puts up evidence that back her claims. This evidence is to prove that the RSS ban was indeed lifted on certain pre-conditions set by Sardar Patel and the Nehru govt (readhere). For the benefit of all mankind here is the evidence she presents:

I believe if you read the evidence VidyaS has provided you’ll be convinced about her claims. There’s just one problem; this is Salma quoting Sabrina. You see, this is what the Commies practice as providing evidence. Even Tehelka has started a unique practice. Tehelka interviews their editor Shoma Chaudhury and reports her quotes as headlines. Shoma interviews her sidekick Rana Ayyub and Tehelka reports it as headlines. Rana Ayyub quotes her own article and Tehelka reports it as news. Voila! Salma and Sabrina do it all by themselves without any help. Stratfor did it. The RJB commies did it. So VidyaS too does a Salma by quoting clippings from her own Sabrina (The Hindu) as evidence for her claims. Much as this matter itself is absolutely irrelevant for the present times, even in such a case the Commie quotes itself as solid evidence. Basic journalistic propriety requires that you quote at least one third party or an official gazette or govt record as evidence. Nothing!

It’s like I call you a thief and you ask me for evidence. And what’s the evidence? I point you to my blog dated February 31, 2010 where I have called you a thief earlier. So you refer to my blog of February 31 and ask for evidence for that charge. I tell you it’s an old charge which hasn’t been disproved (even if I never provided evidence the first time around). There’s no escape. It’s the problem Capt. John Yossarian faces in “Catch-22”. He is sick and desperate to get out of the foreign airbase. The only way one can do it is by establishing he is mentally crazy and insane but there’s a catch. This is best demonstrated by this little conversation between Yossarian and Doc Dhaneeka from the famous story and movie:

Yossarian: Is Orr crazy?
Doc Daneeka: Of course he is. He has to be crazy to keep flying after all his close calls he's had.
Yossarian: Why can't you ground him?
Doc Daneeka: I can, but first he has to ask me.
Yossarian: That's all he's gotta do to be grounded?
Doc Daneeka: That's all.
Yossarian: Then you can ground him?
Doc Daneeka: No. Then I cannot ground him.
Yossarian: Aah!
Doc Daneeka: There's a CATCH!
Yossarian: A catch?
Doc Daneeka: Sure. Catch-22. Anyone who wants to get out of combat isn't really crazy, so I can't ground him.
Yossarian: Ok, let me see if I've got this straight. In order to be grounded, I've got to be crazy. And I must be crazy to keep flying. But if I ask to be grounded, that means I'm not crazy anymore, and I have to keep flying.
Doc Daneeka: You got it, that's Catch-22.
Yossarian: Whoo... That's some catch, that Catch-22.
Doc Daneeka: It's the best there is.

So you can present all the evidence in the world but it’s not acceptable. They present the words and quotes from each other and that constitutes evidence. If the right hook doesn’t get you the left one will. If Salma doesn’t get you, Sabrina will.

Don't Mess With Hindus

One of the greatest modern-day astronomers, the late Carl Sagan stated: "Vedic Cosmology is the only one in which the time scales correspond to those of modern scientific cosmology”. Sagan was an atheist, so religion didn’t influence his findings. Another astronomer corroborated the accuracy of the Vedas by stating that the movements of the stars calculated 4,500 years ago, does not differ by a minute from the tables of today. While scientists have growingly come to acknowledge the Vedas, the basis of Hinduism and Hindu culture, it is our own ‘Fiberal’ Social Scientologists and the ‘Fiberals’ in the media who often heap the most abuse on Hindus and Hindu culture. Some are even ignorant which “invented” religions started the concept of killing for their faith.

Rajdeep Sardesai is a family-man. Like any parent he wants his kids to grow up in an India where no one kills in the name of religion. It’s a nice thought. John Lennon did ask to “Imagine no religion”. But what does Rajdeep have to say to parents who often shower abuse in public with statements like calling Lord Ram a “Divine Encroacher”? What does it teach children when someone calls “Indian males ugly”? What does Rajdeep say when a fellow media crook calls Ram a D***? What does it say about an Editorialist who runs an anti-Hindu channel? What does it say about Editorialists who didn’t report a single communal riot of the NINE in UP in the last 6 months? If Rajdeep wants an India free of religious violence he and his friends in the media must acknowledge that religious-violence wasn’t invented in India. It came from foreign deserts. Rajdeep’s deputy called people on SM “Internet Hindus” as a derogatory term. What does Rajdeep have to say? Well, far from feeling offended Hindus now wear that term as a proud badge much to her annoyance.

This post is not directed at Rajdeep but draws his attention to what he can correct without any help from anywhere. And now Hindus on the net and on the ground are starting to say “enough is enough”. People on Twitter, often called ‘Tweeple’ are now frequently gathering to discuss the media and other social and economic issues. One such meet was held in Bangalore on December 2, 2012 and promoted under the tag #SouthPTC. Prominent speakers were Subramanian Swamy (SS), S. Gurumurty (SG), Prof. R. Vaidyanathan (RV) and MR Venkatesh (MRV). These gentlemen are well-known, well-respected and frequently appear on TV panel discussions. They were also joined by many Tweeple in making presentations. Here’s a report on the meet sent in by N. Suresh (@Surnell). The report is in Suresh’s own words and I have only edited it for length. Invite you to read:

---------------------
Gurumurthy (speaking), Seated: R.Vaidyanathan, S.Swamy
SS delivered the opening address (full speech on Youtube). Reclaiming and revival of the empowerment of educated classes made possible by the power and reach of Internet was the dominant theme of the address. An important point made was about the value system of India that everyone aspires and subscribes to, to be known as “Educated Class” He further acknowledged the power of this educated intellectual class who are quite knowledgeable and data hungry. With this knowledgeable crowd, India can progress enormously if right policies are in place. He emphasized that it is wrong to refer India’s Growth rate as Hindu rate of growth whereas it actually should be called Communist rate of Growth since we followed Soviet model. He added that when they said 3.5% is the best we can achieve, a policy change through economic reforms resulted in 9.5% growth. It is not enough to be educated, we need to have spine too. It is not about numbers, not about being strong, “It is all an issue of Mindset, which is the whole idea of this Conference – The Mindset, the Mindset required to make India Great once again”.

The main part of the address focussed on various dimensions of Politics viz Votebank issues, Religion, Law and Order, Economic issues, International Issues and others. He dwelt in detail on the threat to National Security due to Influx of Bangladeshis which is changing religious composition in districts of Assam.  Dr Swamy then dealt with issues facing the Nation starting with Corruption – the overriding issue today. Every problem India faces today can be traced to corruption and then other issues like National Security and Lopsided Investment priorities

SG (Full speech on Youtube) then addressed the gathering on Culture, Values and Development where he focussed on how India and China were the leading economy in 1750s (together >50% of Global output) and US was just 0.1% of the Global GDP. India’s share crashed from around 25% to 1.8 and China’s to 6%  Even Japan then fastest growing economy had to import spinning technology from India as late as 1880s. During peak economic crisis when Government almost lost hopes on the economy, banks lost hopes, travelling across various Industrial clusters of India – it was realized that our economic strength was not in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkatta or other big cities. Highest per capita income was not in these places including Bangalore (which has recently caught up with Global economic forces). It was in Gujarat which has achieved it year after year for last 2 decades. He says “In 10 years my economic ideas, social idea, relation between Society-Economics, Culture-Economics and People-Economics underwent complete change”. In reference to a speech in IIT-Mumbai, he expressed regret that Institutes of Higher Learning that produces these Intellectual leadership of India who interface with the world has minimal understanding of India and Indian Society which has impacted our Economic, social, political and academic thinking which calls for a shift in our mindset.

He quoted reputed rating agencies criteria for India’s growth potential – Family Savings which accounts for 18-20% of our GDP. Dr Jagadish Bhagawati a reputed Economist advised Dr Manmohan Singh, FM during 1992-93 crises that the only way to emerge out of this crisis is to dip into this Family savings and get families to spend more – in short convert miserly women in the families into spenders instead of savers. Though Government obliged the real India did not oblige, they maintained the culture of saving, traditions, morals and values because that is how for centuries we have been trained, that is how our literature, culture and spirituality are.

Prof RV (full speech on Youtube) then addressed the Tweeple on the Way forward and actions thereof post Conference. He broadly touched upon 3 areas – Academic Institutions, Media and Global Finance for immediate focus. The Academic Institutions have lost out due to influence of a Left leaning Minister for HRD during 1973 period set up 14 Research Centres across India to serve as feeder centre for all major universities of the country.  The effect of that action is being felt today in the Universities where a close knit group of left liberal thinkers – a no-entry to outsiders kind of a mutual admiration society dictate the sociology and history of what forms academics of University (for instance Historian Ramachandra Guha’s India after Gandhi doesn’t even mention Sardar Patel and similarly in his latest book says SP Mukherjee is solely responsible for Kashmir issue).

It is essential to create think-tanks across the country on various specialized topics like Defence, Foreign Affairs who can then become thought leaders and pressure groups in due course. Unlike other professional bodies like Medicine, Accountancy etc there are no regulatory bodies to regulate Social Scientists.  Retrieving Social Science studies to reflect the right history, culture and tradition is the first focus task. Coming to next focus point which is Media that includes Visual, Print and Social Media. Social media has a fairly significant presence of Patriots, reason why the Main Stream Media is jittery and feeling insecure by these 140 character assault from Social media. In order to make a presence and impact, RV stated Gurumurthy is working towards establishment of a Visual Media. The other focus area is to compel the Government to open up Radio Medium. The final focus is on recreating Global Financial Architecture.

There were presentations from Tweeple groups on various Subjects. 1) “What ails Indian Media” 2) Women-Right or Respect 3) Section 66A of IT Act – Its implications and 4) Dharma/Spirituality. Q&A followed every presentation. See Tweeple’s presentation here

The Tweeple team, Bangalore, December 2, 2012
MRV (full speech on Youtube) then took the podium to address on FDI/FII – Implications for India. He demonstrated how the whole investment was not from foreign sources from our 36% household savings which is also drove the Macro-level Economic growth. The FDI/FII that has come so far is less than 2% and Goldman Sachs studies say Indian Investments in infrastructure predominantly comes from Indians. In the list leaked by the Ex-Employees of HSBC, Zurich - 700 are Indians which most probably would have got settled in Settlement Commissions of IT Department.  Agreeing with Kerjiwal who said it is easier to transact in HSBC, Zurich than Operating in SBI. Despite HSBC being considered a rogue bank by every country, RBI Governor’s silence is baffling. More damning was the complicity of Mauritius route for money laundering where a residence certificate or registering a company is possible with low investment on paper.

When Politicians, Ministers and reputed Banks indulge in such acts silence of finance ministry is worrisome. Drawing a parallel to a verse in Bhagavad Gita where Lord Krishna describes the immortal soul says, Weapons cannot cut me, Fire cannot burn me, Water cannot drench me and Wind cannot dry me – the same is the case with Hawala money– IT Commissioner cannot touch me, ED cannot issue notice to me, RBI cannot question me,  SEBI will not know anything about me. Money laundering is canonised by Media and the FDI proponents as item of huge reverence. On the ruins of the West India will rise. World crumbling is an opportunity, India not rising enough is the challenge. We have a challenge and responsibility to educate and ensure that discourse and debate on FDI/FII is based on facts.

Prof Vaidyanthan stated the Abrahamic faiths have originated from desert whereas our culture is River-bank based. He continues “from being a reactive to agenda set by others, we should set the agenda and get MSM to respond to us”. He concluded by saying “These Internet Hindus or Cyber Hindus are united by a larger national concern and not paid groups” and hence they are unstoppable, will multiply and flourish and send a clear message: Don’t Mess With Hindus
-------------------

No entity less than the Supreme Court, in February 2011, observed the prejudice and discrimination by the so-called “sickular” govts when it said: “…Government's attempts to reform personal laws don't go beyond Hindus who have been more tolerant of such initiatives”. (Read the full report)

Don’t mess with Hindus” is not a call to arms. It’s not a “3rd wave” call like that of Owaisi’s. It just warns the social scientologists, anti-Hindu media, Eminent Historians who faked and lied about Indian history and the Macaulay Putras and Putris to stop abusing Hindus and Hinduism. It’s a message not to take the ‘tolerance’ that the SC observes for granted.
