Desperate Measures - Part 10 (The Loveable Poison)

The Lovable Poison:

On November 20 NCW member Nirmala Prabhawalkar, talking to Rajdeep Sardesai, stated they have no reason to believe the letter of the father of Madhuri (an alias) mentioning he doesn’t want to lodge any complaint, that the surveillance was with his knowledge was authentic. I wonder how she arrived at that conclusion. Has she read the letter herself? Was there any forensic examination to check whether it is authentic? Had she spoken to the father? This trash was passed by Rajdeep and no questions were asked. The NCW chairperson Mamata Sharma earlier stated they would not pursue the matter further after the father’s letter. She is contesting elections on a Congress ticket from Rajasthan and on November 21 again changed her position on it. Cobrapost seems to have had these snoop videos for a while but they timed it after the Sachin retirement show and just before the Tehelka rape scandal broke. Stalking, snooping and all kinds of words were used against Narendra Modi.

In 48 hours the media ‘Hammam’ had to face the rude jolt of  actual rape incident of one of their own. This was worse than the snooping, stalking or surveillance that they wanted to flatten Modi with. I have every reason to believe based on sombre responses to the Tarun Tejpal rape of a young woman that all media celebs were already aware of the incident. Barkha, Rajdeep, Sagarika are all practically in the Hammam with Tehelka and they have enough “sources” from within to know what had happened. They simply didn’t expect the crap would hit the fan. So the Cobrapost moronery was dealt a blow. But let’s leave Tehelka for another day. It is how the Congress has tried to smear Modi that is miserably failing. And why such a continuous effort? Didn’t the Queen say “power is poison”? So what is she hankering after?

Oh yeah, power is poison she said. Her son understood the deep philosophy behind those words and repeated them at his party meeting in January 2013. The media parrots did their “wah wah” at such an emotional sacrifice that both mother and son were constantly making. Why then does Sonia Gandhi who thinks power is poison love it so much that she floats bankrupting schemes like FSB or MNREGA? She got an economy in reasonably good shape in 2004 but by 2012-13 there were no buyers for even privatisation shares or even foreign FDI retail investors who were willing to risk investing in India. Imagine the economy was a plate of fish the Congis got in 2004. What you see in 2013 is it’s been eaten right down to the bones. Nothing left. And the Congress GOI has no clue where the next fish is coming from but keeps throwing money around. Everywhere you turn there has been massive loot and scams. Why does poison then have so much attraction for her and Rahul Gandhi? Here’s a clipping from The Michigan Daily of September 11, 1977:

The Boeing Company confirmed the payment in a testimony to the US Senate. I am not aware what happened to that story and how it ended. With what face are these Chinese Gandhis going around saying “power is poison”? RahulG was born into power and turned out a duffer on every issue he talks about and has earned the nickname “Pappu”. That is not all, the culture of mega-scams first started with Bofors when Rajiv Gandhi was in charge. What was his poison? Nobody is in doubt where the money went and who were the people involved. Power is poison? Dr. Subramaniam Swamy often refers to Swiss bank accounts and payments by Russians to the Gandhis in a book by Yevgenia Albats. Here’s a clipping from her book that is shocking to read.

If power was such poison and all that motivated Sonia Gandhi to fight for power is to serve the poor and “all inclusive, all inclusive” or screaming “secular, secular, secular’ how does she explain all the scams and corruption under her nose? Or is that she is so busy minding the poison that she is totally unaware of what goes on?

It is the first time in 66 years in political battles that one man is so severely threatening the Congress and threating the poison Sonia loves so much. And why so much loot and so many scams? Where does the money go? Perhaps some of it goes to ‘personal welfare’ of Congis but a good bit also goes to ‘buying out the media mafia’ and election campaigns. That’s the only purpose Congress exists. To somehow win elections! RahulG goes around asking the BJP claims development but who that development is for. The poor villagers don’t get to question him but you do. After all, one of the highest individual growths in terms of wealth is that of one other than Robert Vadra (who, incidentally, is a small farmer). And then how do they counter Modi? With name-calling crap! Call him Hitler, fascist, divisive, polarising but by now people are tired and this mud-slinging keeps making him more popular. The Congress has so denuded and devalued the PM’s office that even he isn’t spared from being called “Chor” or people are now reacting harshly with placards like in the image. Let’s take up a case study.

RahulG got his nickname “Pappu” for his stupid, mindless utterances. So the Congis sponsored a nickname “Feku” for Modi. What happened? The day #Feku trended the media mafia, NDTV, CNN-IBN in particular, ran special programmes on #Feku. They enjoyed that somehow Modi had a nickname. But did it last? Pappu is a “positioning” in people’s minds. #Feku was a sponsored brand that didn’t last. Hardly anyone uses #Feku anymore but #Pappu continues to endure. Even the media morons started using #Pappu in their tweets. But they never ran any programmes on the Pappu phenomenon. In a political battle, when people give a name to someone it is difficult to erase; like ‘10%’ nickname given to Zardari of Pakistan. When a name is part sponsored by the media, it doesn’t last long. Telly-Troll Barkha Dutt may just be tweeting lightly, but you cannot miss her deep desire to make “Sahebzada” stick to Modi. Will it? Some Congis have to use that in their campaigns. Who will? SoniaG has already burned her fingers and mouth with “Maut ka Saudagar” and she’s comfortable reading from Italian scripts. Will Pappu do it? If he does, he will probably also put his foot in his mouth again and shoot it too, a la “Rani Ki Jhansi”.

Can Narendra Modi be criticised? Sure! And he must be criticised but not foolishly with mindless blabbering and name-calling. I have trashed Modi a couple of times and his fanatic followers were up in arms. I trashed him on the “Sauchalaya first, Devalaya later” nonsense also and the response of the fanatics was no different. It is okay if Jairam says “Toilets first, temples later” because he belongs to a Chrislam party. Jairam doesn’t calculate how many toilets he can build if Congis hadn’t scammed over 10 lakh crores. Jairam is a sidekick, Modi is a PM candidate. Why should Modi indulge in that nonsense? If toilets are a priority for Modi why did he prioritise the Sabarmati River Front (SRF)? I would estimate the total cost of SRF at around 5K-10K crores or thereabouts. If he had built roads, no problems! If he had built schools, no problems! If he had built hospitals, no problems! But why SRF? Did anyone demand it? Was it a pressing need for the people? Did people petition Modi to speed up the SRF? Were people suffering without the SRF like some suffer without a toilet? Most Amdavadis weren’t even aware of such a project for many years. Nothing! No reason other than beautification of the city or a passion.

Please do note that the SRF was proposed long back under a Congress govt, Modi only prioritised it. He could have prioritised toilets instead. Facts disturb people. No one in the media ever brought this up. Instead, like Barkha they think “White beard” and “Sahebzada” are better election ploys. That could partly be true because if people relied purely on facts would they ever vote for a corrupt and non-democratic Congress? But the Congress corruption and misrule has reached such intolerable levels that nobody is really willing to buy their nonsense anymore. Even Barkha Dutt has temporarily stopped “evolving” Pappu. Other cronies like Rajdeep Sardesai and Sagarika Ghose, unable to tout Congress anymore have turned to the AAP party. When was the last time a news channel analysed a party’s election manifesto? Err… that was in 1857 when Mangal Pandey was around. Since that event the first one to analyse an election manifesto was Karan ‘The Tool’ Thapar who analysed the AAP Party’s election manifesto on November 20. I didn’t watch it but Rajdeep had tweeted about it. Maybe KT analysed the AAP manifesto thoroughly and found Modi was a “divisive and polarising” figure. That’s not so hard, is it? How desperate can these guys get? Unfortunately for Numero Uno and C5M the AAP guys too were caught in a sting operation over fund collections. Life goes on!

So in absence of any real plans or national agenda, the Congress can only hurl rubbish and talk more rubbish. Dr. Rahul Gandhi keeps telling villagers “roads and airports cannot feed you”. The man simply does not understand anything. He now even brazenly lies that the UPA built more roads than the NDA which the UPA govt itself has certified to the contrary in the Supreme Court. So at frequent intervals (sometimes even daily basis) some Cobrapost or Tehelka or NDTV or CNN-IBN has to come up with some nonsense about Modi. It’s desperate times. Oh wait! I have to now drop one player from that list; Tehelka which is now on death bed. The rest, like idiots will keep going and make Modi even more popular. Having nothing to show on the development or governance front, the milking of emotions and playing victim will grow bigger. I am naturally reminded of a different version of “Sing a song of sixpence” except that in this case it’s a Queen and her son (2.37 mins):

Only John Lennon could have dreamed of Royalty as the song does. I leave the meaning of the words in that song to your interpretation. Power corrupts; absolute power…  Oops! Ram Jethmalani reminded the Parliament in December 2011 about a change in that saying: “Power corrupts but the prospect of losing power corrupts even more”. It’s now beyond the prospect of losing. It is now a very desperate situation. At times like these maybe it explains why this “poison” is the most loveable option for the Gandhis.

This concludes the ‘Desperate Measures’ series.

Desperate Measures - Part 8 (Fears Of The Kleptomaniacs)

Fear of the Kleptomaniacs:

“Cut a man’s flesh and it heals… Whip a man and the memory of it passes, frighten him, fill him with a sense of foreboding and apprehension and let him believe that something dreadful is going to happen either to himself or to someone he loves – better the latter – and you will hurt him beyond forgetfulness. Fear is a tyrant and a despot, more terrible than the rack, more potent than the snake. Fear is many-eyed and sees horrors where normal vision only sees the ridiculous” – Edgar Wallace, British crime writer of early 20th century and creator of King Kong.

Fear is the key that dictatorial regimes turn when they want to frighten the public in every which way they can. The public will be scared, people will be “managed” to fit into the system rather than the system being fitted for people. For such dictators democracy is a dangerous idea. They don’t love it in their own party. They won’t love it for you either. Everyone opposed to them is evil. Everyone who challenges them will be vilified. Dictators usually are the fountains of Kleptocracy. It involves co-opting the bureaucracy and the media in the loot of the nation. No one explained why democracy is a dangerous idea to such politicians better than Tony Benn, former MP of Britain. This is a clip I had carried some time back too (video 1.58 mins):

After the recent moronery of Naresh Agarwal of Samajwadi Party when he said “a Chaiwalla cannot become PM of India” I was stunned to find that the TOI (Ahmedabad main edition) didn’t have a single mention of the incident in its edition of November 15, not one single line. Agarwal only spoke aloud what Congress and its cronies like Barkha, Sagarika, Rajdeep, Nikhil Wagle, Ashutosh etc. have been slyly airing all along. How can an ordinary Chaiwalla become a PM? For the self-styled Kings and Queens of the country these Chaiwallas and Boot-polishwallas should stay where they are and not aspire to become anything (imagine if Agarwal had directed ‘Deewar’). That they even think they can participate in democracy is an audacious aspiration that must be nipped in the bud. Such Chaiwallas and Polishwallas are a threat to the carefully nurtured Kleptocracy that Congress is so famous for. Therefore, they must be subdued with threats and fears. How can these street people dream of political power? After all, power is poison, isn’t it? A few days back I posted this response to a comment on this site:
For all the screaming of “divisive, polarising, divisive, polarising, divisive, polarising” by cronies and hate-mongers like Rajdeep Sardesai, Sagarika Ghose, Barkha Dutt and their clan of Macaulay family, someone from their own family finally nailed them. TheJaggi writes in FirstPost: “Her aggressive language against the BJP and Narendra Modi in a state (Chattisgarh) which has actually implemented her pet food security project competently is part of a well-thought-out plan to hide who the really divisive leader in India is: Sonia herself. She attacked the BJP for its “greed for power” – as though political parties are somehow supposed to abjure power – but the last 10 years show who has shown real greed for power”. You see, power is poison! Not for her, not for her son who has no accomplishments to show but for “others”. IndiraG ushered in Kleptocracy when she destroyed our democratic veins with the Emergency. TheJaggi writes further:

Independent India’s first divisive ruler was Indira Gandhi, to dislodge whom the entire range of opposition parties banded together in the late 1960s and 1970s. The Congress party’s success depends on dividing the so-called majority and then using scare-mongering techniques to give the minorities a stake in using their votes as vetoes in elections. This is what kept the Congress in power for so long. This divisiveness did not matter when Nehru was around, because he was a towering leader, and had natural stature and popularity after the freedom struggle. But once he was gone, Indira Gandhi found that in order to consolidate power, it was even more important to divide to conquer”.

TheJaggi reprises what I had mentioned in my comment. What he writes is not a great secret that others in the media do not know. He also bluntly states that SoniaG’s foreign origin is disturbing to many in politics and outside it. She and her Congress party are most greedy for power and will do anything to stay afloat. How an EVM turned a loss for P Chidambaram to victory is still out there. How YSR Reddy looted the state of Andhra to fill his private coffers as also that of the party hasn’t unfolded fully because the media cronies never reported his corruption till Jagan Reddy was targeted for his rebellion. There is a tweet that I had put out a few days back that both ABV and LK Advani have to share some blame for excessive sympathy for the Gandhi family. After publishing a report on black money, when SoniaG complained, LKA even sent her a letter “regretting” her name being mentioned in the BJP report. I have never seen anything more stupid from the leader of an Opposition party. But below is what the SC had to say about black money.

Former Army and IAS officer MG Devasayam writes: “The SC talks of the unholy nexus between lawmakers, lawkeepers and lawbreakers, clearly indicating a State-sponsored Kleptocracy runs the country”. Do read the whole article that I’ve linked. In an article at the PulitzerCenter India narrates a comic but equally tragic incident from Bihar: “There's a joke popular among local relief groups in which the state's chief minister visits a U.S. senator stateside at his palacial residence. The minister asks, "My home is so small. How do you live so well?" To which the senator responds, "See that bridge over there. Ten percent." A year later, the senator pays a visit to the Bihar minister's home, now more opulent than his. "How did you get a place like this?" he asks. "See the bridge over there..." "Which one," interrupts the senator. "One hundred percent," says the minister. This could easily be referring to Gautam Goswami, ex-district magistrate of Patna, the state capital, who along with 10 other officials was charged in 2005 with embezzling nearly $2.5 million in flood relief funds. Adding to the disgrace, Goswami was featured in Time magazine the year before as a "Young Asian Hero" for his commitment to the poor”. Err… SoniaG has been recommended by a group for the Nobel 9 times for her commitment to the poor; she was likened to Mother Teresa.

Not surprised, are you? Yeah well, look up all the people who received govt awards in the last decade and you will find many scumbags who got it because they were afraid to speak the truth. Some of them are prominent media slaves married to what I would call “The mob”. But it’s not just TheJaggi, there are others speaking up too. Writing on the theme of how BJP leadership was excessively kind to the Gandhis is Tavleen Singh in the Indian Express. Some are finally finding their voices. Tavleen notes that the BJP and the media were cowards not to take on the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty. Unfortunately, the Chaiwalla is not cut from the same cloth and he is taking them on. Therefore, it is important for Congress and its crony alliance partners to tar him in every which way possible: Communal, divisive, polarising, Hitler, fascist, Yamraj, Bhasmasur and the cry like wimps because he calls the ineffective Pappu a “Shehzada”. Let’s take up the Shehzada and the Queen. Are they accountable to anyone? Nope! Are they answerable to even the most servantile media? Nope! Do they respect the poor? Nope! They believe they have descended as saviours who grandly throw crumbs to the poor who should bow and be grateful. They fear the ascent of a Chaiwalla so they have to create fear in people’s minds. The DailyMail Needler carried this pic:

Now the Kleptomanics fear a Chaiwalla because he is daring to take them on. Look at the grand alliance of the Congress: SP, JDU, BSP, SP, RJD, DMK, NCP and some more. One DMK guy was even running a private telephone exchange at his home courtesy BSNL. There is hardly any party in the alliance which doesn’t run a private kingdom. Almost each alliance partner has cases of disproportionate assets against their dictators. Extraordinary national wealth has been swindled and handed over to private hands with the Congress being the “Congotri” of the massive corruption and loot. And SoniaG has the audacity to say “power is poison” which her son comically recites and media cronies repeat like a parrot and applaud. Not one scumbag or scumbagini from the media had the courage to talk about this nonsensical statement from both the Gandhis. So unlike 1977 when many parties united against the misrule and corruption of IndiraG, this time around the entire gang of corrupt parties have united with the corrupt Congress. What is their fear? They fear losing their Kleptocracy and the country returning to some form of democracy. It threatens their “disguised dictatorship”. These guys want to run the Country or a State? No! They just want to run the “wealth” of the nation into ground by looting.

Naturally, Modi responded to the cheap statement of Naresh Agarwal by stating “A Chaiwalla as PM is better than a PM who sells the country”. The sick Manish Tiwari was upset that Modi is getting too much airtime from the Congress’s crony channels. They can’t help it because it means TRP and money for them. So what does MT do? He shoots off an advisory (read threat) to the TV channels. The ministry found it to be "indecent" and "bad in taste" that news channels compared PM Manmohan Singh and BJP's PM candidate Modi over their I-Day speeches. The advisory threatened to cancel the licences of those who made such comparisons or telecast speeches. This is 2 months after the event. Why shouldn’t media and people compare? A PM who gave an I-day speech like it was a Congress event and not a national day is hardly giving a PM’s speech. Besides, the PM eulogised only Congress PMs of the past and that too only of the Nehru-Gandhi clan. In any case why should people want to listen to the most boring speaker in the history of India and that too in an age where people have moved on from these uninspiring speeches? If the PM has a right to speak, people also have the right not to hear him if they don’t want to. But hey, Kleptomaniacs don’t have such maturity because they don’t know how democracy works. (These Kleptomaniacs have the stealing disorder for both personal and party gains).

Then out of the blue the EC comes up with a proposal to ban opinion polls. The EC must seriously introspect if they have over-stepped in reacting to entertainment shows in such a silly manner. But the Congress and all of their cronies support the move for obvious reasons. Poll after opinion poll is throwing eggs at their faces. It is intolerable cruelty for them. For SoniaG these acts to muzzle the media is not an “attack on democracy”. Pappu won’t come out screaming it’s “complete nonsense”. After all, these bans are to protect and preserve their Kleptocracy. I consider the MSM possessing a lot of morons, including one at the highest level of Category5, but I would never want these morons to be gagged no matter what. Our Constitution provides them the complete freedom for their moronery. But perhaps SoniaG may be “unhappy” so the threats of bans. As if she hasn’t already turned this into a “Ban-anee” republic. Ask the “legalised” son!

Here’s a tweet by Sucheta Dalal of Moneylife. She mentions how AirIndia was being looted by the Kleptomaniacs. Giving out free tickets to media houses for their annual summit? What is so surprising about the media mafia? Let me refresh your memory. It’s not just AirIndia but many PSUs that have been misused to dole out funds to private parties of media houses (read this about HT Summit). One of the biggest building contractors of the GOI, GMR Group, doles out sponsorship for CNN-IBN’s spurious IOTY awards. The less said about Tehelka’s THINK the better. Oh and if all that is not enough there’s Nandan Nilekani. The Aadhar champion is a classic case of nepotism, which is the twin sister of Kleptocracy (and you thought Vadra was the only one?). Nilekani is a member of seventeen GOI groups, govt bodies, committees and boards that made Aadhar mandatory for govt benefits. I start a joke and I also hold the power to make it mandatory for you to laugh. Power!

This Kleptocracy is fun, isn’t it? The populist pursuits of the Congis and “sickulars” is now getting to be very predictable. There isn’t even any innovation or creativity in their skulduggery. I predicted  RahulG will land up at Wankhede to watch Sachin Tendulkar’s last Test Match. He would have hoped the popularity and emotions behind Sachin’s event will garner him some more sympathy. You know, we could learn to hate the truth like the Congis and many of our MSM crooks do. Yesterday in Delhi Sheila Dikshit had to plead with women not to leave as RahulG was about to speak. From Chaiwallas to Polishwallas to villagers, Indians don’t have patience with hollow nonsense anymore. They are not willing to be pushed to fear anymore. It’s the Kleptomaniacs who are cowering in fear. Truth has this nasty habit of showing up at the wrong time and exposing everything in a very non-subtle fashion. People aren’t fooled anymore as RahulG realised when the crowds greeted him (Video 0.28 secs). Not a good sign for Kleptomaniacs.

Desperate Measures - Part 7 (Fooling Muslims Part B)

Fooling Muslims (Part B)

If there ever was a ‘text book’ for acting, Robert De Niro would be that text book. Among many of the famous characters he played, his fascinating portrayal of Travis Bickle, a loner who degenerates into a psycho cleaning up the scum off the streets of New York or a ticking time-bomb as is often described; in Taxi Driver is a legend.

So it was joyful to see two actors I admire the most together on the same platform. The question in my mind, though, is why would De Niro agree to be at some silly THINK fest of Tehelka? Not just because the event is corrupt but because RDN has never been known to speak much. He rarely gives interviews, not known to talk much to the media and even when he does he hardly has much to say. He didn’t say much at the Tehelka THINK2013 either. Shoma Chaudhary eulogised Taxi Driver in her chat with RDN. I wonder if Tehelka can say about itself “It’s clean… it’s real clean, like my conscience” like Bickle says in the first scene about his driving record. I wonder what part of Tehelka’s conscience, if there is one, is clean. Well, RDN is a big supporter of Barack Obama and maybe the secret lies in there. Time will tell. But it does cost a lot to host these legends so you can imagine the funds involved. How a rag like Tehelka operates is explained in my post “The fearless extortionists”. They even used extortion with former Goa CM Digambar Kamat it seems. Someday someone should investigate how the owners of Tehelka have acquired funds for THINKing and real estate worth crores.

However, it’s another guest at Tehelka’s THINK that has been catching everyone’s attention. The picture looks funny because it has a Union Minister in it too. If these people weren’t known public figures you could have mistaken it for a reception area where job applicants are waiting to be interviewed.

There’s P. Chidambaram and there’s the Taliban co-founder Mullah Abdul Salam Zaeef. Some might remember, Zaeef used to be the Taliban spokie after the 9/11 attacks when the US threatened to attack Afghanistan if ‘Osamaji’ wasn’t handed over. His comic utterances back then sure made everyone have a good laugh. I hope that’s what Tehelka was looking for this time too. Mullah Zaeef came and told the Goa gathering how Taliban had equal rights for women and all. I suppose what he meant was both men and women are stoned equally or had their heads chopped off equally under the Taliban. This invitation of an extremist is not to gain some intellectual insight. It is simply to fool many Muslims in India who still believe Osamaji was good as is the Taliban. It’s like Barkha Dutt running to Imran Khan or Parvez Musharraf whenever there’s a crisis in NDTV or Muslims in India have rioted or been arrested. These jokers assume Indian Muslims can be permanently fooled. Where do they get their inspiration? The politicians, of course! The Congress, SP, JDU, RJD and lately AAP party have made this a permanent feature of their campaigns. Scumbags like Tehelka gently back the campaign. Sometimes “secret admirers” with money bags also dictate who should be at your party.

Following up that excellent Talibani Ambassador for humanity Zaeef was Syed Ali Geelani. The Kashmiri separatist was released by the J&K govt (probably with the connivance of the Centre) to meet a visiting Pak diplomat in Delhi. Never mind why the guy should be allowed that meeting, we need to impress Muslims in Kashmir. So Geelani returns the favour the very next day by stating stone pelting and guns can solve the Kashmir problem. I'm sure Muslims are thrilled with such macho statements. Err… Okay, we get it! Now who can possibly disagree with that? Not even the GOI or its spokies have disagreed.

Some days back the Congis screamed ‘you can’t steal Sardar from us, he is our property’. So when Arvind Kejriwal went and sucked up to tainted Mullah Tauqueer Raza the Congis screamed ‘you can tear down Bharat Maa banners and you may not sing Vande Mataram but you have no business to steal our Mullah’. Oops! How dare this AK! So Congi liar-in-chief Digvijaya Singh and Tariq Anwar of NCP rushed to Bareilly and repossessed the Mullah and asserted their property rights.

Diggy also certified that Mullah Raza is not communal and is a very secular person. Who can disagree with that either? From mere appeasement this has fast morphed into comic fooling of Muslims by ‘owning’ Mullahs. At this rate the Mullahs would be smart to put a price on their heads or auction themselves. But are Muslims buying this nonsense?

Shahid Siddiqui, a journalist and also a former member of the SP, earned contempt from his party and other ‘sickulars’ for interviewing Modi and finding a few of his contentions reasonable. (Nothing new, the Congi head in Mumbai has asked Lata Mangeshkar be stripped of her Padma and Bharat Ratna for endorsing Modi as PM).  You see, a Muslim journo interviewing Modi is blasphemy but a scumbag like Tehelka inviting a Taliban founder is THINK. That also explains the Congi sympathy for terrorists when the GOI gives visas to such Taliban clowns. It’s election season, let’s keep the Muslims happy. This is where we cut back a bit to the past.

In the 2012 UP election campaign there was Salman Khurshid kicking and screaming for reservations of Muslims. He wanted to prove he was the biggest champion of Muslims and even said he would ensure the rights of ‘pasmanda’ (backward) Muslims even if the EC "hangs" him (that’s reservations for Muslims from OBC quotas). Wow! In recent times there has been no greater theatre to fool Muslims because even Khurshid would have known what he proposed was unconstitutional. Then there was the Andhra govt which announced compensation to Muslim youth wrongly detained by police for terror attacks. I don’t mind the compensation at all but why only Muslims? And there is no law that provides for such compensation. The Andhra HC first struck it down and then withdrew its order for reconsideration.

There was Kamal Farooqui who exhibited exemplary moronery by stating Yasin Bhatkal was arrested because he was a Muslim. Of course, don’t forget the Lalus and Paswans who thought campaigning with ‘Osamaji’ look-alikes will tempt Muslims to vote for them. It has taken time for many Muslims to wake up to the fact that many of these politicians had taken them for idiots. Either that or some Muslims certainly need introspection on why some in their community were so inspired by Osamaji.

Should a Muslim step out of line and acknowledge progress is equal for all he will be condemned like Ghulam Vastanvi was by the establishment and the media. He also lost his job as the head of Darul Uloom. Any Muslim, particularly from Gujarat, claiming he has progressed will have no credibility but scumbaginis like Teesta Setalvad will be given Padma awards. The moment Modi started talking about Maulana Azad the Congis started realising that there are more heroes in our freedom struggle other than Nehrus and Gandhis. Here’s what Zafar Sareshwala of Gujarat, who frequently appears on TV as a panellist, asks of Muslims on a CNN-IBN blog:

Sareshwala notes “These crumbs thrown at the Muslims proved double-whammy because they did not effect any change in the lives of the Muslims and all the time they were accused of being appeased”. There is just one correction I would make in his statement. It’s not as if Muslims were being “accused of being appeased”, it is the sickular politicians who are being accused of appeasement without the real intention of delivering progress and of treating Muslims merely as a votebank. Alarming truth that never dawns on people is that wherever these politicians hoodwink Muslims there has been no progress for any community. All communities suffer equally as they do in UP. The same sickulars like Kejriwal, Digvijaya and their clan believe that pleasing and appeasing Mullahs takes care of Muslims because they believe the Mullahs are also the “political” leaders of Muslims. So, forget the people, own the Mullahs! Sareshwala is not alone. Post the Patna blasts some newspaper carried a passionate letter by a Muslim student (this is from the net and I don’t know which newspaper) and the strong yearning in Muslim youth to distance themselves from the terrorists can be seen in his words:

The student, Md Shadan Arfi, wants “fatwas” to be issued against the terrorists and their organisations. That’s an excellent question to all the fatwa-issuing Mullahs. It’s also a question the media and politicians don’t ask of the Mullahs. And if all that isn’t enough yesterday there was a student enrolled into the “Diggy School of Terror Management”. Congi Shankarsinh Vaghela concocted a bizarre theory that BJP/RSS were hiring Muslims, training them in bomb-making and terrorism and inducting them into the Indian Mujahideen. Not just that, the BJP is also funding the Indian Mujahideen says Vaghela. Oh yes! I know of one Ayesha Bano who regularly attends BJP meetings in Delhi under the watchful eyes of snoop-dog Vaghela. I guess Vaghela also saw her at RSS shakhas in Nagpur. She operates some 51 bank accounts to launder hawala money and is in the news after being arrested for allegedly funding the Patna bombers. These are desperate measures at their Himalayan best. Shinde’s letter to all CMs to not arrest innocent Muslim youth can’t be explained by even Einstein. How in hell is a CM supposed to preclude anyone being arrested is innocent? It would have been more sensible for Shinde to say “don’t arrest any Muslim”.

The mother of all desperate measures in fooling Muslims came from none other than Dr. Rahul Gandhi, International expert in Terrorism, Communal Riots & ISI. Dr.RG grandly screamed in Indore on October 24 that Muslim youth who were in the relief camps after the Muzaffarnagar riots were being lured by the ISI; obviously for terrorist activities. He also blamed the BJP for the riots. Nothing new from the Congis but the history of communal riots in India has the stamp of Congress all over it. The party also boasts of India's most communal politician. He not only dumbfounded his own party and a hapless crawling media but he even stunned the Muslims. Every Muslim group and organisation had nothing but condemnation for his stupidity. I don’t care if the BJP complained to the EC. I don’t care if the EC takes any action. For once, I’m glad Muslims aren’t falling for these stupid tricks and deceptions. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me" Sareshwala, Shahid Sidiqui and that student are saying exactly that.

Fooling Muslims concludes.

Desperate Measures series… to be continued.
