“Just in case we forget this same Teesta in a way justified the Godhra burning of 59 Hindus with this comment on the day of the incident:  "While I condemn today's gruesome attack, you cannot pick up an incident in isolation. Let us not forget the provocation. These people were not going for a benign assembly. They were indulging in blatant and unlawful mobilization to build a temple and deliberately provoke the Muslims in India." So because they Hindus were assembling for the temple the Muslims were provoked and were justified in the burning of people. It is such sick logic that results in the kind of backlash that Godhra brought about”.

That is what I wrote in “Hasta La Teesta.. Baby” in my epitaph to one of the most communal, hate-mongering woman I have ever seen in the public domain. When the Bombay HC lifted the stay on her arrest all the top lawyers of Congress rushed to the SC to get her bail over phone calls and video conferencing. That the woman is so important to Congress signifies her misdeeds over the past 13 years. Her financial misdeeds are now in the public domain so we need not go into all that again. What should shock us is that till the other day our media criminals were screaming CBI, CBI, CBI over the Vyapam scam. But they have problems with CBI acting against Teesta Setalvad. First, let’s see some responses to the CBI raid on Teesta’s home and offices on July 14. Here’s Sreenivasan Jain, Con-Journo par excellence:

Make a good note. Jain argues that it is mere “financial impropriety” so the action by CBI is heavy handed. So these crooks in the media will decide what is heavy handed and when CBI should raid or not raid on so on. Barkha Dutt reflected the same opinion of this moron – financial irregularities. And she drags in that Sickular Amitav Ghosh (who didn’t want Modi as PM) to comment on the issue while interviewing him:

And she wonders if it needs day long raids by CBI as a quote from Ghosh. These guys will decide how long CBI should raid a person, how many places and so on. As if the duration of the raid determines if it’s genuine or vendetta. To defend their pet criminals these Sickulars will put forward all the dumbest arguments. And Amitav Ghosh is supposedly a public intellectual. Yes indeed; one of many of India’s intellectual morons. Okay! Now remember, this is the same Jain who danced all over when CBI filed bogus cases against Amit Shah:

I remember Jain ranting Blackbeard-Whitebeard to implicate both Amit Shah and NaMo. He also came up with a fantastic argument at that time – that Ishrat Jehan and Co had merely come to Gujarat for some “Chota Mota blasts”. So, to these media criminals Chota-Mota blasts are acceptable as long as they are Muslims. Fine! Of course, there is that Wheeler-Dealer of Lutyens – Shekhar Gupta, who once dismissed cases against Teesta as mere “accounting errors”. I am sure Gupta has many such accounting errors in his accounts and therefore can appreciate Teesta’s situation. Here’s what the guy tweeted:

Teesta is being crushed? What kind of moronic argument is that? She is protected by the highest court of the land in a flash like no one has ever been before. This Gupta did not once talk or write about the crimes of Teesta or her swindling and he claims he had arguments with her. What arguments? On the options of whether Modi should be killed or jailed? Let’s not forget, there’s that eternal C5M bimbo Sagarika who came up with a fantastic defence:

Teesta is a bridge builder? Like what? Like Pappu wanted to build a bridge between Bundelkhand and the USA? Such are the moronic utterances of these Rudaalis. Truth is, each one of them knows they are on the wrong foot and are lying through their teeth. But all of them have bathed in the left over dirty water from Teesta’s bathtub and have to defend her in some way or the other. This means even vaguely claiming they had differences with her. Media-scoundrels of the first order! So what’s the real problem?

It must be noted that Teesta was funded by Congress and CPM to campaign against BJP in LS2004 elections and also later against NaMo after the 2002 riots. How did Ford Foundation suddenly find interest in the Teesta couple? Surely, FF doesn’t come knocking at the doors of a political NGO unless the political bosses put in a good word. And you know well who put in that good word to carry out the campaign against NaMo. And is it all just financial irregularity? If that were the case then CBI need not have been involved at all. Local investigating agencies and ED could have imposed some fines and settled it. But that is hardly the case with Teesta.

First of all, why did the CBI have to get involved at all? If Teesta had cooperated with the Gujarat police in investigations and provided documents then there would have been no need for CBI at all. But Teesta dodged the Gujarat police for years. She is an “Inter-state” crime-accused. She commits her crimes in Gujarat and hides in her hole in Mumbai where Gujarat police do not have jurisdiction. She files petitions in Mumbai HC to dodge Gujarat police. And that is the reason CBI had to be involved since they have national jurisdiction.

And what are the many crimes of Teesta? According to the SIT on Gujarat2002, she had filed many fake affidavits from those claiming to be victims of the riots. The Naroda residents have claimed she defrauded them. FCRA violations or mere financial irregularities are quite different from defrauding the public. Our media criminals refuse to recognise this. And the Sickular Commies from media and politics have also organised a grand protest for Teesta over what they call “harassment”:

The motive for all these Teesta Rudaalis is simple: If Teesta is indicted and later found guilty by a court then they all will stand guilty of carrying out the most vicious and malicious campaign against one man based on lies, fraudulent documents and fraudulent transfer and misuse of funds. All of them have used Teesta as their frontline foot-soldier in their political campaign. Teesta even led Zakia Jaffri up a garden path to target Modi and Modi alone and the old lady is now left in tatters wondering if she got justice. All of these Teesta Rudaalis have scavenged on the death and misery of the riot victims and their familes. Their chest-beating and wailing has only started now. Let them mourn!

If you’re wondering what that website was all about; it was created by the vicious hate-monger Shabnam Hashmi & Co to spew lies against Modi, his colleagues and his supporters. Why? Because they could not combat the powerful force of the Internet Hindus who put out facts on most issues – political, economic and social. The IH combatted the lies and fakery of the Congress and their supporters with great success. And they also started dismantling the lies in Indian history bit by bit. Some of the stuff they posted is available in this post of mine. Now, surely someone must have funded these idiots. It doesn’t take Einstein to figure who was funding them and their campaign of LIES. When morons cannot battle the IH with facts they resort to lies. It doesn’t cost anything to speak the truth, peddling lies costs money. Having lost LS2014, the IH are now referred to as “Bhakts” – the folks who are devoted admirers and supporters of PM Modi. And according to the Sickular folks these Bhakts, in India or abroad, are a great threat to the nation. They must be destroyed. So what do we do? A man who was given a phenomenal amount of money, who indulged in nepotism is now whining and complaining about govt interfering in academic freedom. Such is the crass entitlement-culture of Commies who have destroyed India. He is 81, and should have never been given the assignment of re-establishing the glorious Nalanda University. What he created was worse than the ruins of a glorious seat of learning. Far from being an academic, AS has been more into politics and spewing anti-Modi nonsense for years now. When asked to account for funds he threw a tantrum like a 4-year old:

These are the scroungers who live on public money and then complain about the Bhakts who scoff and troll them for their thuggery. Learned minds like TheJaggi and Minhaz Merchant have written a detailed account of AS’ snobbery and hypocrisy – a man who claims to think about the poor while he lives like a king on public money. And after all his nonsense he claims he quit Nalanda as he didn’t want to obstruct the functioning of the Board. Load of rubbish! His tenure is ending but he should have been SACKED a year ago.

But the Sickulars and Commies claim AS is being abused by Twitter trolls and Bhakts who are referred to as fanatics. Fanatics? Abused? So if his hypocrisy, incompetence and irresponsibility are questioned and established with facts that is abuse? That is why I support this tweet that slams the hypocrisy of media:

Imagine if Sachin Tendulkar had refused to play a Test series against Australia because Glenn McGrath was constantly bowling around the off-stump and Shane Warne was making huge turns from the leg stump. What would you think of him?

But that’s not how it works for the “Scaredy Chicks” in the Sickular media and establishment. There is a usual set of Commie pimps, which I often refer to as G-37, which floats around channels like experts to offer the same mundane nonsense night after night. Some exceptions in the G-37 are people like Swapan Dasgupta, Ashok Malik and so on who are BJP members or sympathisers. But the little “Nehru Dumplings” are scared of even this evident minority in public discourse. Here’s little Hartosh Singh Bal getting all worked up over SwapanD being invited to share a “Nehru platform”:

Look at the group of Congress cronies assembled by the organisers for this discussion on Nehru – There’s MSAiyar, Kumar Ketkar, Aakar Patel and Bal. All of them are described as “Eminent”. Eminent what? Eminent bootlickers? All of them are anti-Modi (and among these MSA is the most filthy abuser in public but he’s a darling for them) but Bal has a problem with SwapanD being on the forum because he is sympathetic to the current govt and so on. That is his fear? Obviously, Bal is incapable of combating SD on issues with logic and so the whining excuses to ban him. On SM this is what Bhakts do to the moron Sickulars and when the Sickos cannot combat them with facts or equal amount of ridicule or sarcasm they cry “ abuse” and play victim. Sob! Sob! And these bitchy Sickos are not anti-Modi on some issue or policy, they are genetically anti-Hindu and connect Modi with that. They screamed against Yoga, they call SwachBharat a nautanki and there are extreme scumbaginis who even ranted against the simple, innocuous idea of #SelfieWithDaughter.

They first indulge in fake bravado, indulge in chest-thumping and when they get knocked out by the Bhakts, they cry “Mummmmmyyy… abuse, abuse”. I can only laugh! And here’s the duffer Bal who even wants to ridicule Modi’s launch of DD Kisan out of sheer ignorance:

So little Bal thought Modi took a year to announce DDKisan in May this year when he was actually “launching” it and the announcement was made last year in July 2014. Oh well! If you point out his fact-less stupidity and prejudiced mind – You are abusing him! The MSM as whole and a good number of jaundiced individuals in the media have been exposed over and over again for their lies, misquotes, spin and what not. They are tired! They don’t know how to deal with these pests called “Bhakts”. Post LS2014 they have even lost their relevance with the govt as there are no freebies, no joyrides and no Golgappas. Every night they collect some 4-5 panellists to trash 1 or 2 BJP panellists out of sheer frustration. And on the SM they continue to be battered. Desperate situations call for desperate measures – Time to call in a guy to do the WhackJob.

The English Hitman:

In just the previous post I had mentioned about the continuous hitjobs being carried out by NDTV and TimesNow against certain BJP ministers. And there are now vigilantes and Twitter-police to do hitjobs on the Bhakts on Twitter and SM. As with the case of that Pheku site such operations are not free – somebody funds them to carry out the hitjobs. But they needed a convert to peddle lies through a bigger vehicle. So enter Chetan Bhagat with a blog in TOI slamming Bhakts as abusers, trolls, poor in English and so on. He even adds that girls like dating boys who speak good English. Profound! And that these Bhakts are “sexually frustrated males” who can’t speak English so they attack and abuse on SM. Just one collection of tweets is enough to tell you how moronic CB is that he overturns everything he has said in the last five years or so:

Such a dramatic U-turn to trash those who don’t speak English cannot be without a price. CB is a successful writer and I always wish any writer to be successful. But so far the Commie-liberal clan scoffed at him and his writings. They thought lowly of him and  probably gave him an inferiority complex. His publishers are the “Desi” Rupa Publications whereas in contrast even the C5M has publishers like Harper Collins. CB would hardly get invited to LitterFests and even there the Scotch Circuit would have made him feel inferior. He wasn’t part of the “in crowd”. I can’t put my finger on it but something must have snapped inside him enough to be lured to the other side and become a moronic Sickular type writer which made him write his stupid blog. None of his claims have any logic, reason or data to back with.

CB probably even expected that the Bhakts will shower abuse on him for writing that article. On the contrary, they just picked up many of his old tweets and articles to show a mirror to him and expose his school-boy idiocy and hypocrisy. CB tasted the same blood that failed Commie-Fiberals have tasted – Facts and quotes from their own history. And why do I estimate this comes with a price? Just read this tweet and you will wonder Mother Teresa has been reincarnated in CB:

Unfortunately, they have already executed Kasab or this moron would have signed the mercy petition for him also. After all, that is the trait of Commie Fiberals – welcome to their world CB! Now, there have to be benefits attached. It is difficult to publish a book in India even otherwise but even harder if you want a top-brand publisher. The doors of those houses are open only to Commie Fiberals – Penguin, Harper-Collins and so on. You cannot get in unless another Commie Fiberal gives you a certificate. Like I said earlier even the C5M has Harper while CB is stuck with Rupa. And international publishers means more copies, including Hard Cover, and invites to international LitterFests, readings and so on.

The best way to find success in this club is to abuse Hindus, call Bhakts generally as abusers, vilify Modi (a stage CB hasn’t reached yet) and you have arrived. Look up most of the Sickular writers – most of them have abused even Hindu Gods and Goddesses to be rewarded with contracts. I wonder if CB wants to go there. To try and make an ordinary point CB abused the entire lot of Modi supporters putting them in one single basket – especially as males. There are many female Bhakts too. CB has added an extra dimension to this as well – he has found Bhakts to be sexually frustrated because they don’t speak English. Haha! Far from abusing CB, the Bhakts retaliated with a collection all his tweets from the past to show a mirror to him. In the end CB ended up the way most Sickulars end up – looking like a thoroughbred field rat drenched in heavy rain.

Bhaktophobia:

So called Bhakts do not occupy space in the MSM – neither in print nor on TV. Yet, the most whining and abuses come from the MSM. In one stroke Chetan Bhagat abused all the so called Bhakts. He even assumes Bhakts are only males, which is a moronic preclusion. There are many women who are Bhakts too. Sitting on the perch of their media platform these criminals abuse everyone including the PM as this article from NDTV after a group of Tweeple met the PM:

You call your opponents Bhakts, Trolls and whatever you want but as a media house you even ridicule the PM for holding an event with a group of people? How deep is your hatred? What kind of upbringing do these criminals have? And there are abusers from across the spectrum – BJP, Congress, AAP and so on. The problem is that the MSM goons are AAPCong doormats and the MSM has not been able to withstand the scrutiny by SM. Their lies are being systematically dismantled every single day. The other undeniable fact is a vast majority of the so-called Bhakts are Hindus, most of them decently educated and many of them very highly educated. They are able to dissect the nonsense of MSM or their opponents on SM, put it out, add a dash of humour and sarcasm which their opponents are unable to combat. And when they are unable to combat this they start playing victim and finally claim abuse. It doesn’t work anymore.

In their quest to retain their Commie culture the Sickulars have not even spared Hindu Gods and Goddesses. They have abused Ram, Sita, Ganesh and other icons and the Bhakts are expected to tolerate their nonsense? One Commie Pig even equated Yoga with dog postures. I know an extremely abusive female journo who couldn’t win a Twitter battle with a man. She went on to stalk the TL of his daughter and abuse the young girl. Other Sickos have even brought in employers of some people. Such is the viciousness of the Sickos. The awful truth is that since the LS2014 elections the Sickular folks have faced more defeats and are facing a serious crisis of identity. There is a pattern in this coordinated attack on the “Bhakts” and someone or some entity is surely pouring a huge amount of funds into it. They probably fear their survival and thus all the signs of Bhaktophobia emanating from them.

The Hitjobs BAR:

It started with a mild but failed attack on Smriti Irani and her education few weeks back. Modi must answer the BAR screamed. BAR is the lowest bar in Indian TV journalism (Barkha, Arnab, Rajdeep). Then they turned to Sushma Swaraj and kept up the hit-jobs for a few days. Modi must answer! Then they hit the bounty with Lalit Modi and Vasundhara Raje and they kept up their stupid attacks for nearly four weeks. Modi must answer! Arnab the clown even started demanding resignations and “ordering” the PM to sack Raje as if he was the Pope. The resignation-demanding business stopped after #Arnabgate trended worldwide. In between for spice they added Pankaja Munde. Modi must answer! – No resignation still. Like bowlers who went wicket-less for a whole Test series they kicked and screamed about LM and Raje till this happened:

LM threw a bomb by naming Sonia Gandhi. SUDDEN DEATH! All the media morons went totally dead as dodos over LM and Raje issue. The very mention of SoniaG makes them wet their pants and skirts. Modi must answer, morons? I don’t know why but I estimate media houses must have something to with funding from the West but I cannot be sure. Here’s the best part when LM exploded the Sonia bomb:

So the little cowardni had not guts to talk about SoniaG but says she substituted SG with Vadra. At other times the Congis claim Vadra is a private citizen but Congress defender Barkha “merged” Sonia and Vadra into one entity. Fantastic! And the BAR criminals also raked up Raje’s Dholpur palace property as a scam. Then this happened:

Jairam Ramesh was strutting around and claiming a scam on this. Once it turned out the property was transferred by a court to Raje & Co. the little cowardni from NDTV says it blunts the Congress attack. Thankfully, Modi doesn’t have to answer! She finds no crime in the lies and half-baked claims of J Ramesh and Surjit Bhalla rightly chastises her skulduggery in slyly protecting the Congress. What to do now? Let’s pick up a new thread!

So they pick up the Vyapam scam – an MP govt recruit scam. This has been going on since the days of Digvijay Singh when he was CM. And suddenly the resignation chant came again – this time for Shivraj Chouhan to resign. Remember, it was Chouhan who ordered the STF and later a court ordered SIT to investigate the scam. The BAR claims 40 deaths were connected to the Vyapam scam. Nobody tells you that the deaths supposedly related to the scam were from 2009 onward and half the deaths have happened prior to 2014. Diggy even used a fraudulent document and presented it to the SIT claiming Chouhan was directly involved in some 48 appointments in the scam. This is a criminal act by Diggy and amounts to forgery and perjury. Chouhan had threatened legal action but I’m not sure he is going to go through with it. And despite knowing the document was a fraud, Arnab gladly used it to do hitjobs on Chouhan. I hope the clown at TimesNow never talks about his so called “integrity” again.

In the Vyapam scam 2000 have been arrested of which it seems 1800 or so are people from Digvijay’s tenure. Is that why the man is personally interested in the case? He even went to SC demanding a CBI probe which the SC dismissed. Finally Chouhan has demanded a CBI probe yesterday. Regardless of CBI, STF or SIT the scam warrants speedy investigation and, more importantly, the criminals need to be punished. There are conflicting reports on the related deaths but regardless, those deaths that are murders must also be investigated and criminals prosecuted. Shivraj Chouhan does not appear to be personally involved and has not condoned any of these crimes. He is the one who started the investigations. But there is a severe warning from him – He cannot let MP become a state where goons and criminals operate with such freedom.

And that is what brings us to the core of this post – That criminals in India operate with impunity. They are either protected by politicians or if they are prosecuted, our courts ensure they take 786 years to hear and give out judgements. This is a shameful state of affairs.

Dare Different:

On most fronts ModiSarkar is doing quite well and there isn’t much to complain about which is why our media is trying to dig holes and get buried themselves. There is, of course, one important thing Modi said during the LS election campaign – That people not only want to throw out the Congress but they want the corrupt to be punished. This is where GOI appears reluctant to speed up even pending cases. There is Raja, Kanimozhi, Marans, Sonia and Rahul and probably many others. In contrast, they have showed sudden urgency in acting against Lalit Modi. The GOI supporters are also wary and some even against prosecuting SoniaG in the National Herald case because they fear it may gain her sympathy and bring her back to power. They relate the situation to that of IndiraG coming back to power in 1980. This is not only a bogus principle but extremely faulty logic.

Arun Jaitley is on record stating that if Congress returns the money to NH the case can be ended. Not the kind of words that one would like to hear from a Minister in a govt that has promised to prosecute the corrupt. Surprisingly, Congress now claims its running out of money and asks its Karyakartas to donate. And it would take Brahma to visit and convince me all the NH money only went to Congress and not individuals. It seems BJP is as scared of touching SoniaG as much as the media is scared of mentioning the Queen’s name. The comparison by supporters with the IndiraG era is faulty like I stated.

In 1977 the Janata Party (called Khichdi govt by IndiraG) came into majority against expectations. Congress still had a decent number, mostly from the South which didn’t face the brunt of Emergency. This Khichdi govt of multiple parties had many contenders who fought to be PM. There was Morarji Desai, Devi Lal, Chandra Shekhar, Charan Singh and maybe some more. It was Jaiprakash Narayan who appointed Morarji Desai PM and others accepted his decision. Predictably, this Khichdi govt botched up the prosecution of IndiraG and once she was out of jail (she was jailed for a few days) she sang a song to the greedy Charan Singh and promised to make him PM with Congress support. He obliged and withdrew from the Morarji govt. Thus Charan Singh became PM. Few months later IndiraG showed she had fooled Charan Singh and withdrew support and pulled his govt down. Elections were announced in 1980, that’s the year BJP was formed and people didn’t want another unstable, constantly fighting Khichdi. So they opted for IndiraG for stability.

Is that the case with ModiSarkar and current govt? It is the first time in independent India that a truly non-Congress govt has been elected with a clear majority of its own. Even without the NDA allies the BJP has clear majority. And Congress crimes and corruption are now known across India because of media, social media and other forms of communication. In 1980 India didn’t have TV in households and nor was there was SM. News and information travels much faster today than it ever did before. Everyone with a mobile camera is or is a potential journalist reporting from many corners of the country. Neither the Congress nor Sonia have any place to hide. The other parties with corrupt ministers from previous govts also do not have a place to hide. There is hardly a need to file new cases even. If GOI speeds up prosecution of existing cases in consultation with the CJI that itself would be a major achievement. Congress has a history of toppling govts whether 1977 or in the 1990s. This time they don’t see that chance and that’s why their wild, belligerent screaming inside and outside the parliament with lies and half-baked information.

I would never expect a Congress or a Khichdi (like DMK, JDU or RJD types) to prosecute the corrupt. I believe people only expect Modi to initiate this – not even the BJP as a party. And this is one call ModiSarkar must answer and the PM need not answer stupid, belligerent media crooks. I don’t expect any black money to come back and I’ve said that before. But acting against the corrupt is well within GOI’s power. Willing to dare different from all previous govts is what will send the right message.
