Dare Different

The Hitjobs BAR:

It started with a mild but failed attack on Smriti Irani and her education few weeks back. Modi must answer the BAR screamed. BAR is the lowest bar in Indian TV journalism (Barkha, Arnab, Rajdeep). Then they turned to Sushma Swaraj and kept up the hit-jobs for a few days. Modi must answer! Then they hit the bounty with Lalit Modi and Vasundhara Raje and they kept up their stupid attacks for nearly four weeks. Modi must answer! Arnab the clown even started demanding resignations and “ordering” the PM to sack Raje as if he was the Pope. The resignation-demanding business stopped after #Arnabgate trended worldwide. In between for spice they added Pankaja Munde. Modi must answer! – No resignation still. Like bowlers who went wicket-less for a whole Test series they kicked and screamed about LM and Raje till this happened:

LM threw a bomb by naming Sonia Gandhi. SUDDEN DEATH! All the media morons went totally dead as dodos over LM and Raje issue. The very mention of SoniaG makes them wet their pants and skirts. Modi must answer, morons? I don’t know why but I estimate media houses must have something to with funding from the West but I cannot be sure. Here’s the best part when LM exploded the Sonia bomb:

So the little cowardni had not guts to talk about SoniaG but says she substituted SG with Vadra. At other times the Congis claim Vadra is a private citizen but Congress defender Barkha “merged” Sonia and Vadra into one entity. Fantastic! And the BAR criminals also raked up Raje’s Dholpur palace property as a scam. Then this happened:

Jairam Ramesh was strutting around and claiming a scam on this. Once it turned out the property was transferred by a court to Raje & Co. the little cowardni from NDTV says it blunts the Congress attack. Thankfully, Modi doesn’t have to answer! She finds no crime in the lies and half-baked claims of J Ramesh and Surjit Bhalla rightly chastises her skulduggery in slyly protecting the Congress. What to do now? Let’s pick up a new thread!

So they pick up the Vyapam scam – an MP govt recruit scam. This has been going on since the days of Digvijay Singh when he was CM. And suddenly the resignation chant came again – this time for Shivraj Chouhan to resign. Remember, it was Chouhan who ordered the STF and later a court ordered SIT to investigate the scam. The BAR claims 40 deaths were connected to the Vyapam scam. Nobody tells you that the deaths supposedly related to the scam were from 2009 onward and half the deaths have happened prior to 2014. Diggy even used a fraudulent document and presented it to the SIT claiming Chouhan was directly involved in some 48 appointments in the scam. This is a criminal act by Diggy and amounts to forgery and perjury. Chouhan had threatened legal action but I’m not sure he is going to go through with it. And despite knowing the document was a fraud, Arnab gladly used it to do hitjobs on Chouhan. I hope the clown at TimesNow never talks about his so called “integrity” again.

In the Vyapam scam 2000 have been arrested of which it seems 1800 or so are people from Digvijay’s tenure. Is that why the man is personally interested in the case? He even went to SC demanding a CBI probe which the SC dismissed. Finally Chouhan has demanded a CBI probe yesterday. Regardless of CBI, STF or SIT the scam warrants speedy investigation and, more importantly, the criminals need to be punished. There are conflicting reports on the related deaths but regardless, those deaths that are murders must also be investigated and criminals prosecuted. Shivraj Chouhan does not appear to be personally involved and has not condoned any of these crimes. He is the one who started the investigations. But there is a severe warning from him – He cannot let MP become a state where goons and criminals operate with such freedom.

And that is what brings us to the core of this post – That criminals in India operate with impunity. They are either protected by politicians or if they are prosecuted, our courts ensure they take 786 years to hear and give out judgements. This is a shameful state of affairs.

Dare Different:

On most fronts ModiSarkar is doing quite well and there isn’t much to complain about which is why our media is trying to dig holes and get buried themselves. There is, of course, one important thing Modi said during the LS election campaign – That people not only want to throw out the Congress but they want the corrupt to be punished. This is where GOI appears reluctant to speed up even pending cases. There is Raja, Kanimozhi, Marans, Sonia and Rahul and probably many others. In contrast, they have showed sudden urgency in acting against Lalit Modi. The GOI supporters are also wary and some even against prosecuting SoniaG in the National Herald case because they fear it may gain her sympathy and bring her back to power. They relate the situation to that of IndiraG coming back to power in 1980. This is not only a bogus principle but extremely faulty logic.

Arun Jaitley is on record stating that if Congress returns the money to NH the case can be ended. Not the kind of words that one would like to hear from a Minister in a govt that has promised to prosecute the corrupt. Surprisingly, Congress now claims its running out of money and asks its Karyakartas to donate. And it would take Brahma to visit and convince me all the NH money only went to Congress and not individuals. It seems BJP is as scared of touching SoniaG as much as the media is scared of mentioning the Queen’s name. The comparison by supporters with the IndiraG era is faulty like I stated.

In 1977 the Janata Party (called Khichdi govt by IndiraG) came into majority against expectations. Congress still had a decent number, mostly from the South which didn’t face the brunt of Emergency. This Khichdi govt of multiple parties had many contenders who fought to be PM. There was Morarji Desai, Devi Lal, Chandra Shekhar, Charan Singh and maybe some more. It was Jaiprakash Narayan who appointed Morarji Desai PM and others accepted his decision. Predictably, this Khichdi govt botched up the prosecution of IndiraG and once she was out of jail (she was jailed for a few days) she sang a song to the greedy Charan Singh and promised to make him PM with Congress support. He obliged and withdrew from the Morarji govt. Thus Charan Singh became PM. Few months later IndiraG showed she had fooled Charan Singh and withdrew support and pulled his govt down. Elections were announced in 1980, that’s the year BJP was formed and people didn’t want another unstable, constantly fighting Khichdi. So they opted for IndiraG for stability.

Is that the case with ModiSarkar and current govt? It is the first time in independent India that a truly non-Congress govt has been elected with a clear majority of its own. Even without the NDA allies the BJP has clear majority. And Congress crimes and corruption are now known across India because of media, social media and other forms of communication. In 1980 India didn’t have TV in households and nor was there was SM. News and information travels much faster today than it ever did before. Everyone with a mobile camera is or is a potential journalist reporting from many corners of the country. Neither the Congress nor Sonia have any place to hide. The other parties with corrupt ministers from previous govts also do not have a place to hide. There is hardly a need to file new cases even. If GOI speeds up prosecution of existing cases in consultation with the CJI that itself would be a major achievement. Congress has a history of toppling govts whether 1977 or in the 1990s. This time they don’t see that chance and that’s why their wild, belligerent screaming inside and outside the parliament with lies and half-baked information.

I would never expect a Congress or a Khichdi (like DMK, JDU or RJD types) to prosecute the corrupt. I believe people only expect Modi to initiate this – not even the BJP as a party. And this is one call ModiSarkar must answer and the PM need not answer stupid, belligerent media crooks. I don’t expect any black money to come back and I’ve said that before. But acting against the corrupt is well within GOI’s power. Willing to dare different from all previous govts is what will send the right message.

  1. While a figure of 282 might give a feeling of stability to outsiders, BJP certainly doesn't share this feeling. One of the reasons is that out of 282, more than 100 seats came from just two states of UP/Bihar. And this huge mandate in these two states appears fluke to them. The most significant contributor to this huge landslide in UP/Bihar was the promise of black money (chorus led by Baba Ramdev).
Even with your strong arguments in favour, I am not sure BJP will be able to regain the sense of stability any time soon.

  5. That is why I have repeatedly said that Judicial reforms must precede all other reforms. The judiciary in India is a parallel government with no accountability whatsoever. The well known nexus between judges and lawyers ensures that once a case enters the judicial system it goes into deep coma for 786 years, as you say. The other day the SC pronounced that it will not speed up hearings against MP's because they are not 'special,' I would like to ask the Lordships that if lawmakers are not special, then who are? The Himachal Pradesh HC says that details of Priyanka Vadra's land grab cannot be made public, for 'security' reasons. Orders obtained on phone from a SC judge, court staying up late to order bail for a manslaughter accused, adjournments after adjournments, have made the entire justice system a mockery. All good intentions and good governance founders on the rocks of Indian courts. There is nothing Modi or anyone else can do until this pillar of society is brought under some systematic accountability. But there are too many vested interests in all political parties that will thwart any attempt at judicial reform. The courts in India have become torture chambers from where no innocent person comes out whole, only criminals. The time has come to write a completely new judicial code, scrap obsolete and archaic laws, and rewrite the Constitution, if needed. Modi must highlight in his talks and speeches the inadequacy of the system and the need for changing it. If he needs a two-thirds majority in Parliament to amend the Constitution then he must prepare groundswell of support by enlightening the public and asking for that majority in 2019. He must prepare a draft of the new Constitution and make it public so that the people know what he intends to do once he has that majority. Until then, we may cry ourselves hoarse, nothing much is going to change, so long as we continue to work within a system that the British Imperialists gave us and that the Congress Empire adopted wholesale.

    3. I couldn't agree with you more.

The judiciary has lost the trust of ordinary people like us. It wasn't too strong to begin with, but the recent high profile (read bollywood actor and TN ex-CM) going completely awry, the trust in Judiciary is in shreds. No matter how developed India gets economically, without a strong judiciary, development is a delusion.

If my life and property is not protected by law, if I see around me criminals getting off scot-free, how am I to rejoice in economic progress?

Pulling up the judiciary is surely the most urgent task ahead. I hope Mr Modi begins work on this soon.

  9. One thing we all should understand is that if Modi Govt takes action on all the issues there will be havoc kind of situation and we should not forget that there are black sheeps in BJP too. Entire lot is barking on every minor issues but i feel Modi Govt is doing its job smoothly and calmly. One of the best thing which is done in 1 year is banning all those NGO's with foreign funds and who are not willing to be accountable. I feel this is one of the major source to fund anti social elements and many presstitutes. In coming year we will positively see many changes happening on its own as these illegal funding source to these kind of people will stop. There are many more such sources and all cannot be stopped at once so its better to do it one by one legally. I request mediacrooks team to come up with an article on Priyanka VADRA villa in Shimla. Today i heard we the tax payers do not have the right to know about it through RTI. Is it true? if yes , since when RAJA, RANI, YUVARAJ, YUVARANI mode is included in democracy where praja are not allowed to know anything about them. ? or are we really Banana Republic ? Really need to know all these details why are we common people of India are treated like fools ? Thanks to Social Media which makes us feel that in praja tantra, praja are the raja. Janta are Janardhan. Thank You Social Media.

  13. While one can half guess why the media is so reluctant to go after the Gandhis(no sticking of mikes in their faces, posting reporters outside their house ,hounding them with cameras and running after their cars) what really bothers me is the reluctance of the BJP spokesperson to name them.Throughout the week long drama that unfolded on the various news channels regarding sushma, vasundhara, conflict of interest and blah blah not once did i see any of the BJP spokespersons mention Bofors, vadra, national herald or lalit modi-priyanka, sonia meeting to support their arguments. What stops the BJP from going after these people. One of the main reasons of my supporting modis campaign was "he dared to be different".He mentioned the Gandhis and their controversial dealings,he put up good candidates in their constituencies and showed a will to do things differently unlike the previous BJP leaders like sushma, jaitely, atalji who ensured that the Gandhis were never in the line of fire so much so that the vadra issue was not brought up by the BJP which was in opposition at all.....it was forced to comment on it only when AAP went after it.That Modi was not afraid to point fingers at them made him different but 1 year down the line and no action has been taken against anyone....and to see sonia on the same table as Modi during the Obama dinner really gave me a sinking feeling......somethings are just not adding up.I guess even swamy has been asked to go slow on the national herald case.....all I hear is next date of hearing has been fixed for blah blah blah.Just word will not do anymore Modiji(we know you are a good orator) we need to see some concrete action....as mediacrooks himself said being "goody two shoes" won't help "be different"

Even I was wondering how the MSM suddenly shifted the case of Lalit Modi to Vyapam and sure the tweet had its effect of wetting the pants of MSM, the tweet just mentioned Sonia and all the MSM suddenly buried their heads in the sand.

Lalit modi must be laughing his Azz off for he knew clearly how compromised and corrupt our MSM was and he just mentioned Sonia to bury the sudden focus that has caught media off late about him.

    1. However I differ with you on one account, the practicability of Modi's politics regarding the Corruption issues. What's the power does Modi as Prime Minister have in this country? The nature of polity in India is such that, if Modi wants a major transformation of India, he has no option but to take co-operation of the congress atleast in the short term. In Gujarat he could afford to ignore congress or the Left liberal cabal since he had complete control over the both political and bureaucratic structure of the state. Now as a PM can he speed up the prosecution of Sonia and Co?
you say If GOI speeds up prosecution of existing cases in consultation with the CJI that itself would be a major achievement only that such co-operation is not available, recently SC commented that Courts cannot prioritize cases for politicians with others (implicitly stated that like all cases will move at their snail pace). This is the reason for the fight for NJAC where all BJP state Govts (only BJP state Govts) are petitioning the SC to consider NJAC for appointment of judges. You see if there is such resistance from a pillar of democracy which is supposed to be autonomous, imagine other institutions like parliament and the executive (bureaucracy) which are heavily politicized. The fact is there's such level of cozy relationship between politicians and judiciary that there's heavy resistance from judiciary to change according to times, this at a time when there's record number of backlog cases and courts doesn't seem to even care living in their cocoon land.

    2. As I said above, to make transformational changes to Indian economy, he needs support of the Congress for a host of bills including Land Bill, GST, New Companies Act, Labor Act even the modifications to Lokpal act. Someone pray tell me how Modi is going to pass it, if he hounds Congress leaders (even if its for legitimate reasons) which are more important to the country than few criminal cases. This is the worst trade-off a politician like modi has to make. This does not mean he is completely helpless, in areas where Legislative nod is not necessary, he is doing (as you pointed out) astounding job like the complete transformation brought in Foreign affairs, cutting down leakages in subsidies (GAS and FUEL) , ease of doing businesses, cutting down meaning less central schemes and devolving more power to the states, to start manufacturing revolution through Make in India, Connect india digitally through online, his focus on smart cities, housing and incentivizing irrigation rather than MSP to name a few.
Remember few months before the elections you wrote an article pointing out limits of Modi saying that while he will be non-corrupt and will run a non-corrupt administration, its difficult to prosecute all corruption cases since he is a politician too. In fact, in a times now interview, he quoted, Let all the old cases be prosecuted according to current laws, all he will do is to ensure there are no new corruption cases from his Govt and a law to fast track cases against politician only to be disappointed by SC (I wonder what stops SC from doing so when it can grant bail for a convict within hours of passing judgement).

  18. 3. To add to my above point, Modi seems more focused on cleaning policy framework in administration so that there are no rent seekers and the clean auctions he has undertaken is an example of it, the media of course does not show how quickly he has brought back languishing infrastructure sector or the deep changes in trade relationships.
The point is Congress will be Rajya sabha majority atleast for three more years (BJP started winning only in 2013 when it won major states back) and he had to put up with Congress even if he does no like it.
    4. There is also a argument going on in the Govt that BJP should put off serious reforms until the Bihar elections are over since they are crucial for BJP with regards to bolstering Rajya Sabha numbers or even pursuing cases against political opponents there by avoid making them martyrs.
    5. While the hostility of the media to Modi is known all along (your articles only vindicate to the extent of bile they carry on this Govt), what is not surprising is the hatred that opposition has on Modi, recently a communist Dog sitaram yechury (who compared Yoga to daily morning stretches of Dog) pointed out that they would neither let a Bill be placed in the Rajya sabha and would neither support nor reject the bill, as we know rejecting the bill would offer the chance of Joint session. BJP foolishly when it was in opposition nodded to stupid clause that unless the pandemonium of the house is resolved no bill will be taken. Now congress is using the same clause to raise hue and cry and stopping the house from functioning.

There is no way but for Modi to cut deals with Sonia and Co, He can only counter black mail them regarding corruption cases but it can only go that far, the real and only power left with congress is RS members which will only be diluted slowly and congress wants to use this time to erode the credibility of our PM.

I was surprised that being such keen insight of politics you did not crack the thinking of the politicians who are both playing a waiting game on both sides.

  20. the single most good thing that Modi govt can do is to bring serious changes in judiciary and judicial reforms where judgement is delivered in an year or two years maximum.
Have separate courts for criminal or economic or family courts. etc. with some genuine social standing persons as jury members.

Improving the infrastructure for Police force and improving the network connectivity and national database of all criminals where a police person can search by photo (as available with Google image search)....etc. features, and IT companies can bring in necessary software skills and can be major job provider and bring justice speedily.

This single thing can guarantee BJP govt for next 15 years.

I think Sonia is turning out to be the nuclear deterrant for taming MSM.Many a campaigns have been reduced to damp squibbs by a mere reference to a Sonia hand in the deals.I am of the view that Congress, even if it makes a come back ( god forbid) it can at best be as a minor partner in a huge umbrella coalition in future. And by the very nature of such coalition, one can expect only unstable govts in future unless it is a BJP led front. So the ball is in BJPs court. Even in a traditionally minority ruled state like Kerala, the polarisation of hindus in the recent byelection has caused lots of heartburns to the seculars. If the present dispensation fails to take advantage of the situation, it will be digging its own grave.
Meanwhile non contraversial issues like liberating temples from the clutches of sickular govts would be a great investment for its own survival. Temples can then be the rallying point for all hindus.

  24. ‘Banik Murder Case’..early ‘80s..for more than a year,it used to take lot of space of leading dailies of West Bengal ..reason was, Father & Son Chandranath Banik & Chandan Banik..two main accused were owner of one of the top business group ‘Banik Rubber Industires’. This was may be the first so called ‘high profile’ criminal case. No one thought that those two will be even convicted for the grue some murder of the housewife Smt. Debyani Banik (w/o Chandan Banik)..but it happened and two were sentenced to death by trial court (upheld by HC later) including sister of chandan banik(later reduced to life imprisonment)

The CIO of this case Sri Sujit Sanyal was solely responsible for the conviction..offered bribe, threatened and attempt was made to eliminate him too..but ultimately he succeeded..

At the time of retirement,he said.. “they couldn’t manage me but have arranged everything and will be soon released after my retirement”..Supreme Court released them within two years of his retirement. They managed,IO,PP,Judge..everything….I have mentioned it just to say that how a sure shot case can be diluted at any point of time by our judicial system.

I have gone through the petition filed against TeestaS..and can challenge that if it was against any common person then he/she couldn’t even reach SC before spending 2-3 years in jail. But here SC is giving order to create chair, table, bech, etc after hearing over phone..anti-nationals who don’t feel shame when they write against an elected CM of their own country to a president of another nation are now lining up in favour of this bi….h. Court can’t proceed against main accused (at least prima facie) MMS till 2018.. 2G and other cases are going the same way following ‘786 Route’.. It’s really frustrating to watch those who looted our money, enjoying freely when we are suffering everyday..and after watching all these I find both question and answer here..

“….. That criminals in India operate with impunity. They are either protected by politicians or if they are prosecuted, our courts ensure they take 786 years to hear and give out judgements. This is a shameful state of affairs”…

You have rightly mentioned, which MSM fed for long that only cong can give a stable govt. And they also fed that..it’s a coalition time now, just to force people to go for regional parties created by Cong instead of BJP. ABV’s biggest challenge was to prove that wrong after backstabbed twice by those cong-fed regional parties.

Worried a bit about the enemies inside..But I believe that if NaMo is in power for at least two terms ..things will be totally different. And presently, knowing the mess very well, I just want to wait patiently as screams from the criminals enough to assure me that things are going in the right direction….

  26. I am not much educated about what power the PM and government has in speeding up or delaying corruption cases. As Mr. V. Krishna pointed out PM power is limited. Assuming PMO can speed up cases against the Chinese Gandhis, to do such thing may prove counter productive. As they say voters have very poor memory. So slow and steady case resulting in punishment in next two to three years would be desirable. As far as Land Bill is concerned, BJP/Modi should put a very heavy emphasis on letting the states decide which Land Bill they want to adopt, UPA Land Bill or BJP Land Bill. If as Amitya Sens of India are saying BJP Land Bill is anti-farmers, opposition should welcome BJP Land Bill used by BJP lead states. This argument should blunt opposition tactic. I believe Modi has right approach. In the beginning of this rein he is lining up investors and in three four years all development will be there for everybody to see just before the election.

    2. then the cases should be expedited to corner and kill this Digvijay Singh who does not shame of flirting with a girl who is of his youngest daughter age and this cases should be given publicity to the extent to say every one in Khangress have dark family chinese lineage i.e. distorted DNA structure

    3. As Vamsi Krishna pointed out above, PM or CM have very little power when it came to speeding up or slowing down court cases.

  31. Two corrections:

"This Khichdi govt of multiple parties had many contenders who fought to be PM. There was Morarji Desai, Devi Lal, Chandra Shekhar, Charan Singh and maybe some more."

Devi Lal was never a contender for PM post during 1977-79. He became a contender much later - when Rajiv Gandhi was ousted during the 1989 elections. His stature was much smaller during 1977-79.

"Thus Charan Singh became PM. Few months later IndiraG showed she had fooled Charan Singh and withdrew support and pulled his govt down."

Indira didn't wait a few months before withdrawing support. Charan Singh had to resign merely 24 days after he became PM. Thereafter he continued only as a caretaker PM.

  32. This is first time in Indian modern history have someone who is determined to do good to India better than Vajpayee govt., and Modi should be supported even at the cost of eliminating opponents to sustain the ruling as per Chanakya niti, muzzle the media and bring back some capital punishment methods to instill fear on wrong doing. Though muslim countries have this capital punishment, it sent right message and now wrong doers fear of life, brought down the crime or instances of wrong doing.
Some of things that can be targeted is - possession or sellers of all types of banned drugs, rapists, in instances of prostitution, penalize those persons who go there, not who sell themselves......selling fake degrees .... these things improve quality of society

  33. Now we know that BAR and others and not fools but proper crooks who collect money to further some one's agenda. While Modi government can ignore such storms in TV studios, what it can't ignore is its commitment to voters. It must go all out and punish all those who are corrupt and also those who are law breakers. If BJP fails to prosecute Congress big wigs before 2018, MSM will claim that Congress is innocent and BJP is guilty.

  34. Making Arun Jaitley the FM is the costliest mistake ever by Modi govt. Sushma Swaraj is an opportunist who used Reddy brothers to the hilt even after knowing that they were corrupt to the core, and then dumped them when they were exposed. These two will prove to be thorns in the flesh for Modi. Dear Modi ji, its the sincere request of the people - better late than never!

  35. Dr.Swamy should find some way and blow the cover of Arun Jaitley. After a long time I'm beginning to feel that Modi govt is not doing anything to cleanse it's own party of corrupt. Advani is only indulging in making his presence felt and create dissent within BJP. In Karnataka BJP, all the corrupt, real estate mafia, land grabbers and mining dons rule the roost. Modi should put a lid to all this and prove that its not mere hype that he has generated!

  36. Dear PM, BJP,
A plausible solution for the impasse over land acquisition bill which I as a resident of India propose with anticipation of acceptance if it is indeed constitutionally valid.

As of now, let the bill be formulated in such a manner that if the land is being annexed for completely private undertaking there be 100 percent compliance of the people which must be through consent signature of the person whose land is to be annexed infront of a competitive judge inside the court room after the government lawyer who is appointed by the judge of the district magistrate court verifies the terms and conditions of the contract agreement. If the land is to be annexed for joint public private partnership and if the government holds less than 50 percent share in the joint venture then there should be compliance of the people whose joint number percentage of the total number of people should be equal to that of the percentage share which the private ownership holds. My argument for this is as government is of the people and for the people and by the people and less number of people and more private individuals benefit if the share of the government is less therefore it requires more number of people to be happy with the annexation even though the government share is less. This would ensure that majority is OK with the annexation and democracy principles are not violated as 51 and above gets approval and 49 and less than that has to accept in such a system of governance. But if the government's stake is more ,a corresponding percentage of acceptance of the people would be enough as more government and thereby more people benefit eventhough a relative minority is not OK.In this case the larger good takes precedence. The draft should also assess the social impact providing the labourers who would be left without work thereby livelihood a government job on contract basis with the contract of minimum 1 year to maximum 5 years. And the one whose job performance is most satisfactory should be secured with a permanent job.

    1. Ultimately More Public than Private must benefit. In case of a venture with lesser government share it may look odd as to why 51/100 approval or more from
the people is not enough. Now imagine a public private partnership where 'The private' has 70 percent stake. Now let us say 70 percent of the revenue generated will go to a few private individuals while the government would get only 30 percent income. But if only 51 people say yes to the annexation and 49 people are opposing then that does it not mean that the government is benefitting the 70 percent private stake holders but only 51 percent people are Ok.Does it not imply that more Private than Public is satisfied.Does it not mean that government is tilting more towards the private few than the public. Therefore it must require a corresponding share or more people comply with the pooling.

  37. And after once the matter for acqusition is concluded and a successful go ahead is achieved lawfully then if a problem arises regarding the amount of compensation and if among those people who have agreed to submit more than half are not happy with the compensation the process of annexation must be temporarily put on hold until an amiable settlement is reached in the presence of a competent judge within the court with the court appointing the lawyer to put foward the people's case. And if more than half of the people are OK with the amount then the pooling must continue. And to argue for greater compensation again the district sessions court must appoint a lawyer to put foward the case and the matter should be settled within 5 yrs.

  38. But the sad part is in India, financial clout is directly responsible for achieving the political clout.Because the masses would vote at the time of elections if they are given hot drinks chicken biryanis and sarees. And the educated people refrain from voting.Just give a thought if the people wouldn't vote based on these things such corrupt wouldn't ascend to power. Now if BJP want to cleanse itself it must either expel those who have corruption cases or those on whom corruption cases are proved. As the latter rarely happens in India because of the slow judicial process the only change should come from within the people. The danger which PM may face is internal dissent in case of cleansening. This may be through threats of resignations which may weaken the BJP thereby creating unstability.Ultimately the corrupt themselves must cleanse themselves by giving back to the government's treasury that which is due to the people.Or people should stop voting based on wine glasses.Or the rich of the country should decide to put money into the treasury each one according to his own income so that the government may become strong in fighting corruption.
