Abusing Parliament For Electioneering

Around April 3, Kiren Rijiju announced a “special session” of Parliament to debate and pass a Women’s Reservation Bill (WRB) with effect from 2029. Coupled with this Bill was a Delimitation Bill that sought to increase the present strength of the Parliament of 543 to 850 by 2029. Note, that the WRB was already passed in 2023 with support of all parties and was to be implemented after the next census; which is estimated to be complete by 2027. There was FRAUD written all over this announcement and the special session right from the start. Why? Because the BJP-NDA did not have the numbers necessary to make the Constitutional amendments needed to pass the 3 related Bills. That, in short, is how this FRAUD started and was perpetrated for reasons beyond mere WRB or Delimitation.

Why was this fraud so important for Modi and the BJP? Of course, we don’t know who conceived this grand fraud but the whole purpose of holding the special session in the middle of state elections and 2 big states, Bengal and Tamil Nadu, headed for elections it was obvious the whole thing was mischievously concocted for some great SCAM. That the WRB was already passed in 2023 was settled. Only thing required was to complete the census in 2027 and implement it in 2029. But the BJP thugs didn’t want any loss of their current seats to women’s Reservation. So, they concocted another plan of raising the LS strength to 850 to absorb the women who would be added. Who was the man spearheading this grand scheme? None other than Modi – the man who had dumped his wife, dumped his siblings, got his mother as props only after 2014, sidelined his sister for a Paki-adopted-sister, has other women-exploitation allegations against him and is a generally divisive jerk. In short, a hypocrite hiding behind women to taunt and abuse all others as the “saviour of women”. 

Whether they expected or not, some of the Southern states responded and revolted claiming they controlled population, contributed much to the economic progress and in taxes but would lose seats if Delimitation is done by population ratio as usual. So, the BJP thugs came up with another grand scam – that they will increase the seats of all states by 50% and all the party clowns started peddling numbers to soothe the South. But a cursory glance would tell you, that even this levelling of 50% for all would still fortify some of the main NW states where BJP is strong and will be the one to benefit most from the delimitation by their estimate:

Well, if Modi loves women so much, why aren’t 50% of BJP women CMs out of their 21 states? Why don’t they give tickets to 50% women-candidates? No logic in their nonsense. And since they didn’t have the numbers anyway, Modi resorted to the only nonsense he knows in his life – LIES! He went on a rant on how “extremely gareeb” he was with animated taunts at the Opposition and all the usual theatrics:

 

What Modi and BJP were COVERTLY doing was campaigning for Bengal and TN in the Parliament and at the same time fortifying their own state-bastions for future elections. This is where the fraud is and this is how Modi & Co abused the Parliament for cheap electoral gains when it was obvious that the Bills will fail the test:

And then, as planned, the BJP thugs can then sing and dance all day long at how the Opposition are anti-women and that’s why they defeated the Bills. The covert fraud was so well-planned that the BJP women were outside Parliament with placards protesting even before the Speaker had formally announced the Bills had failed the test. And they were so well-planned to paint the Opposition as anti-women, that they had already released ads to the print media to be carried the very next day (April 18). Such was their clever plan and speed to fool people for mere electoral gains. TOI usually doesn’t accept ads beyond a 6pm or 7pm deadline for their next-day ads. But the BJP was already well-prepared and had probably released the content to TOI with a condition to publish if the Bills fail. Very clever indeed:

And as Modi, BJP and all their coolies started taunting and accusing the Opposition (particularly Congress) of damaging the cause of women, their own old stands in the past came up in public. In particular, the stand of Yogi on WRB of 2010 and his mocking of women as people who didn’t deserve any independence show how much the BJP thugs despise women. This was an article by Yogi on his own website and he was also against WRB back then. These are the same men who now grandly claim they are the SOLE SAVIOURS of women:

 

Nobody had anything to gain from this BOGUS special session and none of the Bills really had any merit. Amit Shah stupidly promised that he would give in writing that all states would get a uniform increase of 50% in seats so the South will not have any problems. This is yet another FRAUDULENT nonsense. The Constitution MANDATES that all the states have the same ratio of “population-to-seats” where allocation of seats is concerned. Amit Shah CANNOT give such an undertaking in writing because he would be violating his constitutional oath and could be removed from Parliament and jailed for such a violative act. This was fooling MPs, Parliament and people at its height.

There was nothing to gain for anyone from this 2-day special session. Once the Delimitation Bill linked to WRB failed, there was no further debate left to conduct. Whatever discussions were held were merely academic and nothing sensible came out of it. Whether it was Modi, Amit Shah or Rahul and all the others – all that the public saw was waste of time, waste of another 30 crores of taxpayer money and worthless gobar gas over nothing. The WRB was already passed in 2023. If it had been passed without any linkage to census, then it could have been implemented in 2024 itself. But Modi and the BJP are the greedy pigs whose men didn’t want to lose their seats to women and also, they linked it to a census that they themselves delayed from 2021 to 2026. They dug their own grave. The only thing left was the humour. RahulG surprisingly came up with the comment that neither he nor Modi had a wife to bother about. That is right, Modi doesn’t have a wife or anyone else to bother about and Modi doesn’t give a damn about any woman or any man or child or cow. The entire life of this chronic liar is only built around his own luxurious life and self-survival.
