I’m
a writer. I am skilled enough to write different kinds of stories - an intriguing crime story, a great, romantic
love story, a story of immense tragedy or even a horror story. MediaCrooks was not devised as a love
story. It’s a “true story” based on real stories of crimes. And MediaCrooks
wasn’t devised as a hero, he is the MSM’s villain. And they see him as their
villain. And therefore, the reader will find the harshest language, bluntness
in truth and nothing imaginary. Everything in these blogs were evidence-based
facts that could not be disputed.
I
can also make the reader cry with emotional writing. On May 16, 2014, just as
LS results started, I wrote “ARRIVAL”.
If you read the comments there, many of them wrote they had tears in their
eyes. I can make people cry in happiness. I run another site EducatingForward.Com a site to help parents impart skills to their kids. Any reader of that
site will confirm to you that the language or tone isn’t anything like on MC. That’s
a different genre.
MC
makes the media crooks cry. He was sick and tired of the horribly anti-Hindu,
Commie media and an entire establishment he perceived to work only for a select
few that he calls the Scotch circuit in Delhi. MC felt the pulse of a nation of
people, particularly Hindus, who were feeling despair at the state of affairs. In
the MSM, there were queens and princes who dominated every aspect of public
discourse. Most of this discourse was lies, deception, fakery and extreme
hatred for Hindus.
MediaCrooks played the
villain who wanted to destroy their kingdom. The Chocolate boy in the story
always gets the girl – the villain does not.
It
was meant to be a war – we didn’t start it, they did. And in this battle, I
have used the harshest, yet often innovative and merciless tactics, writing the
way things were never written before. It was not meant to be an academic
dossier. Anand Ranganathan of
Newslaundry was as stunned as thousands of others on why this battle became
interesting. And as he wrote in “Spanker Anonymous” (now name changed to Who’s afraid of Mediacrooks) the
readers could taste the blood:
“There is a Colosseum-like feel to the Media Crooks uploads -
you can almost smell blood, hear it gush out of a dead anchor’s body. Perhaps
fittingly, the commentators almost always give a thumbs-up”.
In
line with “labelling’ tactics by
Commie media, I too coined various names and phrases. Some of these are – Monkey balancing, Salma-Sabrina, Farticles
and many more. As the media-watch thing grew, some “Chocolate boys” also arrived on the scene with their criticism of
media. Their language and tone were sweet as sugar. Naturally, the media crooks
lapped it up, responded to them, replied to their tweets. Not ever would one
media person respond to me. They pretended MC didn’t even exist. I can give
many examples of how badly they were mentally damaged. But let me give you just
one:
I had psychologically
damaged them.
They dreaded the kind of response that I would give to things they said – laced
with words that were very destructive. Rajdeep even wrote a whole article
complaining about the “monkey balancing”
act I had constantly exposed him of. On
Twitter this battle was even more instant and it became unbearable for them.
Naturally, they would have preferred MC disappears. Almost all these former
beauty queens of MSM had blocked me. And as people read these articles and
posts on Twitter, more people started lifting the burqa off their faces. This
is what made them desire all the more that my Twitter account is deleted or
suspended or whatever. By 2012-13 the
MSM credibility was too damaged for anyone to buy their fakery anymore.
Twitter Games
I
joined Twitter in July 2010. I was persuaded by a friend as I really had no
interest other than writing the blog. In the first year I reached about 300
followers but it picked up after April 2012 when the “India’s worst journalists” post became widely read and circulated. The
count reached 20000 in Dec.2012 and it reached 100K around October 2015. From
October 2015 to around April 2017 it
reached 132K. And believe it or not for 8 months it hovered around 132K.
You lose followers often, sometimes I have lost even 1000 followers when I have
criticised Modi.
But
in the last 8 months I noticed the Twitter had “Locked” in my account. If I got 20 followers, an hour later I would
suddenly lose 30. So somehow magically,
this figure remained stuck at 132K. I had long known that I was a target of
MSM and some Sickular groups as I was very harsh on them. In the last couple of
years, I have also been a villain to quite a few BJP guys, especially in their
IT Cell. Twitter is not known to be friendly to the RW in India. I wasn’t the
only one “locked” though, many others also faced this targeted “locking” of
follower-growth:
On
the right column (third from the top) the handle (Oyayo) even humorously puts
it: “Twitter is now reducing our followers according to
our bank balance...’ I knew something was going on and, of course, I was
always a target to get rid of from Twitter by quite a few groups, including
some in the MSM. Not only locking in the followers but even RTs were set limits
I suppose. A couple of times I was “locked” for 12 or 24 hours for some tweet,
which now many others are also experiencing. Doesn’t matter – after all, if you don’t tweet for a day, it’s good for
health.
And
then, around the evening of December 30, 2017 I got messages from some friends
that my account has been “Suspended”.
That was a bit shocking but I was travelling so thought I would get back and
check on it. I don’t tweet from my mobile, I don’t find it comfortable. So, I
had to reach my destination and check on the laptop. And yes, I was indeed
suspended. I just filled out a form that was on their Support page seeking
reasons and to restore the account and left it there.
My
friends and I were on a year-end, long weekend trip and went about our
business. Later when we were chatting, we talked about this suspension and I
thought it was unfair but I thought to myself “What the heck, you wanted to
quit anyway”. Even on this blog, I was hardly writing as frequently as prior to
May 2014. You don’t whip a dead horse
and MSM is dead, other than the ghosts barking here and there. And if
Twitter has gotten rid of me, I would use my time to do something more
productive. After all, the last lines of my “Arrival” post, with the death of MSM, in 2014 were:
“My words are not meant to imply death of these people. It’s
the death of their character and conscience. I hope they will realise their
lies did not pay. I hope they realise people are not fools. I hope they will
concede the arrival of the moment. I hope they have the decency to acknowledge
they were wrong. As for me, I just did a job and I can quit in honour. I call
it Arrival”.
The
“arrival of the moment” was a reference to PM
Modi’s arrival and the last “arrival” was meant
for my exit. Yes indeed, I did want to quit and move on to something else I am
really passionate about – Education. That is why I started “EducatingForward’ in October 2014.
A
day after Twitter suspended me I learned through messages, with screenshots
that a huge campaign on Twitter had started with #BringBackMediacrooks. I was told this was trending at No.1 for many
hours and for over two days. Someone told me it also was in the world-wide
trend. The tweets with this hashtag were endless and many of them pointed out
how Twitter overlooked endless violations by Sickulars and even abusive media
retards. Getting rid of MC, the most vocal voice against MSM and Sickulars,
would have been a great victory for them. I guess the RW sensed this and united
over the suspension. Of course, there were non-RW persons also supporting FoE
and against the suspension.
The
media queens and other Commie gangs were obviously happy that this “Menace” was finally gone. I did not
expect that there would be such a huge outrage over my suspension and was
honestly surprised. Hundreds of my blog titles have trended on Twitter. I never
wanted and did not think my handle would become a bigger trend than any of my
post titles. I returned home on January 2 and had a long rest. When I logged in
around 2pm the suspension was already revoked. Just as I was suspended without assigning a reason, it was also revoked
without any information to me. I guess the enormous support that people
demonstrated forced Twitter to revoke the suspension. A bit later, I tweeted
“Vande Mataram” first as I normally do and then tweeted my most heartfelt Thank You note to all those who
forced Twitter reverse their decision.
The Irony
Before
the suspension maybe a few lakh people had heard about MediaCrooks and a few
more lakhs would have read the blogs. I am aware that media morons and many
Sickular groups were trying to get rid of the handle from Twitter and probably
from SM itself. They were downright
stupid. What the suspension did was create a “Streisand effect”. If a few lakhs had heard about MC before, the
tag #BringBackMediaCrooks made sure millions
of Indians on Twitter from media, politics, Bollywood, flower-sellers,
garment-sellers, escort services, online vegetable vendors, perfume-sellers, movie-ticket
sellers – everyone got to know about MediaCrooks. MC is not like an individual
person or I would have a handle in my own name. MC was a campaign against corrupt
MSM, Sickulars, anti-Hindu parties and anti-nationals and it was fiercely
relentless in its execution. In the end, by suspending MC, Twitter succumbed to
the games of some folks – It turned the
villain into some kind of unwitting hero on Twitter.
