The Political Conflict At CNN-IBN

From ‘Argo’: "If you want to sell a lie, you get the press to sell it for you”. Truer line was never spoken in the modern age. The press now exists to peddle lies and falsehoods. The CNN-IBN in the title is meant to represent the whole IBN or TV18 gang and not one channel. Not one editorialist in the media had the guts to call the farce being played out in Delhi by the AAP party for the last 10 days. Elections, then 18 questions, 25 lakh letters, SMS referendums and so on are the most idiotic methods introduced in a bogus concept they call ‘Direct democracy’. Most of the honest commentary on politics is now coming from the SM or from stray news site observers. Here are a couple of tweets from TheJaggi, editor of Firstpost:

If you read the first tweet on the left (in the pic above) you wouldn’t know what the context is unless you’re aware of the background. The second tweet is quite obvious. What Jaggi refers to as fake liberals I call “Fiberals”. So Jaggi thinks people talk about right and left wing without understanding these terms. Hmm! Okay, but what was he responding to? 

There’s another tweet by TV18 Chairman Raghav Bahl supporting “right wing” economics being most successful in eliminating poverty. Oops! Does Bahl understand right and left wing? Jaggi isn’t sure he does, so he replies with “right way and wrong way” so that the answer to ‘centre-right’ in Bahl’s tweet can be avoided. I am an admirer of Jaggi’s articles because he says it like he sees it and reasons it well. But he’s dodging here. He doesn’t want to admit that both left and right see “their way” as the “right way” to do things. And that’s the reason for the conflict and it’s a healthy conflict, as long it’s not violent. But if historical evidence is of any value then the “left way” of solving problems has indeed failed. The AAP represents extreme left ideology if one goes by their ideas and manifesto.     

On November 8, 2013 a “source” told me Rajdeep Sardesai was headed for Nagpur. Although my source was correct I wasn’t willing to believe RS would go all the way to Nagpur just to deliver a lecture and not run a few other errands. So in a lighter vein I asked the question on what RS would be doing in Nagpur. It is no secret that RS has a severe contempt for both the RSS and BJP as does his deputy Sagarika Ghose. This contempt has been nurtured very fondly in a parent-like manner by both Rajdeep and Sagarika across the IBN family. So you can understand the usual haters like Ashutosh, Wagle and others in IBN who constantly send across hate-filled messages for the BJP and Modi. Did Rajdeep tell us what happened in Nagpur? Only partly as the following tweets indicate:

RS had a good time and drew a crowd of 1000 (my source tells me the Rotary hall can accommodate only 350-500 people). But Rajdeep doesn’t tell us what the Caravan magazine writes about his trip to Nagpur:

So Raghav Bahl is a right-winger who admires Narendra Modi, then you can understand the conflict with his entire gang in the IBN family. Unlike NDTV, TOI Group and others who are permanent supporters of the Commie ideology of Congress, Bahl can make the shift if he wants to. The Caravan article isn’t entirely accurate because while Bahl may be leaning right for some reason, his entire sales team at IBN is full of committed Commies. The first tweet in this post by TheJaggi (December 1) where he says people don’t understand the terms right or left wing is in response to the Caravan article by Rahul Bhatia (December 1):

Rahul Bhatia suggests the shift to the Right is being influenced by Mukesh Ambani. In a tweet he also contends the organisation’s leaning need not apply to its people who are unhappy about it. One can’t be sure but it can only be partly true in the absence of any clinching evidence. But what we can confirm with ample evidence is that the entire sales team of IBN had been a slave of the Congress party since the channel was born. Rajdeep himself had made his fortune by peddling stories about Gujarat 2002 and abusing Modi. The Padma award is just a small recognition for his work. Secondly, just a few months back TV18 had fired a lot of their employees to make the business more viable. Even comedians like Ashutosh and Sagarika were reportedly on the chopping block but survived with salary cuts. That they didn’t sack Sagarika is a sacrilege. You can understand the widespread grievance, fear and anger in the company when this happened. The compassionate Rajdeep didn’t like it but had to play with the top management on this decision.

What follows is a theory of what I estimate happened at the company. Now remember, this is a theory with reason but still a theory (with some inputs from “sources”. If you haven’t read “The AAPSucker Proxies” I recommend you do, before proceeding)

#1: Bahl went along with the Congress as long as things were rosy as did his sales team. Once he noticed the corrupt Congress had hit rock bottom he wanted to make an open shift but he was asking too much of his team. You see, people like Rajdeep, Sagarika, Ashutosh, Sagarika, Pallavi, Bhupendra Chaube are all soaked in Congress bloodline and philosophy for many years and an overnight shift would have been impossible and also a betrayal of their “Fiberal” clan. What would their darlings like Amartya Sen or Tarun Tejpal think of them, eh? Supporting the Congress any further would have been a deadly mistake for all of them but given their anti-BJP DNA the only party they could turn to was AAP. So it is quite possible that Rajdeep & Co. made it clear to Bahl that they would go the AAP way and he can like it or lump it. Faced with a revolt Bahl may have chosen to play along.

#2: Rajdeep & Co. have taken the chance on AAP to somehow thwart Modi and BJP coming to power at the Centre in 2014. It implies that even if the Congress gets routed in 2014 they hope the BJP can be kept out of power. A Narendra Modi as PM is a dreadful thought for the entire gang of Fiberals. So, multiple interviews of Arvind Kejriwal and other internal promotions happened. Bhupendra Chaube’s tweet (which he later deleted) quoted in response to a question by me is ample evidence of what was going on inside the IBN sales team. On November 20, 2013 Karan Thapar dissected the AAP manifesto and Rajdeep grandly tweeted it too. This was the first time since 786 AD that a party’s manifesto was so gleefully analysed. Obviously, the fact that AK had promised 50% cut in power bills, 700 litres of free water per Delhi-family and 500 new schools in 5 years all went over “The Tool’s” head. Someone pointed out on TV 500 schools in 5 years means 100 in a year and nearly 2 a week. Allocation of land in Delhi is under the Centre so how these schools will be delivered doesn’t matter. Also, the foolish promise of 50% cut in power bills and free water passed over their heads. Nothing mattered! They had to support AAP in the face of a definite Congress rout.

#3: Here are tweets from Ashutosh and someone called Latha Venkatesh who allegedly works as a financial analyst or reporter in CNBC-TV18:

Sounds like two desperate housewives? No! Ashutosh has worked his way up from small beginnings and many of his messages betray a feeling of “victimhood” and that explains his natural sympathies for Commie AAP even when his message contains LIES. We all know AK appealed to Muslims and also Dalits. What about this Latha? She’s the latest laughing stock from the CNN-IBN stable. She decided to support AAP because Maharashtra’s Congress govt decided ‘no-action’ against Adarsh scamsters, including Ashok Chavan. Bright as she is, she is blissfully ignorant (influence of Sagarika?) that AAP hasn’t announced contesting major Congress states in the next election. They have so far announced only contesting in Gujarat and MP which have BJP govts for over a decade. The only Congress state announced by AAP for a contest is Delhi neighbour Haryana which is AK’s home state too. So the morons at IBN feign ignorance of the pattern in which AAP is planning its LS campaign but this Latha will support them in Mumbai. Who did she support earlier in Mumbai? Mayawati?

Therefore, Rajdeep & Co want to promote a party that is exactly like Congress but doesn’t have the baggage of Congress. Like Karunanidhi or Nitish Kumar they want to save India from “communal forces” I suppose. Oh hell, even Karunanidhi praised Modi lately, so that downs the friendly numbers. It could be well be that Raghav Bahl has given some latitude to Rajdeep & Co. till elections 2014. Having gone through the trauma of having to fire over 300 employees just recently I doubt Bahl wants to rock the boat again so soon. So he’s given Rajdeep a long rope which will probably burn up around May 2014. At the moment Rajdeep, along with other channels, is lauding the stupid acts of AK and AAP in their referendums and SMS nonsense. AK is playing “victim” like Ashutosh, claiming he was forced to become CM by the people. He has created enough excuses in case he is unable to perform and deliver on his promises: Blame the “people who forced us to form the govt”. In an earlier post I had mentioned he could have formed a minority govt without fear as neither Congress nor BJP would pull it down with a major election around the corner. Even cartoonists can see what the Numero Uno and Unee political analysts can’t. TOI’s Ninan sees AAP, a pawn, riding the Congress quite well in this cartoon, with a noose around AK's neck.

The desperate ones in the IBN family are as battered as the Congress is by the Modi juggernaut. They simply don’t know how to deal with it or explain the phenomenon. That should help people understand the ecstasy and orgasm that the IBN gang and other channels are desperately faking in hope the AAP electoral performance will clean up BJP in MP, Gujarat, Chattisgarh and Rajasthan or wherever the party is. Yesterday Rajdeep bleated his frustration with Akhilesh Yadav over the mishandling of Muzaffarnagar victims in camps. Well, many of Rajdeep’s IOTY nominees have indeed turned out miserable non-performers. But hey, it’s not performance that counts with the IBN gang, it’s whether their sham awards will be funded or not given the nominees they pick. Of course, CNN-IBN awarded another IOTY to Kejriwal this year so watch out for Rajdeep’s tweet a few months later. Some observant ones like Bhupendra Chaube, Suhasini Haider and Anubha Bhonsle have kept out of this malicious campaign by their ring leaders. Pallavi Ghosh still suffers from the Stockholm-syndrome with Rahul Gandhi.

TheJaggi knows better! He does know who is right wing and left wing. From the entire stable of IBN he was the only one to bluntly state that Sonia Gandhi is the most divisive politician in this country and not Narendra Modi. The whole gang at IBN (save a few) also know AAP is a pawn and clone of Congress. How far these “useful idiots” will carry their campaign is a matter of time. Much as clowns like Rajdeep and C5M Sagarika talk about “rifts” in political parties, a closer look into IBN will also reveal a severe political conflict that runs deeper.

The Annual Farce Report

One of the things that the Tarun Tejpal rape case brought out and on which no action has been taken at all is the corruption at Tehelka. Everyone who was aware of Tehelka knew it didn’t have enough earnings to sustain itself. Many former employees mentioned salaries were always delayed. Yet, the top management like Tejpal, Shoma Choudhury and their family members made a huge amount of money selling shares at bogus, inflated prices. Even Kapil Sibal had shares in his name but he claimed he had only made a donation of 5 lakhs. Being the law minister he isn’t bothered who signed his share application form if he hadn’t applied. Such money flows directly through political organisations or indirectly under orders of those in power. Not very hard to guess, is it?

Tehelka being a Congress crony had a great run till Tejpal’s ‘one minute of drunken banter’ as he calls it. His THINK Litterfest was a grand scheme to make money through coerced sponsorships. I wonder how other Litterfests and Think programmes organised by other media outlets are funded. We do know that HT Summit has been funded with PSU money in the past and this year too. There’s India Today with its multiple conclaves. There’s NDTV and CNN-IBN with Greatest Indians, Tiger’s tail, Green-cover money and so on. Each one has a farce of its own flavour.

India Today came up with the most extraordinary finding that Andhra Pradesh was the best managed state and doled out an award to CM Kiran Reddy. They claim to have assessed the performance of all the states on various parameters and found AP the best governed. Even if this goes against general public intelligence you have to wonder what experts they employ to deliver such comic assessments. There is merit in assessing state performances by a news outlet so that the public can measure but is there merit in a media house giving out awards to a CM? Absolutely not! A warden may assess the conduct of his prisoners and recommend early releases but it would be stupid to dole out “Best prisoner awards”. The media fails as a watchdog over and over again when it starts doling out awards. Seasoned editors and publishers have removed the “watch” part from their roles and become shameless ass-lickers.

CNN-IBN was there again with its annual sham of “Indian of the year” awards. The sports and business categories shouldn’t bother anyone but yet again there was a political award for Arvind Kejriwal (probably for the 3rd time). This time it was for winning against Sheila Dikshit and AAP making a great debut in the Delhi elections. What are these awards for? Electoral performances or performances as elected officials? In any case, news media shouldn’t be rewarding politicians at all. Once again CNN-IBN removed the ‘watch’ from the watchdog. CNN-IBN’s past awardees include Rahul Gandhi, Manohar Parrikar and nominations include Akhilesh Yadav. At least two of these have turned out to be pathetic non-performers. Manohar Parrikar still has some way to go before being judged. The haste to give an award to Arvind Kejriwal follows the campaign the entire IBN group carried out for the AAP party during the last elections.

Kejriwal himself has made a thorough farce of democracy itself with his mindless moronic 18 questions to other parties and then the SMS poll with citizens to decide if AAP should form a govt. In giving out such silly awards the news channels cheat the public to whom they are to report facts and truth. I do not see one case where the IBN group has honestly reported about AK or AAP. This was true for their sucking up to RahulG also till they had to face the undeniable truth that RahulG was a dud. This brief report about the annoyance of Delhi citizens with AK and AAP is the sign of times to come for this party that is making spurious promises based on nothing but foolishness:

The CNN-IBN IOTY farce is sponsored by none other than GMR who is a major contractor of the govt for building airports and other infrastructure projects. GMR is a group with over 150 companies under their roof. All it takes is a call from a friendly minister to channelise funding of such awards and programmes. As with Tehelka, the other news outlets and TV channels have found that they can sustain themselves only through such silly programmes where they make a huge profit through sham awards, litterfests and other campaigns. The honour for some awardees may well be truly deserved but only a fool would believe that these news channels are out for some noble deeds.

Each of these flamboyant news channels has been laying off employees by the score, facing huge losses but have to keep their lipstick on with such programmes. The last THINK of Tehelka was reported to have brought in 17 Crores, so you can estimate what each such event is meant to generate. If you read the linked report it will be obvious that the festival was operated through multiple companies and even sponsors weren’t aware which company they were actually dealing with. Each year it gets more brazen as NDTV showed us this year.

The Rashtrapati Bhavan for once was turned into Hotel Raisina Hill. Here’s an image from the RP website:

Notice carefully the links on the left margin of the website home page. It has profile, speeches, gardens etc. but none that says “RP Bhavan is available for rent”. There is another page that accepts requests and grievances though that doesn’t appear to be information for renting a hall at RP Bhavan. NDTV, for its 25th anniversary celebrations, rented a hall at RP Bhawan for a frivolous show called “25 global living legends of India”. From a nation of 1 billion plus they went with a torch and microscope to find these 25 people.

I would agree with the people chosen being living legends but it is foolish to pick only 25 because there are many others who would also qualify to carry that title. Oh, of course, the number has to match NDTV’s 25 years of non-performance. Surely, if you were to pick Shahrukh Khan, who I consider a ham, why would you overlook someone like Dilip Kumar? Anish Kumar, Indira Nooyi, YK Hamied, Zubin Mehta can all have better replacements one can argue. Surely, Lata Mangeshkar is any day a bigger legend than Zubin Mehta for India. But the whole idea and event is a farce so why look for any sense in it. Why should the President hand out these dole-titles from RPB and make it look like a State award?

NDTV has just about managed to pick those who would appear to be “sickular” and closer to their own political persuasions. The channel is a loss-making, face-losing brand. It has been accused of many misdeeds, including financial ones. So to out-do their competition in these sham shows they had to do something weird and unusual to catch some attention so they used their political clout and rented the RPB. To say NDTV is a doormat of the Congress would be stating the obvious. The more important point is how the govt allows a private party to misuse the facilities at RPB for its own private agenda. Sonia Singh confirms the channel had paid rent for it and I would say that is quite big-hearted of NDTV. I’m also sure the rent would be nothing more than peanuts for the facilities obtained if it were compared to a 5-star property. Sonia also mentions “this exchange really misses the point”. I agree! The point that it misses is that a bad precedent has been set by the govt. Now any Tom, Tata or Reliance can seek usage of RPB for grand private ceremonies. TOI can even hold its next Filmfare award at this hotel and have the awards given out by the President.

If at all RPB is available for such frivolous shows their website makes no mention of it and doesn’t mention at what rent. If such a facility is allowed to NDTV there is no reason why the public shouldn’t be aware at what rent and for what purposes RPB can be misused. The RPB hall is mostly meant for state functions. But now you can hold your next party there if you have political connections.

All these events are annual farces to make money and partly for brand-building. It is worth noting that almost all of these farces have bloomed only in the last 7-8 years while the corrupt Congress regime has been at the Centre. Someday a massive investigation in to these news outlets and such events will reveal how much public funds and facilities have been looted. Those who scream the loudest about corruption are also usually the ones fuelling it. The watch had indeed gone out of ‘watchdog’ a long time back. All that remains is the…

After the US presidential election on November 6, 2012 Prannoy Roy of NDTV asked his reporter Sarah Jacob “how does it feel”? This question was because NDTV’s darling Barack Obama had won and Sarah Jacob was so moved and touched by his victory that she was in tears and profusely thanked Roy for the opportunity to cover his election campaign and victory. Such was the crawling and sucking up to Obama that it seemed like he was the Rahul Gandhi of America. Oh NDTV did crow that RahulG had his “Obama moment” in January 2013. It wasn’t just these two. Read “The Obaminables” on how our stupid media celebs sucked up to Obama after his victory drawing their own interpretations to suggest “secular” or “inclusive” politics will win. This is because it suits their Fiberal clan and agenda. None of these MSM jerks were willing to acknowledge that Obama doesn’t give a damn about India. For Barkha Dutt it is such a great achievement to report from the White House lawns (almost a breath away from Barack Obama?) that she reminded viewers no less than five times. Here’s a little blast from Newslaundry that portrays Barkha’s suck-up act quite neatly.

So you see, sucking up and bragging is how our media celebs deal with America. Barkha is not the only suck-up specialist when it comes to the US. Here you have an assorted bunch of media Fiberals who sucked up to Henry Kissinger (who is accused of war-crimes by many). Kissinger embodies the worst of American politics and policy. His hatred for India and Indira Gandhi has been revealed in the news media sometime back. The number of murders, assassinations and covert wars under his watch would put some Jihadis to shame.

Yet, America is a darling for our MSM. So why the outrage now? This is hardly the first time America has insulted and humiliated India is it? There’s a lot of good to borrow from America and the West. Our MSM and politicians tend to borrow the worst. This post is not really about the Devyani episode; that will take its own course. As ‘Deep Throat’ would say “Don’t miss the overall”.

Does Obama give a damn about India? I don’t think so. His predecessor George Bush cared only because he wanted to conclude the nuclear deal. It seems Obama wasn’t even keen to meet MMS in September 2013 on the sidelines of the UN general assembly. GossipGuru says: “The Indian politicos got a little hot under the collar preparing for the trip when they were told by the American administration and the White House that… Obama will not be available to meet the Indian prime minister during this tour of his to the country. After a lot of coaxing and cajoling, Obama agreed to meet Manmohan for 15 minutes during lunch”. Let’s not go by GossipGuru alone. This particular news was confirmed by CNN-IBN’s foreign affairs editor on December 18 during discussions over the Devyani episode.

A small word of caution: Wherever Americans/America or Indians/India is mentioned in this post, these refer to their respective govts and not their people. So the US govt arrested, strip-searched and humiliated Indian diplomat Devyani Khobragade. This is over some ill-treatment of her maid by way of non-payment of proper wages and therefore resultant visa fraud too. If there’s a crime it’s fair she pays a price but it’s her arrest despite being a listed diplomat and subsequent humiliation that has brought out all-round outrage in our MSM and political circles. Of course, you can expect the GOI to come up with a mature response to this American insult as seen in this pic:

If you weren’t told the context you would think this a group of agitators who were rioting on the streets over some offensive cartoons. That’s what the GOI did. They started pulling away security barriers at the US embassy in Delhi. If the barriers were not legitimate, why were they put up there in the first place? This is the crux of the servantile behaviour towards the US by both the GOI under Congress and the idiotic MSM. The GOI also cancelled some special privileges allowed to US personnel in India. Why were these allowed in the first place? Were these personnel sent by Jesus or Allah? Maybe GOI should have simply expelled some US diplomats from Delhi; maybe even the US Ambassador himself. Even revenge requires a policy: “If you pull a knife, we pull a gun! If you send one of ours to the hospital, we’ll send one of yours to the morgue”. Removing barriers and withdrawing special privileges is only undoing of your own crimes of the past; not reaction or response. India had signalled America to get lost after the nuclear tests of 1998 under ABV. The current govt brought back the days of slavery to a govt which doesn’t give a damn about India or Indian people.

“US envoys were treated like Royalty” says the New Indian Express. An excerpt: “In a marked contrast to the shabby treatment meted out to the Indian diplomats in the US, it has now emerged that the Centre had issued over 40 ‘unnamed’ passes to the US diplomats in India to access all areas of Indian airports, including the operational areas thereby virtually according them the VVIP status. Before the Devyani Khobragade controversy, an Indian diplomat was humiliated in January, when he wanted to see off his daughter and tried to enter the airport flashing his diplomatic ID card.  “He had requested an entry permit but it was denied by the US authorities,” sources said. According to them, the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) had asked the Union Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) to scrap all unnamed passes issued to the US embassy saying that it poses a security threat. Despite the BCAS warning, the MEA wanted to maintain the status quo. “Since the US extends no such courtesy to the Indian officials, this disproportionate privilege was unwarranted. With the help of the ‘unnamed’ passes, the US officials were allowed to enter and receive their VIPs from inside the aircraft. “The US on the other hand never allowed such protocol for Indian officials…”

The MEA took a tough stand and withdrew all the passes? First of all those who issued such unwarranted passes should be tried in a court of law for jeopardising security. Only an ignoramus would believe that American embassies aren’t embedded with CIA operatives. Any bilateral relation has to be on equal footing,mutual respect and reciprocal practices. That there are slaves in the GOI and in the media shouldn’t be in any doubt at all. Americans don’t give a damn about any country except their own. It is time the Congress and MSM grew up and shed their slavery to western forces. Incidents such as Devyani happen because these very slaves applauded foolish and illegitimate actions of the US and US institutions in the past.

Let’s do a roll-call. When APJ Abdul Kalaam was searched and humiliated in the US the GOI and our MSM let it pass. It seems because APJ was a president nominated by the Opposition NDA govt his humiliation is tolerable. Because Subramaniam Swamy wrote a harsh article in India the doormats of Congress and Commies lobbied with Harvard to cancel his courses and get rid of him. Harvard obliged and what was the response of our MSM? They were absolutely thrilled that Swamy had been “snubbed” by Harvard. If you love an Indian being insulted by some entity in the US you will have more such experiences. The only time the MSM and GOI made a lot of noise is when Shahrukh Khan was held up. Oh but he’s a “sickular” guy and a Muslim so that is an affront to India. That’s our media morons. Our sick media and Congress also celebrated when Wharton cancelled a video conference of Narendra Modi because of lobbying by Commies again. Of course, Modi is not an Indian so such nonsense is okay with them.

The worst has to be the lying about why Modi’s entry was banned by the US. They claimed it was because of Gujarat 2002 when it was not (read here). But even if Gujarat 2002 was an issue why should Congress and MSM celebrate over and over again because US banned his entry? These morons don’t realise that even Gujarat 2002 is an internal matter and no business of the Americans. When the traitors celebrated that ban they celebrated an insult to India. Now they are in outrage mode over a woman who is accused of scams. It’s not just the US ban, when the UK invited Modi to speak at their parliament a bimbo like Nidhi Razdan (of NDTV, of course) was so angry that she trashed a British MP live on TV. Unfortunately for her the British MP schooled her on respecting India’s Supreme Court instead of blabbering like the idiot she is. And why does Modi bother the Western forces so much as he does the Congis and Indian MSM? Here’s a chilling story by Gautam Sen who is known to have insights and quite blunt with facts:

Sen uses the word “treason” to describe acts of some prominent individuals. I recommend read the whole story to get a grip on why Congis and MSM suck up to American and Western forces. Let’s not forget, these are the same folks who also invite other India-haters like Musharraf or Imran Khan frequently to their seminars. After Indian Jawans were killed at the LOC, Shashi Tharoor was grandly hosting an “Aman” debate between Indian and Paki journalists. These are the guys who are now outraging. When you insult India and Indians you open the door to others to the same. These MSM folks are actually probably ashamed to be even Indians. They are probably cursing internally and wish they were born as Americans or English or Pakistanis. There’s a reason why I call them “Foreigners dressed as Indians”. These same media morons also celebrated when Baba Ramdev was detained and harassed for 2 days at London’s Heathrow. That guy wears saffron. Anything that moves in saffron is an animal worth being treated as one. That is the principle of Congis and MSM. 

On December 18 quite a few MPs were outraging over the Devyani episode in parliament and rightly so. But I fail to understand why a Commie like Sitaram Yechuri would want to complain or blabber about US behaviour. After all, he was one of the signatories to a letter written by the group called 65Traitors to Barack Obama to continue the entry-ban on Narendra Modi. Like slaves these MPs crawl at the feet of Obama to humiliate an Indian CM and then they are outraged at the Devyani episode? Mayawati even made this out to be victimisation of a Dalit woman. This is the idiotic behaviour of our MPs fully complemented by their Commie friends in the media. They beg the US to insult an Indian and when the US actually does it they play victim. The US recognises that many MPs and many MSM folks actually hate other Indians. These people don’t recognise that our problems are our problems and one shouldn’t invite foreigners to play a part in it.

Nothing explains our MSM attitude to US better than my favourite bimbo asking a question to Modi. You know; first run a hate-campaign and create a bogus “image” of Modi and then wonder what he will do for US businesses. I suppose when such bimbos wake up they might think of Indian businesses. And then we come to Salman Khurshid. I have honestly not heard one coherent sentence ever coming out of this man. Yet, he is the EAM of India. You can trust that with such a limp biskit as EAM, India will be humiliated at every turn. He called the Chinese intrusion an “Acne”.

Then in another case Khurshid’s statement was “we are analysing and absorbing”; whatever that crap means. When the US snooping of Indian embassies was exposed this same Khurshid covered up for the US with "It is not snooping… it is only computer study and computer analysis of patterns of calls”. He was defending the US crime when the US didn’t even ask for his defence. Other countries like France and Germany took up the snooping issue strongly with the US. Our EAM sort of said it’s okay to screw us by studying and analysing calls at our embassies. And then you feel offended at the Devyani incident? You keep inviting the US (and other western powers) to insult you over and over again. You don’t respect Indians at home as your conduct often proves. Naturally, humiliation will keep coming from all corners.

There is, of course, another theory that the outrage by Congress GOI is owing to the fact that a US court had summoned Sonia Gandhi and has sought her response by January 2, 2014 in a petition where she has been accused of shielding criminals of the 1984 Sikh slaughter. That may well be the case but that doesn’t bother me that much. It is in India’s long term interest to be free of slavery to western forces. In other words, putting India first. Over the last few years it has also been a fashion with our MSM to pass on schoolboy-type articles and essays on India and Indians by western writers as grand “intellectual writing”. Every scumbag newspaper, TV channel and Litterfest has these specialists on India who heap more and more insults on our culture, our people and our history. Our suck-up media loves them.

This Devyani episode too shall pass and the Congress GOI and MSM will be back to sucking up to America. Servantile habits don’t disappear overnight. For a country surrounded by some very unfriendly neighbours India always remains under multiple security threats. There is no way a bunch of doormats for western powers in politics and in the news media can restore India’s pride and place in the world. It will take some patriots to replace these haters.
