Threat Mania

An episode of “Quantico”, a TV series about an FBI agent played by Priyanka Chopra, had Hindu nationalists plotting to blow up some building to lay the blame on Pakis. The TV channel has since apologised for this idiotic episode. Hindus live all over the world and are known to adapt with local cultures and live in peace and contribute to their societies. Only pig-headed Islamists can concoct such a story and only pig-headed actors can execute the script. Not all new though, in India, Sonia Gandhi and her Congress goons tried to pin many terror attacks on Hindus and even glorified terrorists like Ishrat Jehan as “martyrs”.

There is no doubt PM Modi has faced death threats since 2004. From Ishrat to others and to the Gandhi Maidan, Patna episode in 2013, from domestic to foreign terrorists – I am sure he is a prime target. But what do you know, the greatest threats the UN attends to are the claims of “Rape and death threats” by some out of work journos. Ravish Kumar of NDTV claimed he had received over 1000 death threats but has no evidence or recording of any. The other propaganda peddler of the original Tehelka-Tabela Rana Ayyub claims she receives “rape threats” in addition to death threats. Of course, the OIC called UN also jumps into save these morons as if they know anything:

Their tweet might be garbage but you must compliment the Islamic UN for such taste in images. Who could pick this image in a silhouette so stylishly clicked like in a horror movie? Elsewhere, Genocide Suzy grandly claimed “violence in India is terrifying”. She is probably the sickest person that India ever produced. Her contempt for India, for Hindus and her lies. Let me state in no uncertain terms, for a population of 1.3 Bn people, India is quite simply among the most peaceful countries on earth. The violence largely comes from the Comrats of Genocide Suzy and their cult. Here are stats for the US from none other than the FBI for 2016 on murders, rapes and general violence:

The figures are in minutes and seconds. Just convert it for a day or for a month or for a whole year and you will get a staggering number. As with those fake journos, another Naxal-supporter Jignesh Mevani, a Johny-come-lately from Gujarat, also claimed he was given death threats. What is laughable about this clown is, he claims a death threat on phone and again puts out his phone number in public:
Mevani has the phone number of the caller but chooses to tweet instead of filing a police complaint. This “synchronised” act of claiming death threats by a variety of Commies is just another plot to malign the ModiSarkar. People are too used to these boring, uncreative tricks. And given these Commies don’t have much brains, I don’t expect they will come up with any revolutionary new idea – they never have. Even on the issue of problems facing the country, they will rant and rave but ask them for 3 solutions to anything, they won’t be able to list one. They are like zombies walking across the political landscape trying to suck the blood out of the nearest Indian they can catch hold off – they do so by engineering riots and violence.

Riots and violence! Now that is a speciality of the Church too, just like the Congress. Historically, the Congress is the biggest expert in engineering riots. I have written many times about it. In the last decade or so, the Church too has gotten involved in engineering riots. From Kudankulam to Tuticorin – the hand of the church in riots, causing deaths, stalling any kind of progress is unmistakable. A Kerala church head recently claimed he is not subject to the laws of India but those of Vatican. Other bishops, rooks and pawns of the church keep issuing letters of threats to democracy and Constitution asking their flock to pray. Make no mistake; these padres believe in no democracy and they are Commies and businessmen too. Their primary business is promoting their conversion factory and constantly whine like a Sunday sermon on the threats they face. An investigation of their activities will indicate deep-rooted plots to subvert democracy for the benefit of the Italians rather than any concern for it.

The most dramatic of threat mania behaviour comes from none other than the histrionics specialist Barkha Dutt. On June 7, she again claimed she was facing all kinds of threats and attempts to scuttle some TV channel she is trying to launch. I wonder what that channel would be – JihadTV? The most disgusting and compromised journo that was and has-been, this India-hating, Hindu-hating entity now feels the frustration of being down and out and a sense of worthlessness. All earned only by herself with no help from anyone. Here is her stupidity demonstrated on June 7:

Not even a moron would make such a statement. I’m not sure Barkha is under surveillance but there is every good reason to put her under the scanner. And what new projects? This laughable clown is going from bad to worse. Apart from her bizarre garbs like a mosque preacher she demonstrates no brains. Remember, if a place is bugged, it takes highly skilled specialists with detectors to debug it. If that were the case, the Karamchands that Barkha might employ will not be able to find it.

Besides, she indirectly got bugged during the Congress rule and the Radia tapes fell out. That was the end of her career in a way. It established beyond any doubt that she was nothing but a Congress slave and poodle doing the bidding of Sonia & co. How many times have heard NDTV claiming “Sonia happy” or “Sonia unhappy” through the crumbs fed by Ahmed Patel to Barkha and her group in NDTV? More whining from a has-been who thinks she has any relevance. Even her own journalist-community didn’t bother much about her fakery and she doesn’t forget to bitch about Arnab a bit in her rants. He seems to have rattled all her little cells:
No sensible person watches Barkha’s shows (if there are any) or reads the crap she writes in some foreign rag. She has simply been unable to come to terms with the fall she has had. There is no crime of Barkha that I have not written about and what journalist would consider it an honour to be praised by a terrorist like Hafeez? Barkha has that unique distinction and her crime-dossier lists all of it. And this is not the first time, she has claimed threats many times before:
Stalking, death threats and abuse! This is the Azaan of Barkha and others like her. A song they sing almost every single day without fail, five times a day. And you have to admire the clever timing of Barkha’s idiotic rants. It came on June 7, the day former Prez Pranab was to address the RSS in a special event. I am sure she is not alone in this manufacturing work. There must be other Congis who concocted this grand idea for her. All you have to do is look up the ones who instantly tweeted in her support – guys like Kapil Sibal, Digvijaya and others. Congress mouthpiece NatHerald carried an article on the episode just an hour after Barkha announced her victimhood.

The pattern of these rants is very clear. All of these are rabid Modi-haters for ages. Ravish Kumar is ridiculed – I’m facing thousand death threats. Rana doesn’t get any work – I’m facing rape and death threats. Mevani might face arrest in multiple cases (including one of photoshopping and maligning a woman) – I’m facing death threats. The Shehlas and Vehlas of JNU routinely claim – I’m facing death threats. And the repeat claimant Barkha again claims – I’m facing death threats. All this, when in the four years, ModiSarkar has not harmed any of these insects in the slightest. On the contrary, his supporters are angry he has not prosecuted violent rioters and the corrupt Congi goons.

Some Maoists have been arrested in connection with the Bhima Koregaon violence. Letters and notes found by police indicate a conspiracy to murder PM Modi. I am not surprised. Modi is a prime target for Congress, Naxals, Pakis, ISI, terrorist groups, many journos and certainly some Commie politicians. When asked about it, the Commies grandly claim this is propaganda planted by Modi himself and the arrests were an attack on Dalits and Adivasis. They pooh-pooh the threat to PM but we are supposed to take the theatrics of Barkha or Mevani seriously. One guy is named Rona Wilson. I wonder how a Christian continues as Dalit. And Urban Naxals D. Raja, Shekhar Gupta, Saba Naqvi and others defend these Maoists as “Dalits & Adivasis” as if being anything is a license to riot, indulge in violence or plot the murder of the PM.

For the benefit of these Naxal-sympathisers, let me state clearly – Cops are not stupid. They wouldn’t round up and arrest a bunch of people in a politically sensitive case unless they have strong evidence. They know well the scrutiny they will be subjected to and I have firm conviction that all Maoists, with or without guns, must be arrested and prosecuted.

In any case, even if they are indeed Dalits, it doesn’t give them a license to riot and plot murder of the PM. I have warned many times, that in the run-up to 2019, the Congress will engineer many violent riots and create chaos and anarchy. There is no other way they can hope to win any elections. As the countdown gets nearer, expect this stupid threat mania to grow crazier and it should make us all the more determined to defeat these anti-nationals.

Children As Leverage - Part 1

Beggars realised long back that sending out children for collection made a lot of sense. The emotions that a begging child can bring out can move even the toughest of souls. The immoral afternoon tabloids and pirated book-sellers also found better use for them to sell their trash. But while the child-beggars exist across the country there are bigger beggars who do the begging in style and live a lavish life. But let’s start with some excerpts from an old article; around 24 years old. Let’s start with our original Jholawalas:

Jholawalas exist in groups and the look on their face is earnest. A genuine jholawala must have a cause. Silent Valley, Narmada Dam, pavement dwellers—or he can’t exist. As thousands perished during Bhopal’s lethal gas leak, many jholawalas took birth. ‘They are the ones who make a difference,” said one observer. “I take my hat off to them.” Several jholawalas, in fact, first rose during the Naxalite movement in the late ‘60s. They were marked by their passion and violent activism. They got beaten up, left colleges and went underground. When they resurfaced, they could no longer adjust to society. The originals are still floating around and have given rise to hundreds of imitators, nouveau-jholawalas, who are turned on by the romance of it all but are, thankfully, spared the heat and hardship… Generally, jholawalas are big drinkers—rum and water if they’re paying for it, and anything else if someone else is… They have little of western pop: they genuinely believe that Madonna is Christ’s mom… Like other human beings, jholawalas too are vulnerable to love. The lovers probably met at a relief camp during riots or in a protest march led by Swami Agnivesh. Jholawalas in love take long walks among ruins, have a civil wedding (or simply live together) and then go for a honeymoon to more distant ruins like Mandu, near Indore”.

That was from an article in India Today about Jholawalas written in 1989 (Do read the whole article here). The article describes how the Jholawala travelled on cycles or buses and sometimes parked his car and got on to buses when people were watching. All that changed since the economy was opened up in 1991. Our Jholawalas don’t travel on cycles or buses and some of them don’t even drive their own vehicles, they travel in SUVs and Pajeros. Think of many of them: Medha Patkar, Arundhati Roy, Aruna Roy, Shabnam Hashmi, Teesta Setalvad, Harsh Mandar … Oh the list is too long. What’s common to all these commie jholas? They are all darlings of the media. They all own or are part of wealthy NGOs.

Shekhar Gupta of Indian Express reminds us of a startling fact: “Remember that one of those eight Maoists released in exchange for the abducted Malkangiri collector Vineel Krishna was A. Padma, wife of top Maoist Akkiraju Haragopal alias Ramakrishna. And she managed Aman Vedika, an orphanage run by activist and then NAC member Harsh Mander”. So, is it any surprise that some of these naxal sympathisers also concoct legislations for you from the NAC? And what does Harsh Mander do for a living? Oh you guessed it; he works for communal harmony, education of children and poverty alleviation. If only there were more Harsh Manders! Is it also any surprise why the Congress won’t seriously act against Maoists?

How does it start? Well, start off with some protests, scream at prominent spots like Jantar Mantar or Azad Maidan and voila, it turns on the tap of money that then flows like a river. And yes, almost all of them are Maoist and Naxal sympathisers. Some are also sympathisers of anti-nationals, terrorists and separatists. They create subtle terms to fool people like “moderate separatists”. Most of them also get the Magsaysay award.  Take a look at the pic from the India Today article I just quoted:

Ford Foundation? Hmmm! Does that remind you of someone? Ford Foundation now offers more than scholarships. They fund a lot of NGOs and dictate the agenda and the kind of protests they are willing to support. There are many other fund managers and fund-raising brokers too. A majority of these NGOs are scamsters who exist only to make money and act as hawala channels. But the ones most milking humanity and money are the ones who are or claim to be doing work for a better life for children. Take a look at this pic:

This is an image from the Sakya School in Gaya, Bihar run by an NGO called “Sakya Sujata Children’s Welfare Trust”. I am reminded of all the Miss Indias, Miss Worlds and Miss Universes who when asked a question about their dream tell us how they would like to see all children healthy, educated, free of illness blah blah. The NGOs sort of extend those Miss Indias’ dreams by doing the work on the ground. The website of Sakya would give you a great picture of what this little NGO is doing. Let’s read what the owner told someone else (The title of the article itself is shocking “Dummy NGOs exploit charity movement in India”):

Some NGOs in India stand accused of earning a living by pretending to be a charity. A number of schools set up to help the poorest of the poor are allegedly turning out to be fakes. The building and classrooms in a school in Bodh Gaya, eastern India, may look functional, but classes are rarely held here. That is because it exists only to attract foreign tourists to donate money to the school trustees. “If you think we’re running a business here, you’re quite right. This is how I feed myself,” admits Chandan Kumar Verma, a trustee of Sakya Sujata Children Welfare Trust. “By the way, there are other NGOs here who take money and don’t even have any facilities”…  “Sounds like a pity. I’m sure there’s good work being done here, and it’s bad if good work is being ruined because other people start cheating. Then people will be more careful where they give money to, and finally end up being bad for the people,” Thor, a tourist, told RT.

Nice, eh? He’s happy to be running the business and feed himself. The RT article was written in 2011 so maybe things have changed a bit but one doesn’t know. It’s not just small groups or individuals whose heart overflows with love for children. You have mega “sugar” daddies like CocaCola who join up with the ever-loss-making NDTV to promote toilets and stuff in schools. The saints that NDTV and Coke are they then rope in celebrities like Sachin Tendulkar and Aishwarya Rai for the “nautanki” on TV. Seriously, if Coke ever had the good of children at heart they would have shut down their business. Sugared drinks are the most useless pastime for kids. The consumption of these drinks, mostly in heavy doses, lead to obesity and improper food habits. Coke wants to catch them young as they say. Build a few bathrooms, donate a few desks or furniture, plaster your logo all over these and keep your brand in the child’s head from an early age and earn their lifelong loyalty to the product. That’s the general idea.

NDTV which has often held extremely negative programmes against these sugar-drinks (pesticides and all) don’t mind if Coke brings them a few bucks. After all, it’s all for children, no? What should concern everyone is why NDTV and Coke are seeking donations from the public? Coke is a giant MNC and can easily afford to do all this without public money. This is what I have called “stylish begging” in the name of children. From Bollywood to our media to politicians, everyone wants to do something for children – With your money! And there is more to it than just your money as we shall see in the next part.

Media As Emotional Blackmailers

Kandahar hijack case of IC-814. Most of us will remember the wailing protest scenes of families of hostages that were constantly on our TV screens. In particular Star News then, with the likes of Rajdeep Sardesai and Barkha Dutt, spared no effort to show the distress of families against a very delicate situation facing the government. The emotional drama was played out over and over again till your heart started weeping. Make no mistake; everyone felt the sorrow and distress of the suffering families. But a line was crossed by the media then when the government was faced with a critical situation. A hijacked plane in a hostile territory, surrounded by an enemy nation on our border with little direct access for any strong action. All that would have contributed to the hostage exchange with the release of terrorists then. And consequently political parties will forever have the opportunity to label that act as weak reaction or surrender to terrorists.

None can forget the shoddy journalism of many in the media during the 26/11 carnage in Mumbai. Mikes and cameras being shoved into the faces of distressed families or into the faces of those who managed to escape or were rescued.

Then come to the recent case of Maoists kidnapping an IAS officer in Orissa. Once again the emotion-charged distress of families being repeated over and over again on TV. That being done there is again the case of hostages being held by Somali pirates. Angry, annoyed and distressed families over and over again being shown on the screens to vent their anger against the government.

They keep fear alive...Our media feeds on the tragedy..
In every such incident of hijacking or terrorism the families suffer and go through immense pain. But does it really serve the nation or decision making to repeatedly show their plight on TV? It would have been enough to show it once or twice. But the endless interviews with families, some wailing, some chest-beating all of it goes on non-stop. One would think rather than wanting to see an end to a crisis the media would like it prolonged so that they can get an extended run on the emotional drama which is all so tragic. Nobody, nobody loves a tragedy like the media does.

Despite the pain that individual families will definitely go through in such situations it is the responsibility of the media to ensure a balance in what they show. Instead of showing wailing families all the time complaining about the inaction of the government they could very well call some strategic experts for discussions on diffusing the situation. A nation cannot make decisions on security, negotiate with hijackers or have dialogues with pirates based on just the emotional state of the suffering families. In the end this is the same media that will bring up the idea of India being a ‘soft’ state and then have more discussions on that.

It is one that thing that our governments have never evolved a clear policy on dealing with hostage situations. The frequent trading of criminals for hostages is definitely not a long term healthy policy for any state. As with the 26/11 carnage who knows, the pirates and the Maoists might have been watching TV all the time. This could well explain why the Maoists kept increasing their demands. Any government has to be sensitive to the concerns of the families of hostages but at the same time the larger responsibility is not to sacrifice national interests or consistently appear to be succumbing to hostage-takers. Lives are lost for many causes. Sometimes the media needs to put the nation first.

Feed a mouse a cookie, the next thing it will ask for milk. And the media is doing a very good job of feeding the cookie and the government will comply by feeding it the milk. A hostage situation is nothing more than good ‘soap’ for our media. Sense and Sensibility, that is for someone else with courage.
