Unhappy Endings For Diggy

The media finally decided to stop playing blind and started reporting the Muzzafarnagar (UP) riots; only after a reporter was killed. Other deaths were too unimportant for them or the over 100 riots in the state in the last one year didn’t matter. The other thing that occupies headlines is the sentencing of the DelhiGangrape convicts. But an important political development has been mostly left to gossip columns. A few days back I tweeted about Digvijaya Singh being very subdued and making statements in a sulking tone. Something has changed dramatically. It would be a grave risk to write off any politician and I’m not even a political pundit like Numero Unee. But there’s a change in the media diet. Let’s catch a blast from the past first:

Whenever a political turn or event happens who do our reporters run to most? You guessed it – Digvijaya Singh. And what does he offer them? Nothing but filthy utterances against others and mindless statements that aren’t even fact-checked. His own party is on record stating that his statements are not “authorised”. Yet, DS with no political position or responsibility and clearly over-the-hill, is the Guru for most TV editors. The reporters seek his comments like Stenographers and faithfully relay it. By evening, on many occasions, based on his silly utterances, you will find DS doing a full-fledged interview with Barkha Dutt, Rajdeep Sardesai or Rahul Kanwal. It’s a well-planned and organised routine.

And then channels like NDTV carry interviews without bothering to fact-check Diggy’s statements. I did recommend a lie-detector for the channel but mounting losses may delay their purchase of one. The danger of being a sycophant is that in the end the bigger sycophants win. Digvijaya Singh for long has behaved like he was the mouth piece of Rahul Gandhi. But he was overlooked and someone else was made the campaign chief of MP and possibly a CM candidate. It’s a monumental tragedy for DS and I had observed that he had suddenly become subdued since September 3. Yes indeed, Jyotiraditya Scindia who is a close confidant, friend and also RahulG’s bench-mate in Parliament took over the Congress campaign in MP. Political parties are usually slow to realise what the people already see. DS was doing bigger damage to the Congress than to any Opposition party. And it took a gossip column to report the reason for his sulking.

It’s not just the Congress; DS has caused enough damage to investigations in various terror cases by endorsing “26/11 is an RSS conspiracy” or implying “Batla house” encounter was fake. His routine jibes at Hindus through comments of “RSS bomb-making” factories and Saffron terror have made him a villain for many people. Not to forget frequently calling Yoga guru Baba Ramdev a “thug”. For the arrogance and shamelessness with which he spun silly conspiracies I had called him “India’s most communal politician”. Not just other political party members, the shameless DS had the audacity to call a female party colleague “100% Tunch Maal” and pass it off as a tribute to her. So what finally brought about this sorry state of DS? It’s not very hard to tell. But first in another edition of his hypocrisy he was blaming the BJP for Asaram not being arrested for a while. These pics show who was at the feet of Asaram for a long period.

Pics apart there is an instance where DS spoke at an Asaram function and said he looked to the Guru to improve his “Buddhi and Atma” (Youtube). Unfortunately, neither his buddhi nor his atma seems to have ever improved. An even more terrible news was that as CM of MP Diggy had given away a good chunk of land to Asaram Ashram for a mere lease of Re.1/- That is one example of his bogus governance. I have written before that in his 10 years of mis-governance in MP the man couldn’t even build a decent road between the two major cities of MP, Bhopal and Indore. And the distance is just about 170kms or so. In his typical arrogance DS said during the 2003 MP elections that election victories are “managed”. Though I do not have a link to that statement I clearly remember it.

Diggy’s nearing end is seeing more humiliation being heaped upon him. In a most bizarre situation he was locked out of a media conference by Jyotiraditya Scindia in MP. Diggy was so unwelcome he was not even shown the door. The door just didn’t open for him. This TOI report almost makes comic reading on the plight of DS. That report was a bit hard to believe but some smaller news channel (unlike cronies and chronic liars like NDTV or CNN-IBN) had the footage of the incident. Watch the video (3.56 mins):

The MP campaign committee and Scindia seem to have told DS “don’t darken our door again”. Sometime back Diggy was all tears and sympathy for LK Advani over BJP’s appointment of Narendra Modi as its 2014 Campaign head. LKA was sulking and didn’t attend the party’s Goa meet in June 2013. DS was prompt to tell the world how BJP treated its tall leader shabbily. I wonder whose shoulder he’s going to cry on now that some doors are closed for him and he has been kept out. I guarantee Scindia has the full support of RahulG and there are no more shoulders for DS. It’s the beginning of unhappy endings. But there’s another important reason that may have finally sealed the fate of DS.

The Congress was busy passing a string of bills and policies in the run up to general elections. One of the most important decisions they made was that on Telengana and the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into two or three states. As party in-charge of AP, much of the closing negotiations on the issue with various sides were being handled by DS. The Congress should have been soaking in glory for the Telengana decision but the reality is far from it. Their Telengana decision has caused more damage than they estimated. AP is on the boil ever since that decision and even many Congressmen don’t support the decision. For once the Congress had banked on DS to come out with a right outcome. He failed. All the parties in the division of Andhra, Telengana and Hyderabad are unhappy with the proposed split. For all we know this decision may never come to be implement. This is the failure that may have finally dumped DS into the political ever-after.

The unfortunate truth is Diggy has been practically useless to the Congress since his defeat in 2003. Apart from making silly statements in the media which the party had to mostly “distance” itself from he has proved himself a spiteful and foul-mouthed politician. What happened yesterday is nothing short of extreme humiliation by his own party. This is an unhappy ending DS may not have ever dreamed of. But the political end of this man shouldn’t make anyone unhappy, least of all Congress. We have to see who the likes of Pallavi Ghosh, Barkha Dutt, Sunetra Chaudhary & their motley crew will now run to for their cheap sound-bites.

The Batla House Deception

Yesterday evening, after the Batla Encounter verdict, Congress spokie Abhishek Singhvi came out and stated the verdict should not be politicised. Ahem! He demonstrated the hypocrisy of his party like no one else could have done. For 5 years some Congressmen have done nothing but politicise it. Digvijaya Singh called the encounter fake many times and even visited Azamgarh to rake up the issue politically. Salman Khurshid during the UP 2012 campaign said there were tears in SoniaG’s eyes on seeing Batla House images. All of them thoughtlessly tarred the reputation of a police officer, Mohan Chand Sharma, who was killed in the encounter. This continued even after former Home Minister P. Chidambaram maintained the encounter was not fake and even NHRC (National Human Rights Commission) shared their agreement on it.

So let me lay out the story which I presume the hacktivists and professional agitators would have us believe. On the fine morning of September 19, 2008 Mohan Sharma and members of his Special Unit were at their station chatting over tea. For days they were idle with nothing much to do. One wiseguy suggested “why don’t we go kill some people, we need to test our guns”. Another guy said “we haven’t got medals for a long time it’s time we did something”. So they wrote the names of 5 localities with some addresses in pieces of paper and one of them picked the lucky draw. Well, the unlucky winner in the draw was ‘108 Batla House’. So the guys strapped their guns in the holsters and drove up to Batla and stared shooting and killed a few and some escaped. They were smart not to arouse suspicion this was a fake encounter. So Mohan Sharma took his gun, stretched and turned his arm 180 degrees and shot himself in the back; twice. This is the story the hacktivists would have you believe. The only change they offer is that another cop shot Sharma. So you have two options on how Sharma died.

I remember a scene from the movie “Analyse That” where the shrink asks the mafia wiseguy how he got out of jail and what happened to the strong witness. The wiseguy explains to him: “Oh the witness, he was frustrated… he stabbed himself in the back, twice, and then threw himself over a bridge into a river”. Yeah, frustrated people do stab themselves in their own back, not once but twice, and jump off a bridge. Quite plausible, isn’t it?

Arnab Goswami, in his usual style, let out a tirade against certain Human Rights hacktivists on their wrongful defence of potential and actual terrorists who shot dead a cop. On Times Now Ravi Shankar Prasad made an important and startling comment. He stated that some Delhi cops of the special unit mentioned to him that if Mohan Sharma hadn’t died they would have all been in jail because of the highly connected HR hacks claiming fake encounter and the Jamia Milia agitators. Does that shock anyone? It is probably true if you can see shades of the Ishrat case where the cops are in jail or on bail. Yes, if Mohan Sharma hadn’t died the cops would have been charged for a fake encounter by certain activists, bounty-hunting lawyers and political bitches. That is the level and reality of how the Congress-UPA has brought the country’s fight against terrorists. And they’ll scream “don’t politicise” when they have egg on their faces. It’s a very dangerous sign.

NDTV, true to their profession, were asking if encounters were justified and if the Batla verdict would impact other encounter cases pending in courts. This was a programme by Sunetra Chaudhury in the evening on July 25. What particular case could NDTV be referring to? Umm… Let’s see! If I were to make a wild guess I’d say the Ishrat case on which another political campaign of the Congress and assorted hacktivists rests heavily. The Ishrat verdict is not likely to come any time soon so Singhvi can hold the “don’t politicise” Ishrat verdict for the future. On TimesNow a certain Mrs. Ramalingam, another of those HR hacks, screamed “What about the rights of the common man”? Well, even if there are police raids I wonder if common men pull out guns and start shooting. I tweeted stating I would rather see people like Shahzad dead. They are not common by any stretch of imagination. If terrorists shoot and are caught the courts exist to deliver justice and it doesn’t go by the frivolous opinions of these HR morons.

Now, since the verdict held Shahzad, the lone captured terrorist, guilty of killing Sharma the hacktivists and his lawyers started a new tune. They claimed the court did not judge him as an IM (Indian Mujahideen) terrorist nor has it judged the encounter to be genuine. Okay, weeping venals, we will get to that part soon! There is something shocking that I learned only yesterday. It seems ANHAD (Act now for harmony & Democracy) the NGO run by Shabnam Hashmi and Harsh Mandar had filed a petition in the SC through lawyer Prashant Bhushan to seek a judicial probe as the Batla encounter was against a particular “Community”. Wow! So hate-engineer Shabnam Hashmi thought terrorists shouldn’t be countered if they are from a particular community. The SC naturally dismissed this bogus petition and even admonished the gang for trying to link the case to a particular community. They didn’t say it and the SC didn’t say it but ANHAD is clearly implying the Muslim community is being victimised. I call ANHAD: “Act now for hatred and disharmony” and I make no bones about it.

Now that the verdict is out the hacks, the defence lawyers and sundry agitators from Jamia Milia claim the court had neither judged Shahzad to be an IM terrorist nor has it called the encounter genuine. This is the deception that they are peddling to fool the nation. Here are a couple of tweets that @Spread_Law made on the case:

Mind you, I am only quoting SpreadLaw, a helpful handle which tweets on legal issues and provides clarity on judgements, and it is not part of any debate or controversy in the Batla case. So the question is why would a court pass a judgement on whether Shahzad is an IM, LeT or JuD terrorist when there was no such specific petition and no one asked the court for such a judgement? The case before the court was whether Shahzad killed Mohan Sharma in the encounter and the circumstances leading to it and not the flavour of his terrorist connections. Secondly, there was no petition in the court challenging the genuineness of the encounter except probably in the defence of Shahzad by his lawyers, so the court also did not have to adjudicate on that. The murder of the cop was the key issue in the prosecution. So the claims that the court did not pass judgement on these issues are frivolous and meant to deceive the public. Fact is there was no legal challenge on the encounter being genuine and therefore the court does not need to rule on it.

Courts usually rule on the petition before them. They don’t have to rule on petitions that were never made. And until someone specifically challenges Batla as fake, as the hacks have done in the Ishrat case, the encounter will stand as genuine. Period! As SpreadLaw points out, the court has made an “observation” which is substantial but even that was not necessary. Shahzad is indeed a terrorist of IM and the encounter is genuine unless someone legally challenges that position. If Digvijaya Singh felt the encounter was fake he and his gang should have challenged it in the courts. They did not because they too know there is no merit in their claim which is only for “political” gains.

The fake claims of the hacktivists are equivalent to claiming Al Capone was never a bootlegger and never a murderer because no court has ever pronounced him so. He was sentenced to prison for tax evasion which is the case the prosecution brought against him. That’s the nature of law. But everyone knows Capone was a mass murderer and a bootlegger. The campaign of lies and deception by the HR hacks and some politicians is not out of any sympathy for the likes of Shahzad. It is a larger design to weaken the country politically and compromise its security for enemy forces. These people and their deceptions are as dangerous as the terrorists themselves.

India's Most Communal Politician

It started with a report of 5 blasts on the morning of Sunday, July 7. The number changed to 7 blasts, then 9 and at last count it seems 13 bombs were placed at the Mahabodhi temple complex in Bihar. Other TV news reports stated that the bombs weren’t crude but sophisticated IEDs. A few days ago when Nitish Kumar and JDU claimed Ishrat was “Bihar ki Beti” little would he have imagined that he and Bihar would get such a rude awakening. In the normal course any sensible politician would stay far away from anyone even remotely tagged as a terrorist but such is the clamour for Muslim votes that our ‘sickular’ politicians don’t think twice before making silly statements when it comes to Muslims accused of terrorism. Bihar seems to have suddenly become a safe haven for all kinds of criminals from rapists to terrorists. That’s not me saying it but a TOI report clearly points out the systematic penetration of Bihar by potential terrorists and terror suspects to make it a Jihadi hub. From this hub the spokes reach Hyderabad, Delhi and other places for terror attacks. How did Bihar get here?

It’s not just Nitish Kumar but in the last decade every major politician from Bihar has been like a ‘Terrorist-wife’. Like a Mafia-wife! From Lalu Prasad to Ram Vilas Paswan they seem to believe the only way to electoral success is flaunting a terrorist. And like jealous mafia-wives they competed to prove who is better in the race. In return, they want people to vote for them. Take a look at this image from The Telegraph, May 2011:

Pawan paraded an Osama Bin Laden look-alike in 2005 for his election campaign. The guy, Khalid Noor, even had a permanent seat in Paswan’s chopper. Jealous little Lalu couldn’t take it. He stole Osama from Paswan it seems and proudly proclaimed “Paswanji ka Osama Bin Laden mere pas aa gaya”. In a newer version of ‘Deewar’ Amitabh Bachchan could have been given the line: “Tere pas maa hai, mere pas Osama hai’. When CMs and MPs flaunt an internationally wanted terrorist as their mascot it definitely sends a signal to other potential terrorists: “You are welcome here”. Since their break-up with the BJP and to combat Lalu and Paswan for Muslim votes the JDU and Nitish Kumar are sending similar messages with Ishrat Jahan as the mascot. Still, despite the extraordinary credentials of these men, they don’t come anywhere near Digvijaya Singh.

The first time I heard much about Diggy was in the 2003 MP elections. He made a grand, arrogant statement that “election victories are managed”. There is no link available for this statement but I state it from memory. In short, Diggy was suggesting that it wasn’t performance but elections were about “managing”. Oh well, he took the people of MP for fools because they dumped him pretty convincingly. Since then, Diggy has been taking the whole nation for fools. After every terror attack Diggy has regularly thrown a spanner in the works of every terror attack with his stupid statements. The worst has to be his endorsement of 26/11 being an RSS conspiracy with some stupid writer. There is the Batla House encounter which he termed as fake even as it claimed the life of a cop. There isn’t a single terror attack after which he hasn’t pointed fingers at RSS, BJP (Particularly Narendra Modi) and has gone to the extent of claiming RSS was running bomb-making factories.

Of course, our media is no less a mafia-wife. In the many interviews that they frequently have with Diggy, not once have they questioned him on why none of his claims and accusations has ever been backed up with evidence. This guy is a typical shoot and scoot operator. There is his famous screw up of wanting an honourable funeral for “Osamaji”. All his nonsensical utterances have now become legendary jokes. While Diggy (and his party too) goes around calling every opponent communal, fascist and so on I wonder why the media doesn’t call his bluff. His string of glorious BS had to finally come undone. There was nobody screwing him either, he did it himself. After the BodhGaya bomb blasts on July 7 here are some moronic tweets Diggy sent out:

On July 8 Diggy was floating around all TV channels “clarifying” the stupidity in his tweets above. He thought as head of the Congress “dirty tricks department” he could get away with his nonsense again. First tweet: I do not recall media or BJP raking up Myanmar it was done by some “sickular” politicians. Next he drags in Amit Shah and Ram Temple and implies BodhGaya blasts were a consequence of Modi asking Bihar to “teach Nitish a lesson”. Ever heard of a bigger moron with such filthy imagination? And then he asks if there is a connect between Modi’s speech and the blasts. So Diggy was airing sermons like a Mullah but wasn’t “politicising” the terror attack. But his biggest piece of moronery was saved for his second tweet (the one in bottom at left).

Aren’t they suggesting a Muslim involvement…” asks Diggy! Who did? All media reports, based on initial indications and footprints pointed to the Indian Mujahideen. On what basis was he suggesting Amit Shah, Modi etc. were connected to the blasts without any investigation? Never mind! The bigger blunder of Diggy was to equate the IM with all Muslims. So while he and the entire Congress and the ‘sickular’ claim all Muslims are not terrorists, Diggy is the one equating the IM to all Muslims. This was the tweet I sent out on July 8:

I can’t claim my tweet influenced him but sure as hell the hate-monger-in-chief did a complete U-turn and started sermonising in the media that he wanted everyone to hold their horses till the NIA completed its investigations. Well then, what was the haste for him to rush and blame Modi and everyone else or scream “don’t blame Muslims” when nobody was blaming them? One thing seems clear from the experience of the last decade. For the Congress and Diggy regardless of whether the group is IM, LeT, JuD or any other, it shouldn’t be mentioned because it has Muslim members. This is how both Diggy and his party prove hurdles to any serious investigation and closure of any terror case.

Since the last one week Diggy has been going around warning non-BJP states to be alert for communal riots. I have stated in a recent post that India’s history shows that it’s the Congress that has a record of ‘engineering’ communal riots for political gains. Considering general elections are around the corner I estimate the pitch on communal riots is going to grow louder. But the threat is from the Congress party and not from others. Diggy fools nobody but himself and his bosses. The tweet on the left is from Retributions. Rohit Pradhan is a lot more sympathetic to Congress than I am and he rates Diggy to be among the most communal politicians in India. I will just go ahead and make a small correction to the tweet. Diggy is not “among the most” communal politicians. He IS the MOST communal politician in India and his dirty tricks are the ones that people and states should watch out for.

Footnote: TimesNow reported yesterday that an IB alert on a possible terror attack was sent to Bihar govt as far back as October 2012. These were not even generic alerts but specific alerts. What alert was the “Bihar ki Beti” guy watching all the time? The pic below by Satish Acharya says it all. It’s not just Nitish, this is the same fear that haunts Diggy, Sonia and the entire sickular clan.

Digvijaya's Desperate & Dangerous Communal Call

Guess who the media houses like NDTV, CNN-IBN, TimesNow, Headlines Today and others run to first for a few soundbites and crumbs from the Congress? Yes, Digvijaya Singh of course. DS’ propensity to make mindless, foul-mouthed comments, often generously sprinkled with untruths, endears him to our slave media. Naturally, they all conspired to cover up a hateful and dangerous call DS made to his party-men in Bangalore on July 2: “The Sangh parivar and BJP are conspiring to incite communal violence in Congress-ruled states including Karnataka. The government will have to keep strict vigil on Hindutva organisations… BJP has realised that they won’t win unless they play communal card and they want to secure victory by inciting communal passions” he said. Alright, for the moment let’s keep Diggy on simmer. We’ll boil him later.

If anyone still has the notion that the Gujarat 2002 riots changed or polarised the people in the state then let me dispel that notion. Here’s a story that every Indian should read and understand why Gujaratis have booted out Congress and aren’t friendly with the party. These are edited excerpts from Wiki:

The Dabgarwad Massacre was a legal case involving the burning down of a single mother Maniben’s home in Ahmedabad, India, on June 9, 1985. The incident resulted in the deaths of 8 Hindus, and has come to symbolize the carnage, security mismanagement, and sloppy investigation during the 1985 Ahmedabad violence. On February 1985, a mass movement against Gujarat Government's new policy of caste based reservation was launched in Ahmedabad. Congress(I) government came down on movement participants with an iron fist… Most of the movement participants were Hindu students. It is alleged that Congress(I) leadership used Muslim mafia don Abdul Latif's gang against the movement's participants. As a result, Ahmedabad was rocked with communal riots, between Hindus and Muslims, for several months.

Note carefully, even then it was Congress (I) but since 2004 the party and our corrupt media conveniently changed it to INC. The current Congress has absolutely no relation or connection to the original INC. The anti-reservation stir was deliberately turned into a communal riot using anti-social elements. The king-pin in the events was one Abdul Latif, a local goon of the D-Company. The Congress CM then was Madhavsinh Solanki. The story during the period of the anti-reservation agitation before it became communal continues on Wiki:

There was a mass exodus of Hindus from their houses in the riot hit locality of Dabgarwad, Dariapur. When peace was partially restored, few residents returned; However, Maniben continued to live in her house, with her two daughters and four grand-children, because she had no other place to go or she was confident that she shall not be harmed. On 9 June 1985 at 1:30 PM, Military which was stationed at Dabgarwad was withdrawn. As a result, a large Muslim mob attacked Maniben's house, which is located about 250 feet from police outpost, setting fire to it, and chaining it from outside resulting in death of Maniben, her two daughters, four grand-children and son of a neighbor. Next house set ablaze was of Navin Chandra, Kantilal, Kalidas and others. Mob, including women, attempted to prevent fire brigade from extinguishing the fire. All accused, including main appellant Dilaver Hussain Mohammad Laliwala, were acquitted on 5 October 1990 due to lack of evidence. Supreme Court of India criticized police investigators for late recording of evidence, failure to produce the Chief Fire Officer as witness and delay in preparation of panchnama of Maniben’s home.

I can vouch for these incidents as being accurately described. In post-independence India the biggest record of engineering communal riots is held by none other than the Congress. So Digvijaya’s nonsense is beset with absence of historical truth. Thus 1985 was the year in which Hindus in Gujarat decided enough is enough and booted out the Congress forever in the next election.

After that communal riot Madhavsinh Solanki was sacked and replaced only to be later reinstated as CM. But in the next election in 1990 the Congress was removed from power. Since then it has had a CM only for just over a year owing to political horse-trading. Since March 1995 there has been no Congress govt in Gujarat. The BJP has won all elections but the greed for power made Shankersinh Vaghela defect and form his Rashtriya Janata Party (RJP). Vaghela grabbed power with the support of Congress but couldn’t last more than a year as CM. And since 1997 it has been BJP and the Congress has been wiped out of Gujarat. That’s the story. The 2002 riots didn’t propel BJP to power nor did it polarise people as the media propaganda would have you believe.

In the decade since 2002 the governance and performance agenda has overshadowed communal divisions. Since independence and right up to 1985 it is the communal politics of the Congress govts in Gujarat that has polarised the state. I dare say, while Gujarat has been saved from the communal Congress, other states that are still being exploited with their “Hindus are communal” crap will someday learn.

Encounters are the flavour of the season, so let’s also find out what happened to that mafia goon Abdul Latif. He was Dawood’s “made-guy” in Ahmedabad. He had even won local elections from 5 wards in the Muslim dominated areas of Ahmedabad. He was later arrested and housed at the Sabarmati jail for his crimes pending trial. In 1997 Shankarsinh Vaghela was the CM. Here’s what happened to Latif as every Gujju who was witness to events knows (from Rediff):

Notorious gangster Abdul Latif was shot dead by the police early on Saturday morning in Ahmedabad, while trying to escape. Latif, a Dawood Ibrahim associate, was arrested in Delhi in 1995. He had been lodged in the Sabarmati Central jail since then. The incident occurred at 0215, near the Naroda crossing. Latif had been taken for an investigation and was being brought back to the jail. He asked permission to answer nature's call and tried to escape by firing at the police. The police retaliated, shooting him dead. He was cremated under strict security in the evening at the Shahibaug graveyard.

Interesting, eh? Latif was in prison, was being escorted in darkness of early hours under police custody. He wants to take a “bathroom break” around the bushes near the road. And Holy Moses, guy pulls out a pistol? Huh? Where did this pistol suddenly come from? So he tried to attack the police and was shot dead. Do you believe that? Now Vaghela is a Congress member since those days. If this was not a fake encounter what was it? So the Congis who are now crooning like Madonna over Ishrat Jahan should remember who started the culture of fake encounters. Just as they and parties holding similar “sickular” persuasions are the ones who engineer communal riots. Even if you look at the chronology of recent history of communal riots, the worst ones have occurred under Congress govts. More minorities (as also Hindus) have died in communal riots under Congress govts.

So Digvijaya is doing nothing but raking up the old Secular V Communal fear-mongering for elections. He is now also joined by Nitish Kumar. As this sound grows the media too will join the hunt sooner than later. Let me sound an alternate warning: If at all communal riots happen between now and the general elections it will likely be engineered by Congress and not by BJP. Congress is the one who came up with divisive plans for India including Madhavsinh’s infamous KHAM (Kshatriya, Harijan, Adivasi and Muslim) calculation for vote-banks. Since the KHAM invention many regional parties have borrowed the theory to form their own vote-banks like BSP, SP etc. The Congress would be foolish if they allowed Diggy to continue his mindless rant. People are sick and tired of their deceptions and of “fake secularism” which fools Muslims and all other minorities. The Congress principle of tagging anyone speaking for Hindu interests as “Communal” is the most sinister and divisive campaign ever created in this country. And these guys go around calling others Hitler, Fascist, Communal, Polarising and all the dubious terms they can come up with. This time, it may not pass and that is the fear that haunts Diggy to his bones as it does the Congress party.

To deviate a bit from the issue the Congress also supports a vast network of organisations and NGOs which are busy creating a deep social divide in India. Researcher and writer Rajiv Malhotra calls it “Breaking India”. In his book, Malhotra describes and explains how major foreign funds are being poured into India to alter the religious structure of India through dubious means, conversions and other inducements. He also explains how many so called “intellectuals” are ‘useful idiots’ in this scheme. You can see most of these idiots frequently on TV panels and some are anchors too. I don’t have to elaborate to which party these dishonest intellectuals owe their allegiance to. The map on the cover of Malhotra’s book is influenced by the sinister designs of the players behind the scenes. This is no figment of imagination but is actually happening on the ground in India.

I may not know much about Diggy but I do know one thing for sure. In his 10-years as CM of Madhya Pradesh the guy couldn’t build a single decent road between the two main cities of Indore and Bhopal. The distance was a mere 170kms. MP remained a BIMARU state under him. Having been thrown out of MP he has spent the last decade mouthing rubbish frequently which the media delightfully reproduces like a box of parrots. His statement warning of a communal riot is one of desperation and with the knowledge that Congress may get a severe thrashing at the next general elections. The final response of a historically divisive Congress has been “fear-mongering”. Diggy has just made a desperate and dangerous call. It’s not the BJP or others but the Congress party that people must watch out for.
