Patriots & Psychopaths

In an unusual survey by AOLJobs on which occupations attract psychopaths by Kevin Dutton, guess which is third on the list? Journalism! Read the article: “Journalism is Among Top 10 Occupations to Most Likely Attract Psychopaths”. The article goes on: “a number of psychopathic attributes [are] actually more common in business leaders than in so-called disturbed criminals - attributes such as superficial charm, egocentricity, persuasiveness, lack of empathy, independence, and focus” So, maybe it makes more sense now that we think how objective broadcast professionals and journalists must be to distance themselves from reporting. I’m not surprised at all. Most editorialists and TV anchors say things that they forget and they hope others forget too. I’ve said before that the Social Media is unforgiving and has a vast memory. Some of these celebs get themselves into a tangle quite frequently.

In my previous post, ‘Media loves criminals’, I made a gentle reference to Rajdeep Sardesai (RS) defending Dawood Ibrahim as a ‘patriot’. The reference came up in the post on how and why media promotes criminals and over the recent issue of Javed Miandad being a given a visa to visit India. Naturally, Rajdeep who discussed the issue on CNN-IBN with as much vigour as anybody else didn’t expect that his defence of Dawood as a ‘patriot’ would come up somewhere. Rajdeep, like all media amnesiacs thought no one would remember his Dawood connection. Fail! It started on Twitter with a quote from Swapan Dasgupta’s blog (see image). Not only does SwapanD record Rajdeep defending Dawood as a patriot he also mentions that Rajdeep was defending Dawood against “nasty saffronites”. Hmm! Saffron! The colour that Rajdeep and his Fiberal community hate. SwapanD also writes about the “editorial savagery” that greeted any links of ISI and Dawood with the Bombay blasts. Mind you, he isn’t recalling it as an observer; he is recalling it as an ‘insider’ who worked with TOI then. So when this ugly blast from the past came back to haunt Rajdeep he quickly tangled himself in a flurry of devious tweets and danced on burning coals.

Rajdeep went round and round in circles with tweets trying to escape but he couldn’t. First he accused “some” on Twitter (he cleverly didn’t name MediaCrooks) for lying and defaming. So, I presented him with more facts about his TOI article (April 2, 1993) and his statement of Dawood being a patriot being raised in the Parliament. Ouch! Parliament lying and defaming too? Expectedly, no response! He finally gives up the ghost and tweets Dawood is a patriot by the “Thackeray” test. The reference is to the late Bal Thackeray who isn’t around to comment on this cheap theatrics by RS. Note, RS hasn’t anywhere denied that he defended Dawood as a patriot. Dawood is India’s most wanted terrorist, is an accused in the Bombay blasts of 1993, is accused of links with Pak ISI, suspected of links with Al-Qaeda and also of master-minding many terror attacks on Indian soil from Pakistan. But when most in Bombay clearly suspected Dawood of the 1993 blasts RS was busy defending him as a ‘patriot’. Instead of acknowledging his bungling because of his hate for “saffron” Rajdeep continues to dodge. Now, if this guy is airing his crap on TV every night, you can imagine how much potential prejudice he may carry while discussing issues related to national security, Hindu culture, Saffron parties or Islamic terror. That’s the “secular” way of climbing ladders.

Rajdeep likes seeking apologies from others. If he is “masculine” enough he should acknowledge he made a terrible mistake and say: “I am sorry, I made a mistake” (Oh! Don’t repeat “error of judgement” please). Only a psychopath in India would call Dawood a patriot or refuse to acknowledge his past mistake, if it indeed were one. But the survey did say psychopaths are attracted to journalism. Right! So let’s talk about more psychopaths.

Somewhere in the 9-volumes of his life-work, to his Western audience Swami Vivekananda responds to a question on women. Not an exact quote but I recall from memory that he explains that when westerners think of a “woman”, they usually think of the girlfriend or wife. But for Hindus the first idea of a woman is ‘mother’. We refer to our homeland as “Bharat Ma” or “Bharat Mata” and sometimes picturise her as in the image. Quite a few on the social media have this pic as their ID.  Swami Vivekananda is a Hindu icon and is respected as a patriot. However, a psychopath in a newspaper that ironically still calls itself “The Hindu” had some hatred pouring from it. The latest episode had to do with Swami Vivekananda. We’ll get to it.

The anti-nationals and the pseudo-seculars have strived for decades to tar almost every Hindu symbol as an act of shame. Morons have responded to such idiots by appeasing them in the hope they will get greater support for their cause, whatever the cause may be. After the Delhi Gangrape incident some of these appeasers have regularly been on TV talking about safety of women, concerns for law and order and so on. Someone currently holidaying in London wants to finish off Hindus in 15 minutes. Page-3 activists like Nafisa Ali even equated an elected CM with Ajmal Kasab. That was on NDTV, the channel that loves patriots like Musharraf and Imran Khan. I wonder how long it will be before someone comes up with the “Idea of India” where Ajmal Kasab too is was a closet Hindu. Remember Anna Hazare’s Lokpal fasts in August 2011? One of the first things they tore down to appease “seculars” was a poster of Bharat Mata. Kiran Bedi & team were at the feet of that Syed Bukhari begging him for support. An Ex-Police Officer I respect, Kiran Bedi seems to have forgotten Bukhari had an arrest warrant pending on him since 2001. It seems Delhi police didn’t have the courage to arrest him. Kiran Bedi is never short on words for enforcement of law. They showed much respect for “Bharat Ma”, didn’t they?

The same hypocrisy exists in the commie outfit called “The Hindu” whose editor, S. Varadarajan, is an American and hasn’t exactly shown his paper’s name means anything remotely connected with Hindus. So Varadabhai, as I fondly call him, hires a journalistic-psychopath called Sanjay Srivastava to heap more trash on Hindu practices. If it were mere criticism, that could pass. But this psychopath writes in connection with the Delhi Gangrape: “Taking the aggression out of masculinity” which starts with the sub-line: “The Indian family has been a long-standing site for reinforcing and perpetuating male privilege and entitlement”. Indian family? Okay! But that ends there and suddenly turns to Hindus alone and, like many fools before, he trashes Hindu practices. So let’s accept that by the logic of ‘The Hindu’ that Indian simply and definitely means “Hindus”. Who’s gonna complain about that? The rest of it is nothing but another foolish rant but surprisingly brings up Swami Vivekananda’s “pose” as the symbol of this “masculinity”. He says: “Swami Vivekananda’s masculine photographic-pose was only one aspect of the cult of masculinity encouraged and tolerated by nationalism”. Huh? On their website this pic of Swami Vivekananda keeps flashing on and off.

So Indian family -->Hindus -->Swami Vivekananda’s pose--> Masculinity-->Therefore rapes. QED! Damn! This was so simple and we didn’t get it all these centuries. But hang on! This Srivastava has got a serious point. I’m not kidding. In a previous post I mentioned that in 2010 rapes in the USA were highest at 84767 so I decided to check out Srivastava’s theory.

I am truly stunned. You can see Abraham Lincoln striking the same pose as the Swami. So it’s fair to imply Lincoln’s masculinity inspires rapes in the US. I was wrong though, as someone pointed out that on the same page I have linked, South Africa has the highest rapes at 277,012. Oh hell! I had to check all over again. But there you are! Nelson Mandela has the same pose as the Swami. But hold your breath! While searching for these I also found Karan Thapar in the same pose for his programme on CNN-IBN. So by Srivastava’s logic Karan Thapar’s “masculinity” is a serious threat at CNN-IBN or where ever he works.

Out of sheer curiosity I also checked out the pics of Varadabhai and Srivastava. The similarity is striking, eh? So, next time you cross your arms across your chest be careful. You could be termed “masculine” and a “motive” or “inspiration” for rapists. Now, some have tried to demolish the foolishness of Sanjay Srivastava and ‘The Hindu’ with truth and logic. But hey, if logic and truth mattered at all would these people write such foolish articles in the first place? If logic and truth mattered would Rajdeep have defended Dawood as a “patriot”? Truth, facts and logic don’t inspire them. What unites these commie “sickulars” is their uniform and consistent hatred of Hindu culture and practices. Nothing complicated. Rajdeep’s deputy even hates seeing Saffron in our National Flag; she calls it “Orange”. You know, I’m starting to believe that survey that suggests journalism does attract psychopaths; with their hatred and twisted sense of patriotism.

  1. Again a very pertinent article . But we need to think of ways to take these points forward ( and not remained confined to the blogs of internet ).

  2. Indian mainstream media is the worst form of hooliganism and collective madness . And this happens only in india .They ape the western media in many aspects but not in their patriotism ( towards their country ) . Many of the media houses in the world ( and including in countries like Pakistan and china and not just Europe and Us ) are generally patriots and place their national interest first . Here ( in india ) we have mainstream media competing with one another to project India and Indians in bad light ; and especially hindus in bad light .
Imagine where else can a paper named 'the Hindu' be so anti-Hindu ????
what all these 'psychopaths' have collectively forgotten is that the present day Hindustan was meant for Hindus . Even at that time( during partition) a few sikulars and pseudos tricked the laidback, lethargic , foolish Hindus into being gracious and allowing Muslims too to continue in Hindustan . And muslims being muslims first and then indians , have multiplied and increased their ghettos and bargaining power ( the indian census be damned . the muslim population in india now would be nothing less than 30 crores and with porous borders and nincompoops in parliament and public life - not sure what we are heading towards ) And the classic story of the 'camel taking over the tent' is happening and these psychopaths ( journalists , Indian pseudos , Marxists , congress sycophants ) continue to laud the camel and justify its right even as the mahout ( Hindus) get overrun/overwhelmed .
The only solution is have these psychopaths and scourge on Indian society locked up in mental asylums ( where they deserve to be ) and police lockups ( calling a most wanted terrorist a 'patriot' is equivalent to 'abetting terrorism' , insult to indian soldiers and policemen that have laid down lives in the call of duty and can be deemed as 'crime against national interests') . Is any Hindu lawyer listening and willing to pick up the gauntlet ????

    1. Dear Mr Rao,

The only solution to these anti-hindu psychopaths is to ensure only a proud Hindu rules India for atleast a few decades. These Media-crooks, Akbar-Owaisis, & balck money will automatically evaporate from the main stream. We should not make hue-cry over such extended arms but attack the body itself i.e the Congress Party!!!!

Don't worry!!! This will never happen. Bharat Mata and Hinduism (Veda sanskriti) will always survive. That is my firm conviction. what is going on is transition time and we'll come out like rising Sun again.

    4. you are a religious nutter, a believer of the worst sort - narrow-minded, defensive and afraid. Did you actually read Prof Srivastava's article? I do not think so. If you did you would realise that everything is context. When I cross my arms at work I do not mean to be masculine, it is what I say as well as how I present myself that will show my thoughts. Rubbish - please shut up with your right-wing conservative nonsense you are ruining India!

    5. @Sunila Boo -- Oh please, if secular ladder climbers like Sardesai and Patriot Dawood is the mouthpiece of your sermons , you don't get to Boo rubbish in the other direction. So shut up and listen. 'Right wing conservative nonsense' - that's a new one. Up until now it was Vivekananda and Hindu culture.

    6. Cant't you take 'new ones' or are you just stuck to the old (old-fashioned). THere's nothing wrong with Hindu culture - there is something wrong with people who cannot take constructive points of view and see all different views as "attacks". My hinduism is strong and does not need defending. The Hinduism in this article is weak and cannot accept change or difference. So you Shut Up and Listen - there are much more like us and you cannot win us over, because we are more confident and less afraid then you

    7. @Abhijeet - I wonder if the people who got converted to Muslims by Mughals were also more confident and less afraid like you?

  3. This is what I would call, "A tight slap on the face", for those so called custodians of modern Indian journalists. They keep screaming in various tweets asking mediacrooks to come out in the open and face them. I'ld say, F't..all. If they really have guts, and some degree of moral conscience, let them respond to your surgical analysis of their past deeds and clear their stance on allegations, instead of acting like cry babies. How long can they hide behind the viel claiming, "Twitter is a place to lie and defame", today? tomorrow? Hat's off to mediacrooks for meticulously cutting through their lies and exposing their pathetic reporting ethics. Looking at the sorry state of "paid for media", I may not be able to say "All izzz well", but heck yes, we need more mediacrooks in the main stream journalism, one who stays detached from stereotypes and instead relies on "hard data". Salute! and Respect!

So profound were those words that, such rubbish about Swami Vivekananda now in the editorial does not really hurt because SidV is really capable of more as he indicated with his statement about Twista. She took umbrage for that guy digging up a "two-year old tweet" and thought he must be "seriously unemployed". This invited a storm of ridicule (on the mediacrooks site). 8. Stunning revealation. Have to look at this gang more.

Rajdeep Sardesai says Dawood is a patriot and gets a Padmashree! Another hand, "Diggy Raja" calls Osama as Osamaji (ji is used as a high sign of respect in Hindi, which is the lingua france in MP) and continues as General Sec. of Congress!! But, I wonder if your site will be there for long now with IT act. Neither will be my or any other one's site who comment anything on them.

What exactly is going on this country? How come parties with just 25% of vote share (over 50% do not vote) rule with such impunity in this country and across various states? Perhaps, the democracy that is India needs a serious look with high middle class apathy.

Also, I wonder, what people in twitter and commenters on your blog, will do when the real police show up at your door?? I had the 1st hand experience early morning in front of my son when the Indian police barged in on complaint of the wife to arrest me on 498A / Domestic Violence charge in Bangalore. I survived as the maids completely defended me. But I was shaken to the core and took at least 3/4 day to stabilize. That day I realized how crooked our laws are in the name of protection of women such as 498A/DV Act.

Mediacrooks, may be your site be there in its full glory does not go in the 66A way. I just hope so!!!

    1. Will all the people who comment here also vanish when the criminals in Khaki uniform show up - a la Delhi incident when two people bleeding lying in a pool of blood? I do not know. But looking at the Delhi Rape Case's main witness's statement in Zee TV, I doubt very much so, it will happen. And I do think he was telling the truth. He is still shaken as his voice was trembling in the interview.

I had also commented on this blog, how apathetic Delhi is from my personal experience. Why Delhi, now almost all the cities!!!

Btw, media in India is the most corrupt, after political parties, police/ executive and judiciary. Over 1/3 of India believes media is extremely corrupt in India. This is as per the Transparency International Report in 2011/2012. India's rank was 92 and now it will be bottom of the pile next year perhaps in a list of 165 countries.

All the four pillars of democracy are neck deep in corruption. Good, very good for Indian junta...may be more death penalties demonstration and candle light processing will help!

    3. What the boy narrated and what you did about your 498a story is no surprise. Every man in India goes through the same experience. Police do not register FIR. They accept bribes and come to arrest the soft target (the man). In fact the whole system is geared towards always attacking the softer targets. People who they think will not respond. Take the case of Asaram bapu. He is a old man who made a statement which may not be completely appropriate, but ignoring rest of his speech and blowing few statements out of proportion, just because he is soft target. Never be a soft target - hit back hard - that is what we must learn. Yesterday on timesnow Arjun Rampal, C Singh and Pooja bedi were lampooning the Asaram bapu's rep. What moral authoruty did they have. One is a soft porn actress, other an item girl promoting obscenity in films. They guy looks a drunkard see http://www.bolegaindia.com/gossips/Im_an_alcoholic_and_I_started_drinking_at_the_age_of_21_reveals_Arjun_Rampal-gid-11886-gc-6.html . Major causes of the rape were alcohol and high sexual libido (apart from lack of fear of law). Both causes for which the panelists have been contributors and now they speak of rape and denounce a person who has always stood for high standard of morality in life? What duplicity!

In the "Psychopath" survey .. "Journalist" actually appears on the 6th spot.. but "Media/Television" appears on the 3rd spot. In the context of this site I dont distinguish the two. In fact it would mean Media/TV/Journalists combined occupy 2 spots in the top 10.

That Rajdeep Sardesai openly praised Pakistani ISI-backed criminal mastermind and Islamic terrorist Dawood Ibrahim as an "Indian patriot" in his Times of India editorial dated April 2, 1993, is a matter of record that has even been placed and discussed on the floor of the Lok Sabha during a debate on Hindu-Muslim communalism during the 13th Lok Sabha (1999-2004).

Rajdeep Sardesai is clearly a pro-Pakistan pro-terrorism anti-India traitor who openly supported and praised Dawood Ibrahim in TOI editorials, and dismissed evidence against Pakistan / ISI / Dawood underworld mafia involvement in 1993 Bombay bomb blasts as "nasty saffron conspiracies".

This plan is being executed by the great intellectual of congress party mr. digvijay singh he is always behind defaming RSS (whatever it may be but Hindus believe RSS is a patriots group which is very proud to be Bharatiya). 31. Ravinar,
Now one must not be surprised how the Main Stream Media has suddenly burried the hate speech of Akbaruddin and rantings about women by congress and secular policiticians and now hunting the RSS chief for his comments (Not that his fossilized helped us in anyway but vitiated the atmosphere more). Even the right wing pracharaks must be asked to shut up for once. I have respect for the ones like RSS who actually do the ground work but rake in unnecessary comments.
When the time was going good with secular politicians getting exposed (Owaisis and Congressis in particular) due to their anti-Hindu and anti-women rants, the gadhas in some right wing groups spew nonsense and given the gauntlet to the Mainstream media by thier comments. Though they (RSS pracharaks) do not necessarily represent BJP and other affiliated parties, pseudo secular media represents as though its the opinion of the entire right wing people of India.SAD.

    1. @Vamsi, Brother why are you behaving like Macaulay's legitimate child.RSS Sarsangh Chalak was speaking to the Swayamsevaks and there was background and context to it.so please don't just look at the TV and respond. If possible view the complete speech on YouTube.Even MP minister Vijayvargiya was speaking to Yuva Morcha workers and Media Crooks lifted a sentence out of his entire speech and twisted it(as usual).

    2. Yes SarG! This is the issue with Maculay's children. Simple fact they forget is their own premise of 'freedom of expression'. According to them MF Hussain and aseem dwivedi have this right. Despite liking RSS ground work they cannot grant same right to RSS head. Simple freedom of expression.

    3. Mr. Vamsi, the MSM is just publishing news on Mohan Bhagwat without context. Pl. listen the full speech of Mohan Bhagwat and then comment. These pseudo secs, Congi Agents will pick any statement by RSS/BJP/Shivsena/MNS/VHP and twist it, will put it without context and mislead people. U know Gobbel's tactic, if u put a lie loudly and repeatedly that lie will appear as truth and people like u become victim.

Some years back they also published similar bullshit abt. Shri Sudarshan, then Sar-sanghachalak. They published that according to Sudarshanji the future of Indian generation is bad beacuse Indian Kids are fan of Pokemon (A animated TV serial).

    4. Dear Vamsi,

Isn't is a simple ploy of diverting attention ? Why would the same MSM who cannot find a single good virtue in RSS, BJP, Modi or Hindu society suddenly mention RSS chief out of context ???? Remember how these same sick bastards twisted comments made by M.J Vaidya against Mr Modi, Vajapeyee's comments on Raj-Dharma, Govindacharya comments on Mukhota. These sick-fucks have no iota of conscience. Such a sheer criminality !!!!

    5. It has become established fact now , If in MSM they do not show the speech and only flash head lines it is to be taken for granted that the context is being twisted ..... how many times has it not happened that they keep flashing head lines and we will be waiting if they will show the footage of speech , no it never comes , but in the evening they will arrange huge debate over it with those sold out idiots sikular panel ........ total rubbish .........

    6. Dear Abhijeet,

You said it --- "Why would the same MSM who cannot find a single good virtue in RSS, BJP, Modi or Hindu society suddenly mention RSS chief out of context? "

Please note, out of context for us. Not for NDTV or CNN-IBN. In 48 hour news cycle world, Sonia and Sheila Dixit have been conveniently left off the hook.

I didnt bother to check the complete speeches of Bhagwat or Asaram Bapu. I knew it would be irrelevant. And in any case, they arent the one who can change the law or improve the implementation. It has come to a situation where i can predict what Sid Varadarajan is going to write in Hindu editorial tomorrow. Its a sad sceanrio.

  34. I also wanted to add one point on Javed Miandad.
Some people were arguing why we should not give Miandad a visa?
It is an option he carefully chose. Miandad could have got better bridge for his son. He conicously chose to strengthen his relationship with the most wanted criminal. He should not be allowed to enter India anytime...

    1. Very valid point..completely agree...
In fact as long as pak is exporting terrorism to India , we should cut off all ties with pak ...menaing no cricket diplomacy , no paki politician should be allowed to visit India.

Pak artists also should not be allowed...why should they benefit from India when their country is waging a proxy war against us....

For all this we need a leader with a spine...i can think of only oone such leader today...Modi...

  37. We credit journalists with intelligence above ordinary and believe they are larger than life, hence their appeal to the unsuspecting majority. Man-eating tigers develop extra-ordinary intelligence to survive. These low-life journalists have developed their cunning not to survive but to destroy humanity out of spite and hatred. This appeals to their twisted and warped brain as the message of peace! Thanks to this blog, reality is however exposed.

  38. A stupid but harmless comment from RSS cheif is the centre of a storm now , but Owaisi's 1000 times more venomous hate speech isn't....
So much for our secular media...
Also did you notice , out of the 6 gangrape accused , media has disclosed the names of all 5 , except the juvenile one , who happen to be a Muslim. His name is Md. Afroz....he was most brutal of all , and looks like he will be out in 3 years or so....
No debate in secular media about this....

    1. @Darren J, Before calling RSS Chief's comment stupid hear it completely. This is an age old trick MSM rascals play, take a line from a 1 hour speech, quote it out of context and "break news" to create controversy. This is what they did wit Chief this time too.Don't fall prey to them.

  41. Dear Ravinar,

Keep them coming. It seems we hardly get truths from
the MSM now. All sinister webs of lies & deceit,
indeed these media crooks have serious mental problems
    (psychopaths?).

If these crooks have problems with Hinduism & Hindus, they
should first give up their Hindu names, Hindu religion
and then convert to whatever they stand for actually and go
live in whatever land they belong to. But they will not do this, because really they are hypocrites of the highest order - the "Hypocrite Shris" & "Hypocrite Bhushans".

I have one thing to say to all these crooks. This nation is
not their "baap ki jagir." For all the muck they throw up
on Hindu values & Hindus, a time will come when they will be gone
and Hinduism will be left standing.

  42. I remember in his latest interview during Gujrat Election 2012 with Narendra Modi, this moron Rajdeep Sardesai was trying to extract apologies for 2002. Now we should ask whether Rajdeep Sardesai leave journalism business for his utterly dishonest unpatriotic article in Times of India in 1992 -93? I will not accept anything less than this. We should ask this question again and again in his own way.

  43. Dear Ravinar,

I sincerely believe the Owaisis rabble rousing has a direct connection with 2014 elections. We all know the Congress has deep rooted anti-hindu elements in its Orgainization structure. Now it could just be possible that Congress might be using Owaisis to create Hindu-Muslim confrontation to portray BJP as communal. This might create a gap between NDA Pseuo-secular parties & BJP before the next parliamentary elections.

They will go to any extent to run down Hindus,Hinduism just to please those in power.
I hope ,media realises the damage it's doing to the unity of India

    http://www.thehindu.com/opinion/op-ed/he-gave-us-back-our-dignity/article4291272.ece

I liked it for its sports coverage and what gets written in the "Religion" column.. But it irritates me when they don't talk about owaisi story when the whole country talks about it. I don't know if they are thinking they are doing a service to the Nation by not publishing it..

    1. Dude - same here. I learned English reading it cross to cross when my height was same as that of broadsheet. And dropped it this year. Its something it's editor and people who would subscribe to his ideology would like to read. In their world, Owaisis do not exist only Mohan Bhagawat and intolerant Hindus are India's problem. Sid Varadarajan discovered Owaisi in his editorial after 2 weeks. You still want to read this propaganda vehicle ? You deserve better.

  55. The Hindu is good only for it's sports page and the Sunday literary suplement. When it comes to political comments there cannot be a more shameless paper, the latest being joker Katju's write up on Narendra Modi. The Hindu, foolishly supported by the Tambrahms of Tamil Nadu seems to be so ashamed of it's own name,it goes all out to denigrate anything Hindu.Even when Hindus were being slaughtered in thousands during partition days,The Hindu correspondent in Lahore,G.K.Reddy would be all praise for Jinnah and Liaquat. That Reddy had to run for his life from Lahore is another matter. With the coming of Christianised N.Ram it has gone berserk in it's anti-Hindu aggression, but his legacy is continuing even after his departure.
