Arnab & Nidhi - What Really Happened

In the American justice system, where the charges against an accused are somewhat doubtful, prosecutions rarely go to trial unless they are 100% sure of a conviction. Prosecutions usually seek a confession or a “deal” that closes the case and thus avoids a trial. In such a case, the judge only has to pronounce the sentence and no hearing is involved. But if a defendant does go to court with a difficult case, then the job of his lawyer is to try his best to create a “reasonable doubt” about the guilt. Jury verdicts are required to be free of any doubts. In India, it’s the opposite. It is enough for “Reasonable proof” to convict a defendant than for “Reasonable doubt” to acquit someone. This is what two media morons are caught in right now – reasonable doubt.

Arnab Goswami and Nidhi Razdan made a thorough comedy of themselves on January 15 with some revelations. Both have covered themselves with ignominy and ridicule. I would have to say, all of it was unnecessary and senseless indiscretion that has got them here. We have to wonder what really happened. Let’s start with the “Larger picture” Nidhi. She is as dumb as they come in media – lots of noise and blabber and rarely anything credible. Add to this excessive contempt for the BJP or those who support the party. Nidhi announced to the world that she was a victim of a “Phishing” attack that appointed her “Associate Professor” at Harvard. She had got this appointment in June 2020 and was to join in September. But due to Covid it was postponed to January 2021 when she realised it was a fraud.

What happened? We will not really know but we can only estimate. Firstly, Nidhi claims she filed a police complaint against the “Phisher” but my suspicion is that no such complaint has been filed. If indeed such a complaint is filed, no crime reporter or daily police-beat reporter has reported it.

I estimate that Nidhi did get some mails on being referred by someone for a job at Harvard and that was followed up by a fake telephonic interview and an appointment letter by email. Since she claims “phishing” we cannot discount the possibility of an agency being involved and Nidhi having paid some money to them. She won’t admit that because it will make her look like a dumb fool. Within a week of all this, Nidhi resigned from NDTV and announced to the world that she is joining Harvard. Interestingly, she is neither qualified to teach at Harvard nor is there a journalism department in Harvard. But let’s not worry about that. Nidhi could have been a Math professor for all that matters. Since most journos are Math geniuses. Anyway, once she resigned from NDTV, there was no going back and, at the same time, nothing more was forthcoming from Harvard.

But Nidhi had already announced to the world that she was now a professor at Harvard and paraded herself as such on some debates and other news shows. From June till December, that is all of seven months, nobody asked her “Why aren’t you at Harvard teaching something?”. Maybe they did and Nidhi offered them the excuse that due to Covid her joining had been deferred to January 2021. During this period, she was making merry in Gupkar land probably with her boyfriend Omar Abdullah. Sometime in those 7 months she also put out a pic of her and Blabberdullah being on a flight. Although, this may be a trip to UK rather than Boston. I have to say it’s a very adorable pic with Dullah holding a rose for Nidhi. Time passed and nothing was moving and everyone was asking “When are you going to Boston?” just like they ask pregnant women “What is the due date?”

Naturally, this was upsetting Nidhi because she wasn’t able to apply for a Visa (for employment in the US) with the US Embassy as she didn’t have proper documents. She had shown all the communications she had to Dullah. But he being as dumb as she is, didn’t suspect anything. Amazing, that without any documents, without a Visa she promptly quit her job. Even average morons don't do this. So, she checks with that suspected agency again in December and they demand another instalment of payment claiming that due to passage of time some procedures would have to be done again and this would entail additional costs. Nidhi reluctantly must have paid some more money in December but when she didn’t hear anything till mid-January, 2021, she started having doubts. She had doubts because she is an intelligent woman.

As she grew more frustrated, Nidhi must have shown all the communications to some educated friend who is well-versed with Harvard. I guess that friend probably broke out in bladder-busting laughter and fell down the stairs of her house. When Nidhi rushed to him asking if he needed some first-aid, he must have said “No darling, it’s you that needs some Koolaid” and told her “You’ve been had”. In the meantime, Harvard had also noticed she was going around claiming to be their employee so sent her an email stating she has to immediately disown her claims or they will prosecute her for being an imposter and fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nidhi probably lost her temper and must have shouted at Dullah for not knowing anything, making her resign, making her lose money and now losing face all over the country. Finally, her lawyer told her to blame it on “Phishing” and let it die down. And that is where she left it for the moment.  I don’t believe there was any phishing and Nidhi had to come out possibly because Harvard itself may have threatened to prosecute her if she didn’t publicly deny her Harvard nonsense:

The story of Arnab Goswami is far less complicated. He has been hounded by the Maharashtra govt and the Mumbai Police ever since he ranted wild nonsense against SoniaG over the Palghar Sadhus lynching incident. Arnab didn’t stop there, because cases were filed against him, he went on a rampage against Uddhav Thackeray and the Mumbai CP, Parambir Singh, personally. It gave all the incentive to them to hound him. His arrest and jailing for a week has sobered him a bit but he hasn’t really learned anything. When he was arrested, the BJP govt at the Centre couldn’t do anything but they organised protests across India through their local leaders. What is now hurting Arnab is not some legal cases but his own big mouth. The Mumbai police had arrested a few people, included those from Republic, and charge-sheeted them in the TRP scam:

A few weeks ago, the former CEO of BARC, Partho Dasgupta (PD), was also arrested. It appears Arnab was very pally with him and his Whatsapp chats have now been leaked to on SM by Prashant Bhushan & co. Obviously, the Mumbai Police may have got the WA chats texts saved by PD on his computers in some form. Most of it is in text form but it is certainly all over Twitter and it is certainly not showing Arnab in a great light. Some of the chats also show Arnab having some “leaked” information about the Balakot strike which he discusses with PD. The chat doesn’t mention Balakot specifically though:

The chats also reveal Arnab gloated it will be a big success and will help the “big man” sweep the polls because of the action against Pakistan. All of this means nothing legally and nor would constitute evidence of anything in the court. But all the chats, 500 pages of it, may be quoted as “circumstantial” evidence of Arnab and PD screwing up the TRP system to favour Republic TV. The chumminess between the two is enough for anyone to doubt this. Apart from this, Arnab also claims Amit Shah called Navika Kumar “Kachra” (Garbage) which is not true. Amit Shah only called the claims of Navika as garbage. There is video of it on Twitter. I do have the video but saving space and length of this blog by not adding it here. This is poor back-bitching by Arnab against his peers. His constant abuse of “Lutyens” journos is also uncalled for because he too is pretty much a product of the same mob and no angel.

Arnab didn’t comment on Navika alone. He called Jaitley a failed FM, quoted Hrithik Roshan’s description of Kangana Ranaut suffering from an “Erotomania” which refers to a sex-obsessed person who has imaginary notions of someone being in love with her when it is not true. Kangana had recently almost been a furniture in Arnab’s studio with all her victimhood and nepotism tirade. Arnab calls Prakash Javdekar a “useless” person. A lot of such juicy stuff is being bandied around. With such chumminess with the CEO of BARC there is little doubt that TRP manipulation may have taken place. While the chats themselves are not illegal or incriminating in any way, it certainly tarnishes the discretion and maturity of Arnab as the Head of a news channel. He has made a thorough ass of himself with such wanton gossip. The ED is also questioning the CFO of India Today on the TRP scam. The CBI is also investigating. It is quite a muddle and nothing will come out of it.

All that the TRP muck confirms is that journos are involved in activities that could easily fall into the criminal category. Every channel chases TRP and tries to manipulate it. There is no exception. But the eternal chest-thumping Arnab was foolish to be chatting and back-bitching about people with the BARC guy. While these episodes may not cost Arnab or Nidhi anything in legal terms it certainly proves they are both morons and as I have said many times before “Journos are not very bright people”.

Arnab Aftermath

The arrest of Arnab Goswami has left the channel in tatters. For any organisation, it is dangerous to place all its eggs in one basket. In the aftermath of his arrest, the other anchors and journalists of Republic are just campaigning for sympathy and help from wherever it can come. So far, a lot of sympathy has come but real help hasn’t come from any powerful source. However, these anchors and journalists have carried on in great fighting spirit and kept the channel going with much reduced news content. Most often they have been inserting old monologues of Arnab to keep his fans and the public enthused. Arnab’s arrest is fundamentally, legally and morally wrong. The case of “abetment to suicide” is simply nonsensical and does not hold water.

 

Since 2016 Arnab turned a different corner and became a Modi poodle. Thus, Modi supporters forgot his past and applauded all his monkeyness regardless of how bizarre they were. Arnab has a record of being obnoxious, hounding those he doesn’t like and being a witch-hunter himself. Today, he has become the target of a witch hunt. To refresh your memory, I recommend you read Arnabgate, Arnabgete-2, Arnaboxious – The Witchunter and Arnab’s Hoax. In the period from 2012 to 2016 Arnab hounded many BJP leaders, anything in saffron, innocent citizens and his journalism was simply trash. All this for cheap popularity and desperation for TRPs. Not one single witchhunt by Arnab has ever reached a conclusion. Even his recent targets in the case of Sushant Singh or the Palghar Sadhus haven’t reached anywhere despite the SSR case being handed over to CBI as many demanded. Most of Arnab’s claims are full of holes, often lies and outright theatrical nonsense.

The big mistake Arnab made was abusing Sonia Gandhi for no particular reason or rhyme in April 2020 and that started all his problems. There are many fools, liars and extremely brainless morons who claim Arnab was hounded by Sonia and Congress and many FIRs were filed in Congress-states because he called her by her original name “Antonia Maino”. I wonder how such fools are birthed; especially even those from the BJP and some of them senior leaders. Arnab’s attack on Sonia over Palghar was brazen, abusive and totally uncalled for. This video on his Hindi channel is simply shocking how any journalist could concoct such abusive nonsense against anyone without a shred of evidence. Listen to what Arnab said about Sonia on April 20, 2020 (58 seconds):

In summary, Arnab said “Italy-waali Sonia, Rome se aayi hui Italy-waali Sonia Gandhi, she wouldn’t have been silent if a Maulvi or Padre would have been killed, today she is silent and I think in her heart she is happy, she is happy that Sadhus were killed under her govt and she will send report to Italy that where I (Sonia) have formed govt I (Sonia) am killing Hindu Sadhus and from there she will great praises and wah-wah that you did very well”. Does anyone think this level of public abuse without a reason is journalism? Can Arnab accuse Sonia of wanting Sadhus killed, feeling happy, reporting to Italy and getting certificates from there? They must have their stupid heads checked if they think FIRs were filed against Arnab for merely calling her “Antonia Maino”. That’s how lies are peddled by Republic and their idiotic supporters from BJP.

So, let’s get rid of this notion that Arnab is an innocent journalist without any prejudice and just doing his job seeking the truth. There is not one iota of truth in the above video but just wild, mindless abuse of Sonia just for cheap popularity with Modi-supporters. This is not journalism. Naturally, the Congress retaliated with FIRs and will now how hunt him forever through their ally Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar. If that wasn’t enough, Arnab repeatedly abused Uddhav in the SSR episodes, along with excessive abuse of the Mumbai CP Parambir Singh. In another wild diatribe Arnab outraged against UT, implied his son Aditya was involved in the Disha case. The manner of finger-pointing and the style of threatening tone towards UT, AT and Shiv Sena is certainly not going to be taken lightly by a party known for strong-arm tactics on the streets. You and I, as ordinary people, might get away with a little bit of ranting and abuse at CMs, Ministers and even the PM but a professional journalist holding a mic and running a TV channel cannot afford to use similar language or wanton accusations and threats. In his quest for targeting UT as the main mouthpiece of BJP and Modi Arnab had clearly gone overboard in his wild accusations and abuse. This is an undeniable fact. Even in May 2020 when there was a mild migrant violence in Bandra, Arnab linked it to communal violence and accused the UT govt. So, it is not one single event or incident but a string of moronic incidents that let to final arrest of Arnab.

After the April show where Arnab excessively abused Sonia, the Maharashtra HM Anil Deshmukh announced the reopening of the Anvay Nayak suicide case in May 2020 in which Arnab was earlier investigated and the case was closed. Arnab ignored that event and didn’t take any preventive measures despite knowing a vindictive govt is out to get him. He didn’t seek any anticipatory bail nor did he seek to temporarily move out of Mumbai which would have been a good idea for him. He thought himself a “Big Dada” and an “Untouchable” like Sonia and that nobody would dare to arrest him. His arrogance would prove wrong. Arnab was just lucky that the Bombay HC Stayed all the FIRs in this case.

As usual, during and after the arrest a series of theatre and drama acts followed. Arnab and his journalists went the whole hog claiming to be victims and indulging in excessive lies about being assaulted, tortured and beaten up during and after the arrest. The public and Arnab’s coolies in the BJP naturally lapped it up without once batting an eyelid that these were lies even when the full video of the arrest was available to them. Nothing in the videos suggest any assault. In fact, there are bogus claims that the cops that went to arrest Arnab carried “assault rifles” like AK-47. Here’s the full video of 8.30 minutes. Surprisingly, the cops were rather kind to him and none of them carried any AK-47s. Those cops carrying rifles were on the streets on protective duty and not in Arnab’s house. It is normal for cops to be heavily armed and secure the perimeter before a major arrest to avoid sudden protests or violence on the streets. (Sudden protests happened near Alibaug PS). Secondly, cops tried to pull Arnab out but he pushed back and went inside the house so they had to follow. Arnab sinks on the couch and claims “Assault” and asks why they were surrounding him. Stupid question. It’s what cops do when they come to arrest someone.

Finally, when the cops forcibly lifted Arnab from the couch (which police are entitled to do if arrest is resisted) he resisted arrest, wrestled with the cops, stupidly shouted “Assault Assault” and again flopped on to a couch. It was almost like the heroine shouting “Bachao Bachao” when the goons try to kidnap her in a movie. The cops again lifted him and took him out of the house. Even while getting him into the van, Arnab was resisting and trying to make a public speech to his journalists before being shoved into the van. Arnab claimed his son was assaulted by the cops. Nonsense! His son may have been in the way during the “wrestling” and may have got pushed and that doesn’t amount to assault. His wife and son now have FIRs against them for obstructing the police in the arrest. The Alibaug CJM also did not accept any nonsense of “assault”:

There were no visible signs of Arnab being assaulted and later he only showed a minor injury (looking like a scratch) on his right arm which didn’t happen at his house. We don’t know how it happened. Therefore, instead of concentrating on proper legal action to get Arnab out of custody his entire bunch of morons of Republic, his family and his supporters concentrated on “assault, torture”, victimhood and sympathy-hunting crap which got them nowhere:

His lawyers were overconfident and went straight to the HC instead of seeking bail on the same day at Alibaug. Arnab’s lawyers filed a Writ of Habeas Corpus and an appeal for interim relief in the Bombay HC. They wanted the entire case and arrest declared unlawful and the accused to be released on that ground. It backfired in the HC despite the best legal brains. If they had sought bail in the Alibaug courts on November 4 itself Arnab would have at least been out of jail and fighting a better legal battle instead of shouting more victimhood from police vans. At the time of writing he has already spent 7 nights in jail over a bogus case. This is the same guy who wanted Rhea Chakraborty arrested in the SSR case for murder and stealing 15 crores without the slightest evidence. Karma seems to have got to Arnab.

Regardless of all that transpired, Arnab is now seeking bail from the Alibaug sessions court and also appealed the HC ruling in SC. A bail application does not go into the merits of the case and nor does the judge do that. Bail is decided mostly on the basis of the nature of the case, past record of the accused, whether he will tamper with evidence or run away from the law. Arnab doesn’t pose any such threat and should get bail in the normal course. That he had had to spend a week in jail is simply unfortunate and bad handling by his lawyers. The case of abetment to suicide is also garbage and will not hold in any court of law.

There are many clamouring “Democracy is dead or is in danger”. This is how democracy has been in India for decades. Arnab is a privileged man who is getting all the attention and can afford all the best lawyers money can buy. There are 4.5 lakh undertrials in Indian jails, some for over a year, mostly without a lawyer, no hearing and no help. Kamlesh Tiwari was helplessly locked up for a year and it took an SC intervention to get him bail only to get murdered. Some want GOI to intervene and somehow get Arnab released. That is simply not possible as the cases are now in multiple courts and no govt can interfere in such cases.

The problem with Arnab is that he started believing his own nonsense of being some kind of superman. In his competitive arrogance he abused even his own community calling them “Lutyens cabal” or “Lutyens Lobby”. So, even many from the journalist community don’t care about his situation. Arnab became the mouthpiece of Modi and BJP in trashing Uddhav, Sonia and other Opposition leaders. He forgot that he’s a journalist and not a political opponent. Even the BJP and other political opponents of Sonia and UT don’t trash or abuse them so much. Arnab became the main “Opposition Party” to these Sickulars. 

Arnab will get bail soon and everyone hopes he stays in good health and continues his work but life will not be the same again. The UT govt will not stop hounding him and his channel that is a certainty. Yesterday, their Asst VP Ghanshyam Singh was arrested in the TRP scam case. How Arnab conducts his journalism now remains to be seen. He certainly cannot wildly abuse Sonia like he did in the Palghar case. He has to evolve a new strategy and better tactics to lampoon these Sickulars and he should stop abusing his own community so often. Arnab is on his own from now on and all the BJP street support in India or the dances from California or Chicago doesn’t mean a damn thing.

Vultures Over Sushant Flesh

There have been over a dozen suicides over the years from the film industry – some famous personalities, some lesser known ones. Some left suicide-notes, some didn’t. It is never easy to understand what drives a person to such an extreme step. That apart, except for Guru Dutt who died of excessive sleeping pills, all the others seem to have chosen the more painful way of jumping off a building or hanging from the ceiling. I say painful because neither jumping off a building nor hanging from a fan can guarantee instant death. High profile Mumbai top-cop Himanshu Roy shot himself through his head – that is sure to guarantee instant death.

Deadly poisons like cyanide potassium are also known to cause near-instant deaths. Strychnine is a commonly used in pesticides but is also used for poisoning because it can be extracted in seed form commonly in India. One Canadian-Indian murdered most of his close family and children with Strychnine for insurance money. This is a poison very hard to detect as is cyanide. Many suicides in history have turned out to be cases of murder on later investigation or through accidental discoveries. Thus, every death that is suspicious and appears to be suicide must not be taken at face-value. It is for the police to investigate every suicide thoroughly, motives of any possible beneficiaries of the death, revenge-killings, personal passions and so on:

So, when Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead and hanging from his ceiling fan, it was another wasted life of a man climbing the stairs of success at good speed. Naturally, questions are asked by everyone. Harder for his family and close friends to believe. The police went through their routines, did their thing and started some investigation. PM Modi instantly tweeted condolences. Obviously, some lives matter to Modi and some don’t. SSR was a Bihari and Bihar elections are close so all the politicians with a stake in Bihar mourned for him. It took a few days and the chorus of “Murder not suicide” grew. This became louder after an interview by Kangana Ranaut to Arnab Goswami on Republic TV. It seems Kangana again talked about the “Nepotism gang” and how they destroyed the careers of outsiders like SSR or attempted to destroy her career in the past. She particularly targeted people like Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt – both scumbags of the worst kind.

There were other videos of SRK, Saif Ali Khan and Shahid Kapoor badly trolling SSR on stage at award functions or trashing Neil Nitin Mukesh about his name. Some filmy morons claimed this is all “scripted” drama. I don’t think so. It may be scripted by the morons executing it but the victims may not have known it. So, because this Kangana made some claims of “Bollywood mafia” and “insider-outsider” Arnab went an overdrive claiming SSR case is not of suicide but of possible murder. Of course, Arnab doesn’t have any evidence but chest-thumping, loud whining voices, tear-jerking, more Biharis (like Shatrughan or Shekhar Suman) blabbering – all makes up for “evidence” of murder. This leads some in the public to believe that if so many people are suspecting something, there must be some fire.

An SC lawyer Ishkaran Bhandari, a part-social activist also joined in to demand CBI investigations. He is an associate of Subramanian Swamy, so Swamy also joins the shouting. Swamy writes a letter to PM demanding CBI inquiry. I don’t think Swamy cares about the case other than the fact that his assistant Bhandari has involved himself in the campaign. I have written many posts in the past where I have established how criminal and anti-Hindu Bollywood is. Nothing would please me more than to see this criminal gang called Bollywood see a miserable death or throw out the mafia and start again on a clean state. Castards like Mahesh Bhatt are simply repulsive animals who shouldn’t be in public discourse. The Khans are dubious in their connections to Pakistan and enemies but even Modi dances with them.

But if anyone wants to run a campaign on SSR case being “murder” then there has to be some evidence and not manic behaviour like the idiots of Republic led by Arnab. His channel has turned it into #BlackLivesMatter kind of agitation where many Americans were violent, had no connection with Floyd protests and started destroying everything in sight – everything that took years to build. Moronic madness is what Arnab is indulging in out of his own personal grudges against Karan Johar (who got him thrown out of Timesnow) and against Mumbai Police:

And the entire nonsense of Arnab is that the Kangana-interview changed the whole scenario and cast doubts about the suicide of SSR. There was hardly anything in the interview that Kangana said that would point to a sinister plot to murder SSR even if there really was one. On the contrary, Kangana was just blabbering more vicious tirade on her pet theme of “nepotism” and targeting those who once harassed her or were her friends. This is not unusual for Kangana or for any Chameli in Bollywood. The whole of Bollywood is full of filth without exception and Kangana is no angel as Arnab and some would like everyone to believe. Today Kangana complains of nepotism but her earliest film was with Mahesh Bhatt productions, the same guy she is viciously trashing now. What should not surprise us is that this same castard Bhatt was supporting Kangana in her previous round of nepotism claims in 2017:

I don’t have to add that Kangana’s coochy-coo pose with the yucky, filthy Bhatt at that time does not betray any enmity or grudges. She seemed quite comfortable resting her arm on his lap. If not for his age and our knowledge of him and her, they could have passed off for a couple. Kangana is also a Bollywoodia and no angel. To paint her as some kind of “revolutionary” and use her unconnected interview to trash everyone involved in the SSR case is a motivated act by Arnab & co:

Nepotism may be bad as a practice in any enterprise but it is inevitable in family-run businesses. Nepotism is also not a legal offence that can be punished. May be Kangana got a little upset that Yucky Bhat since her early movies promotes his own Aalia Bhat. We don’t know the motives for who does what in Bollywood and neither do idiots like Arnab. But we do know that media crooks like Arnab do have a motive and an agenda. He has been hounding many in the past without any success. This time he hounds Mumbai Police who simply don’t bother. He was taken to task by them over the cases filed by Congress. Since then, he does not mess with St Antonia all that much. The public in general and fans of SSR must not get carried away with the moronery of Arnab or any of those shouting hoarse about a conspiracy and demanding CBI inquiry and all that. The most important document in a case like this is the autopsy report that establishes cause of death and the condition of the body. The preliminary and final post mortem report have not suggested any foul play. This report is NOT BEING DISCUSSED by Arnab at all because it is not convenient to his campaign:

Arnab wants revenge against Mumbai police. He wants SSR case to be transferred to CBI so that Mumbai police is insulted. He cares two hoots about SSR other than feeding on him like a vulture for his personal agenda. That is why he ignores the forensic reports and drum-beats nonsense of nepotism and extraneous nonsense. The autopsy report is always recorded note by note on the observations of the doctors involved. To support the bodily findings, photographs are taken of all parts of the body that are mentioned in the report. So, it is not merely “opinion” of a bunch of doctors but supported by documentary evidence. The post-mortem confirms no bodily injuries, no flesh or hair in the nails – this means there was no struggle, which would have been the case if SSR was strangled before being hanged in a staged scene. The only other possibility that SSR was murdered was that he was poisoned to death and then hanged as a staged scene to show the death as suicide. But on July 27, the viscera report came out and that showed no poisoning of any kind:

 

Therefore, even if one wanted to hang all the persons they hate in Bollywood for various reasons, there simply isn’t enough proof to hang anyone. The only way to create suspicion of foul play and murder is to dispute the post mortem and viscera report scientifically. But neither Arnab nor anyone else wants to do that. They have not called any experienced forensic scientists and doctors to dispute the findings. Thus, all the noise they are making is simply for a political goal and nothing else. Poor Sushant Singh Rajput is being used as “Electoral Flesh” by various vested interests without a damn interest in facts:

I would certainly like to see Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt and all the Hindu-hating gasholes to leave Bollywood one way or another. But there is no way I can seriously pin the SSR death on any of them with the current evidence on hand. Simply abusing Mumbai Police as Arnab does is not going to cut it. What all these noise-makers know damn well is that there is nothing they can do about the current situation with ZERO evidence to suggest a murder. They have ZERO evidence to point fingers at anyone. SSR may have faced discrimination and harassment but no one knows who it was and who to hang for it, if at all such person(s) drove him to suicide. It is not justice for SSR that these clowns are seeking. None whatsoever. They are now screaming CBI CBI CBI so that they can claim some kind of “moral victory” for their campaign.

CBI doesn’t have any great reputation nor any magic to trash evidence available and turn this into a murder. The latest is that after a recent complaint by Sushant’s family, the Bihar police have deputed some cops to Mumbai to participate in the investigation. They don’t even have jurisdiction and legally shouldn’t even be involved in an ongoing investigation by Mumbai Police. Patna police has also registered an FIR against SSR's ex girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty for abetting suicide and multiple charges. It's nothing but cheap political campaign. It is just a bunch of vultures having another fill without challenging the post mortem report, the viscera report or produced any circumstantial evidence to suspect foul play.
